MTI 203 - The Fate of the Flower Fairy

The condition of each young genius had indeed improved slightly upon leaving the Jade Treasure City, but it started to deteriorate again as it almost arrived at its respective sect.

The worst condition was actually not Ji Wentian or Shen Qi, but Shui Hua. The Flower Fairy Girl spewed out black blood while grabbing consciousness, while the organs in her body began to be infected by Yun Lian's blood red Qi.

"Elder Xue, I will stay in the Flower Wave Sect while waiting for Sister Shui to heal completely."

"It's okay, Elder Xue. Return to the sect with Xinhai. Please tell dad and I'm sure he'll understand."

Bing Xueyu had already shown her stubbornness and Xue Gang could not persuade her any further. Bing Xinhai clearly understood the nature of her beautiful cousin this one, therefore she had no intention of coaxing and letting it go.

The Northern Ice Fortress entourage indeed accompanied the return of the Flower Ombak Sect entourage. Xue Gang then brought Bing Xinhai back to the sect to report all the events in the Jade Treasure City. While Bing Xueyu along with the escort elders of the Flower Ombak Sect group brought in Shui Hua to be treated immediately.

Despite having three Matriarchs, there is only one Matriarch who often appears and completes affairs with the outside world, namely Matriarch named Shui Lan. He also became the direct teacher of Shui Hua who would make the Flower Fairy girl the Matriarch his successor in the future.

Shui Lan pegged before her body shook violently upon seeing Shui Hua's condition firsthand. She did not listen clearly to the elder's apology escorting Shui Hua or Hua Mei's cry due to Shui Hua's so bad condition. He was so worried about his students compared to thinking about anything else.

After gaining enough composure, Shui Lan gave an order to the two Great Elders under his power.

"Each of you two, meet the other two Matriarchs. Outline Hua'er's condition and I want them to help me."

"Okay, Matriarch."

The two Great Elders instantly did Shui Lan's command and went towards where the other two Matriarchs were. They were named Shui Rong and Shui Yin respectively.

One of the three Matriarchs, Shui Rong, included the White Pillar Hero, nicknamed the Water Pillar. His overall strength was only slightly below that of the Fire Sword Goddess of the Sky Mountain Sect. He became the strongest cultivator in the entire Flower Waves Sect.

For two consecutive days, while waiting for the arrival of the other two Matriarchs, Shui Lan used her best healing water magic to treat Shui Hua helped with Bing Xueyu.

Shui Lan appreciated Bing Xueyu's help even though the girl did not have enough strength to heal Shui Hua completely. At least Bing Xueyu's help using ice magic could reduce the adverse impact further Yun Lian's blood red Qi which attacked the internal organs of Shui Hua.

"Sui's sister can definitely get through all of this, Matriarch. I'm sure." Bing Xueyu tried to encourage.

Shui Lan tried to smile, thin as hell. She thanked Bing Xueyu for her help and attention as well as Shui Hua. Indeed his disciple and Bing Xueyu were close friends. Their relationship was as close as Shui Hua and Hua Mei's.

On the third day, the other two Matriarchs arrived. Bing Xueyu gave a respectful greeting to the two. This was also a rare moment when he saw the three Matriarch Sect Ombak Flowers gathering at one time in the same place. As Bing Xueyu recalled, a moment like this happened a dozen years ago, when she had come with her father to visit the Flower Ombak Sect for the first time.

Shui Rong and Shui Yin returned a respectful greeting to Bing Xueyu, making small talk for a moment before turning their attention to Shui Lan. Not long after, they headed for Shui Hua's treatment place.

Bing Xueyu was no longer helpful because Shui Lan suggested she just take a break. Actually Bing Xueyu wanted to refute and insisted on staying to help, but in front of Shui Rong's Water Pillar, Bing Xueyu could only obey and stay in one of the rooms reserved for her.

Bing Xueyu's task changed to comfort Hua Mei. Since the incident that happened to Shui Hua, the little girl continued to be moody or cry. Shui Hua was already considered as an elder sister, of course Hua Mei was not willing to lose Shui Hua.

Within Shui Hua's treatment room, there were not only three Matriarchs but six Great Elders. The total of nine people with the power of the Great Soul Realm were treating Shui Hua together. It seemed excessive, but Shui Hua's bad condition made them have to do it.

This proved to be true, because after undergoing three days of the healing process, Shui Hua had not been able to fully recover. His face was still pale with a weak breath. With the efforts of those nine people, except for the heart, they could only eliminate Yun Lian's blood red Qi which was attacking Shui Hua's internal organs.

"Qi whose destructive power exceeds poison. What science is this really? I don't think the famous Death Cloud Site attack had this effect."

Shui Yin who was usually known as the cheerful and jolly Matriarch showed a serious face that was rarely seen.

"That's what we can think about later. Sister Yin, that blood-red Qi was still left in Hua'er's heart. Don't you think it's okay for us to take it out by force?"

Shui Rong's question was answered by a head-scarf. Shui Yin who had the best understanding of alchemy and medicine in the entire Flower Ombak Sect did not suggest that at all because it could be fatal.

"The problem is only one. That blood-red Qi had already fused with Hua'er's heart. If we force it out or clean it up, there's only one possibility that we've got."

Shui Yin turned her head to Shui Lan whose face was flattering. Both of his eyes glazed over before shedding tears. Everyone sympathized with Shui Lan over Shui Hua's condition. They could not act further, at the same time could not stop because they realized that Shui Hua's condition would be critical if they had not found a more appropriate solution.

For a time, Shui Lan gave her the high-level healing pills she had. This pill was rare due to its medicinal ingredients and was efficacious in curing even Soul realm cultivators. The pill was indeed good enough for Shui Hua, but it could not help escaping death completely.
