Ch.154 - In Warmly Welcomed

Fu Chen started to come out of his room one day after Dan Suyu's visit. He walked around the village without telling anyone, the faces of the villagers he saw seemed more radiant than usual.

Most of them started honing the scythe to harvest the wheat. The harvest this time can be said to be perfect because there is no wheat field in damaged by the demons.

Fu Chen then sought out a horse breeder, intending to continue his journey on horseback. In addition to saving energy Fu Chen also had to recover his body back in top condition.

"Okay Sir!" The waiter nodded before leaving.

Fu Chen walked into the inn quietly, he saw the servant who had approached Dan Suyu. The young man looked panicked and seemed to be sending people to look for Fu Chen.

And Suyu suddenly turned her head to the doorway. He sighed for a moment before speeding up the steps to Fu Chen.

"What are you doing out there with that body of yours?" And Suyu looked at Fu Chen from top to bottom.

It would be dangerous for Fu Chen if he just came out with his body still weak.

After the ambush a few days before, Fu Chen's name was always talked about in every corner of the Village. Luckily they had yet to see Fu Chen's true figure.

Fu Chen felt Dan Suyu's reaction was too overwhelming, yet Fu Chen only accepted it with a gentle smile.

It seemed like Dan Suyu did indeed have the nature of concern for the person she considered to be close.

Since Fu Chen had recovered, Dan Suyu asked the elders to regroup. They promised to provide appropriate compensation for Fu Chen's contributions.

Fu Chen then recalled the merchant he had travelled to arrive at Meng empire. Maybe it's better to give all these resources to him.

"I'm sorry Elders, but I can't accept any of this." those elders just raised their eyebrows for a moment, as if they weren't surprised by Fu Chen's refusal.

"I have an acquaintance of a merchant, he is currently also in the village of Goryeo. I hope the elders all give me my rations to him."

"I think this is his own horse." Fu Chen stroked the horse with a gentle smile, not being out of thought with Dan Suyu's demeanor.

Fu Chen then spurred his horse out of the village, he deliberately did not say goodbye to Jin Taeso. More precisely Fu Chen did not want to get used to the farewell.

And Suyu stared at Fu Chen until the boy disappeared covered in forest. I don't know what kind of news will appear when Fu Chen arrives at the Muyong family later.

Fu Chen spurred his horse casually, he did not want to rush and make his horse tired. That search is long enough anyway.
