Ep. 60 - Make Friends

Yao Han's countenance slightly changed when he saw Shenghao and Honghao's attitude change to him, something he didn't like.

"I'm sorry for my disrespectful attitude towards you, Brother Yao. It's an honor to meet Senior disciple East Wind."

Shenghao behaved like he had first met Yao Han. Honghao followed that senior stance.

Yao Han let out a long sigh, "Why did you guys become like that? Is it because of my identity? I'd rather you guys don't be shy and assume I don't have a mediocre background."

Shenghao and Honghao smiled awkwardly, it was hard to behave as Yao Han asked after knowing the young man's background.

"We thought that we would meet a figure called Senior East Wind disciple when we reached Star Moon Island, it turned out to be faster than we had expected."

"I opened up my identity not for you to respect or anything like that, but for wanting to help you. If you know like this, I'd rather just shut up." Yao Han let out a long breath again.

"Brother Yao, don't be like that. We'll be normal, but at least we should be grateful for these pills."

"No problem, I still have some supplies for you guys if it's still lacking. But before that, let me check on you first."

Yao Han asked Shenghao to extend his hand and began to flow Qi throughout Shenghao's body. The nearly bald youth could feel a strong and pure Qi flowing all over his body.

"Sorry, Brother Yao if my words offend you. I thought you were an alchemist because of Senior Feng's disciple, but if you can overcome poison with Qi, that means you are a Poison Cultivator?" Shenghao looked doubtful, while Honghao slightly changed his gaze towards Yao Han.

Yao Han smiled faintly, "I myself am confused as to what kind of cultivator I am. I studied alchemy, but at the same time I also studied poison."

"How is that possible?"

"Hm? Whynot? I studied poison science to strengthen my alchemy. I understand that you guys from the white school think that studying poison science is taboo, but I am a free cultivator like my teacher who doesn't really care about this. Unlike the two who could not read the level of his practice clearly, Yao Han easily knew that the two youths in front of him were both practicing in the Twelfth level of the Basic Realm. Something that could generally only be achieved by a genius disciple from a large sect.

"Are you going back to the sect after this?" Yao Han asked on account of assuming they had successfully completed the task given.

"I'm not sure, the situation is a little different than we thought before, so I need to contact the sect regarding this matter. Do you need anything from us, Brother Yao?"

"It's not that I wanted to continue on my journey, it's just that I need to see your progress after taking the medicinal pill from me."

Yao Han took Shenghao and Honghao to a quieter place and was quite far away from people's sight. They sat under a big, shady tree.

While Shenghao and Honghao were focused in the process of raising their practices, Yao Han was working on another thing, which was making wine. Yutian looked pleased as his wine supply would increase again. He had yet to know that he would only get a little wine ration because most of it would be given to Feng Xian.

Yao Han secretly went to the Dimension Pagoda to store the vat filled with liquid Moon Peach Arak, as it stored it in a space bracelet or space ring useless as time would come to a halt and disrupt the process of making wine.

The Qi density in their current place was not good, several times lower than the Qi density in Moonlight City. However it did not limit Shenghao and Honghao too much in training.

Towards noon, from Shenghao and Honghao's bodies came a muffled explosive sound followed by a powerful Qi radiance. Yao Han smiled faintly seeing the two young men successfully break through to the thirteenth level Basic Realm in almost the same instant.

Shenghao and Honghao looked at each other and smiled widely. Their Master and Master must be happy with their current achievements.

"Congratulations Brother Shenghao, Brother Honghao."

"Thank you, Brother Yao. It's all thanks to your pill."

"Don't go low. Resources do help, but it all comes back to one's talents. You guys are clearly among the genius sect disciples."

"Oh, Brother Yao is overly complimenting." Shenghao smiled faintly, "But Brother Yao, from my previous conversation, Senior Feng said that you don't need these pills, may I know what they mean?"

The first Honghao reacted, "Do you?! Brother Yao, that means.. Are you a Golden Alchemist?!"
