Ep. 55 - Rest

Every great sect always had a special group or team that became the main buttress of their strength.

The White Lotus Sect had a special group named the Lotus Army, which consisted of seven people. They would get better and more training resources than disciples that one generation had with them

The Lotus Army would be selected once every ten to fifteen years from the best disciple with practice in the Basic Realm. In the future they would become important figures and secret powers of the sect.

Wu Bai in his youth was also elected to the Lotus Army, he was no longer part of that special group since serving as the supreme leader of the sect.

The three direct disciples of Wu Bai were also part of the Lotus Army, and it was no wonder that the disciples of the third generation of the Basic Land were also chosen to be members of the Lotus Army.

For the current generation, the Lotus Army was led by Shenghao. He initially refused and wanted Honghao to be the leader, but Honghao, aided by the other five, managed to force Shenghao to be their leader, feeling that Shenghao was very worthy of that position.

It was not the first time either Shenghao or Honghao had gone out of the sect. They have done it several times with their teachers.

Entering the territory of the Green Forest Country, both are often offered by residents to stay one or two nights because they recognize their backgrounds.

"Why not? The building is not too bad, just clean some parts to make it more comfortable to occupy. It's gonna rain soon."

"Eh? Rain?"

Honghao was slightly startled, he looked up and saw the dark clouds starting to gather. Previously he had only looked at the twilight sky without paying any further attention.

"The weather can change easily in a short time and no one can guess it, as can a woman's heart."

"Senior, where did you learn to speak like that?" Honghao looked at Shenghao in astonishment.

Honghao agreed with Shenghao, "I guess with high talent and under the guidance of Senior East Wind, this young man is already a Silver Alchemist."

Shenghao raised his eyebrows, he did not understand alchemy but knew about the degree level of alchemist attainment. According to him, Honghao's remarks contained high praise. The Honghao that he knew was talented even though was still at the level of a Bronze Alchemist.

Away from their shelter, Yao Han who was sitting meditating under a shade tree was disturbed by sneezing.

"Something seems to be talking about you, Han'er." Yutian commented.
