Chapter 108

Alanna awakens the next morning, gazing to the side but not finding Zack's whereabouts.

Alanna took a long breath. "It's like just a dream." Mumbled. Feeling the aches all over his body as he wanted to sit down.

Mas Zack comes and goes as he pleases, why would he behave like that towards me ? Did he take revenge for what I did to him two years ago ? and I foolishly was immediately lulled by her touch.

Condemning herself Alanna forced herself to get up and walk towards the bathroom. Alanna stopped in front of the glass of her dressing table, looking at her reddish body in some places due to Zack's actions.

Alanna curses herself again, moving back towards the bathroom.

"I had to soak in the bathtub to relieve the ache in my body." Alanna Mumbled.

Today Alanna is still working at sif noon, so she can still relax for a soak.

After bathing and getting dressed, Alanna went out to the kitchen intending to make breakfast.

In his study at the hotel, Zack told the secretary to call the General Manager.

Tok tok tok tok

I heard knocking on the door from outside.

"Lock !" Zack.

The door of the room opened, entering a man of more or less the same age as Papa Arian.

"You call me Mr Zack ?" ask the General Manager as soon as you enter the room.

"Sit down, there's something I want to need." Zack told the General Manager to sit in the chair in front of his desk.

The General Manager stepped closer to the chair Zack was referring to and sat there

"Can I help you sir ?" ask the General Manager as soon as you sit down.

"Send me now all the photos of the male employees who work at this hotel. Unmarried man under four years old."

"Okay, Mr. Zack, I'll do it now. Anything else you need ?"

"Nothing for now, you can go."

"Good Sir." Sahut General Manager obedient even though in his heart full of question marks and curious about the purpose of Zack's orders to him.

An hour later a knock was heard on Zack's door.

Tok tok tok tok

"Lock !" Zack.

The back door opened, the General Manager entered with a slightly thick map in his hand.

"I brought what you said earlier, Mr. Zack." Said the General Manager stepping closer to Zack's desk.

"Good." Praise Zack, close the laptop in front of him.

The General Manager sat down and placed the map on Zack's desk.

"This is the data of all the male employees you asked for."

"There's one more thing I want you to do."

"What is Mr Zack ?"

"Evocate a hotel maid named Alanna to face me as soon as she gets into work. I know he works at sif noon."

"I'll work on it soon." The General Manager said obediently then stood up leaving Zack who started to open the map in front of him.

Alanna is ready to work after changing into a hotel uniform.

"Alanna can you come to my room now ?" The head of the room section called out to Alanna.

"Can Sir." Alanna said ready.

Alanna then walked following the head of the room section into her room.

The head of the room section sat on his desk chair while Alanna sat on the chair in front of the table.

"Why are you calling me sir ?" ask Alanna.

"You're not making trouble or making our hotel guests mad, are you ?" Investigate the head of the room section to Alanna.

"You must know if I have a problem with hotel guests because there must be a report coming to you and to my knowledge I have never done anything wrong at work." Alanna replied although a little confused why the head of the room section asked like that.

"What's wrong, sir ?" Alanna asked adding.

"You're called to our boss."

"Not the General Manager but our big boss, the owner of this hotel."

Alanna frowned, astonished to hear the words of the head of the room section.

"What's he looking for me ? I'm just a regular employee, just a hotel waitress."

"Okay, I don't know why I asked you that." The head of the room section was also astonished.

"So I have to face now ?"

"Yes, the order is that you should meet him as soon as you enter."

"But I'm sorry sir, I honestly don't know where our boss's room is."

The head of the room section let out a long breath. "It's only natural if you don't know because the one who often meets him is only the General Manager. All right, I'll take you to his room."

"Thank you sir." Alanna smiled with relief.

The head of the room section stood up from his chair on the tail of Alanna, they walked out of the room to the elevator door which was not far from the room section headroom.

Once inside the elevator, the head of the room section emphasizes the last floor button, waiting for some time for the elevator door to open once it reaches the intended floor.

They came out, Alanna's heartbeats were somehow pounding more and more as they got closer to their Boss's den.

"Can I help you ?" The secretary asked kindly as soon as they stood in front of her desk.

"Saying the General Manager, this waiter named Alanna was waiting in the Boss' room." Answer the room section head.

"Oh yes, please. Just come in, boss was waiting for you."

"Thank you." Alanna replied with a stiff smile, nervous about having to meet their Boss.

"Come on Alanna, I have to go back to my room."

"Thank you sir for taking me." Alanna said in reply to a nod of the head by the head of the room section who then turned away.

Tok tok tok tok

Alanna knocked on the door.

"Lock !" Voice of the man from within.

Why does it sound like Zack's mas ? Ah !there can't be such a coincidence. Maybe it's because I kept thinking about him from the morning.

Alanna spoke inwardly before opening the door. What a surprise Alanna was standing at the door when her gaze fell on the man sitting behind the desk in the room smiling at her.

"Come on, baby, I've been waiting for you." Zack said with a smile on his face, enjoying the surprised look on Alanna's pretty face.

"Mas Zack ?" Alanna was still silent at the door, not believing what she saw.

Zack just smiled, himself standing out from his desk stepped closer to Alanna who was just standing in her place.

Zack pulled Alanna slightly inside gently and then closed the door herself.

"You seem very surprised to see me here." Zack said from behind Alanna.

Alanna turned to face Zack. "Is this the hotel that Mas Zack was building and then with Mr Malik ?" Alanna asked curiously.

Zack nodded. "Dear, this is the hotel and I'm so grateful that you work here even though I don't like the job you took." Zack said with an unhappy face.

"Why can there be such a coincidence." Grieved Alanna. "I shouldn't have been so indifferent to the work I was doing." Alanna was full of regrets.

"But instead I'm grateful for that." Zack was happy.

"What are you looking for me for ?" Alanna switched the subject, not wanting to talk about stupidity anymore.

Zack raised his forehead next to hear Alanna's words. "There should be a problem if I want to talk to my own wife ?" Zack asked back.
