Chapter 78

Alanna wakes up and opens her eyes, realizing she is sleeping in Zack's arms. Zack's two arms encircled his plain body wrapped in a thick blanket.

Alanna moved to look at the little clock that was on the bedside nightstand.

"Are you awake ?" Zack's hoarse voice stopped Alanna's movement.

Alanna looked at Zack. "Sorry, Zack woke up. I want to check what time it is."

Zack pulls Alanna back in his arms. "It's like it's still dark, you go back to sleep." Lazy Zack voice.

"I'm not sleepy anymore." Refuse Alanna. " It's just me who's back to sleep." Alanna said while breaking away from Zack's embrace.

"Where do you want to go ?" Zack does not let Alanna and further tightens his embrace.

"I want to take a warm bath, my body feels sore."

"Mas seems to make you tired." Zack rubbed Alanna's back.

"Little." Alanna admitted with a blushing face.

Zack kissed Alanna's lips, anxious to see the shyness of his wife. "Other times I'll hold back a little."

"I woke up first, wanting to soak in warm water before getting ready for the hotel. I haven't been in a long time to work." Alanna switched the conversation, feeling awkward discussing about it.

"You don't have to go to work anymore there is someone who replaces you at the hotel, you better be at home, baby."

"Have anyone replaced me ?" Alanna asked clarifying her hearing.

"Yes, I've been looking for your replacement."

"But why didn't you talk to me first before you found my replacement ?" Alanna asked, protesting with Zack's actions.

"Sorry I forgot to tell."

"Mas told me when there was a replacement for me." Alanna said with a tinge.

"Mas is just worried about you, baby." Zack said softly, persuading Alanna. "If it's about you, your decisions can't be changed." Zack added with a stern look.

Alanna was silent, she already understood the nature of Zack who if he had put on a face like that meant his opinion could not be changed.

"Understand my worries." Zack again persuaded, he did not want to fight with Alanna.

"All right, sir." Alanna had to give up.

Zack smiled with relief at Alanna's words. "Sleep again, it's still dark." Said Zack hugging tightly onto Alanna's plain body.

Feeling comfortable in Zack's arms makes his drowsiness come, unconsciously he fell asleep in Zack's arms.

"Dear, wake up." Zack gently rubbed Alanna's cheeks to build it up.

Heavily Alanna opened her eyes, reflexively closing her eyes back with a blanket due to the glare of the morning sunlight that entered into the room.

Zack smiled at Alanna. "What time is it now ?" Alanna asked to lower her blanket after her eyes adjusted to the light in the room.

"Seven o'clock in the morning."

Alanna saw Zack had been dressed neatly with his suit after.

"Why did the new mas wake me up ?"

"Mas actually does not want to wake up, mas did not have the heart to wake you who are sleeping fast but because there is something you have to tell before going to work."

"What is mas ?"

"This morning after lunch, we need to see your obstetrician. Today's your control schedule."

"Yes, is it ? I don't remember it." Alanna said in a regretful tone, not paying attention to it while Zack remembered all.

"Just be home to pick you up, we'll go together."

"All right." Alanna understood.

"Then go first." Pamit Zack kissed Alanna's forehead.

"Yes." Yeah." Alanna smiled back.

Zack stood walking towards the door of the room, opened the door and closed the door from the outside.

Alanna got out of bed, put on a blanket to wrap her innocent body and walked towards the door of the walking closet space that was connected to the bathroom door.

Finished bathing and dressing, Alanna sat down in front of the dresser wearing powder and a little lipstick. Alanna's gaze fell on the necklace embedded in her neck, hesitating between wanting to take it off or keep wearing it.

"I'd better keep wearing it like it was the case before, Zack scolded me for taking off the wedding ring without his knowledge." Alanna murmured before consisting of walking out of the room towards the lower floor.

Downstairs Alanna was surprised to find Sinta who was still at home sitting on the sofa in the middle room.

"Tumben clock like this you're still at home ? not to college ?" Alanna joined Sinta sitting on the sofa.

"Morning laziness happens to be no morning lecture hours either."

"so." Alanna understood.

"Yuk we go to the mall." Take Sinta enthusiastically.

Alanna thought for a moment. "Actually I want, the flat shoes I bought yesterday in Malaysia are left there." Alanna said a moment later.

"We'll just go then."

"But I have to go to the doctor this afternoon to control my guts."

"We'll be gone for a while, we'll be home before lunch."

"May also." Alanna says. "But I still have to ask Zack for permission." Alanna added with a grim face unsure if she could leave, suddenly recalling Zack's past words.

"You tried to call first, who knows brother Zack gave permission." Sinta gave advice.

"Alright, I'll go to the room first to get a cell phone." Alanna said to stand up.

"No, just use my cell phone." Sinta gave me her phone.

Alanna took the phone from Sinta's hand and called Zack's number. The phone connection is connected during the first ring.

"Hallo mas ?"

"Hallo baby, what's calling me ? why are you calling with Sinta's number ? Your phone is broken ?" ask Zack from across.

"My phone is upstairs in the room, I'm downstairs in the living room with Sinta." Javan Alanna. "Where's Mas Zack ?" Alanna asked back.

"The new bag is in the room, why baby ?"

"Mas Zack, I'd like to go out for a while with Sinta." Alanna said hesitantly.

It was quiet for a moment before Zack made his voice. "Where do you want to go ?"

"Just go to the mall, Sinta invites and there also happens to be something I want to buy." Alanna answered. "I want to buy flat shoes." Alanna added.

"Mas doesn't ask what you want to buy and doesn't mind how much money you're spending, baby." Zack said softly. "Mas just asked clearly where you were going."

"So you allow it ?" Alanna asked expectantly.

"Yes go, but you will be escorted and accompanied by Mr. Risno during shopping."

Alanna smiled happily at Zack's words. "It doesn't matter."

"Sir Risno is on his way home, you just wait for him. Mas'll tell him and you'll be home before lunch because we have an appointment with your obstetrician." Long message from Zack.

"Yes, I know."

"Then hang up the phone."

"Yes." Yeah." Alanna said before the phone line broke.

"How ?" ask Sinta curiously.

"Mas Zack let it go but we have to go with Mr. Risno."

"Good, it's okay we go with Mr. Risno as long as it can get out." Sinta said happy. "Then we get ready first."

"Yes, but I have breakfast first."

"You haven't had breakfast ?"

"Not yet."

"You have breakfast first afraid later you why again because it has not been breakfast, tail tail we both got angry with brother Zack." Sinta says.
