Chapter 70

Zack went into the room and found the room was dim, only a sleeping lamp illuminated their bedroom. Zack walks over to the bed, seeing Alanna who has fallen asleep.

Zack sat by the bed beside Alanna. "He must be tired." Zack muttered gently stroking Alanna's cheek. "Alanna, I don't know what happened to me. I try to stay away and keep my distance from you but the reality is that I'm getting more entangled and can't be away from you. It really scares me and makes me not know how to behave." Zack said to himself.

At the Penthouse, Sinta awakens from thirst. Looking at the clock on the bedside nightstand shows two o'clock in the morning. Sinta got up from the bed walking open the door of her room. Passing through the middle room to the kitchen to drink water, back to his bedroom and stopped in the middle room. Sinta walked slowly towards the sofa approaching Johan who was asleep there.

Squatting right in front of Johan's sleeping face. "Who's the lucky lady that got your attention. Why is he so stupid not to want you ?" Sinta whispered softly speaking to herself. "I really envy that woman, if only I were in her position." Sinta.

"I just found out that you have a habit of talking to people who are sleeping." Johan suddenly made a sound as he slowly opened his two eyes.

Sinta was surprised to fall down, misbehavior because it was caught by Johan.

"Anu...... ." Sinta said something bad.

Johan got up and sat facing Sinta who was still sitting on the floor.

Stretching out her hands, holding both of Sinta's upper arms helped her to get up and sit beside her.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to wake you up." Sinta sat down and said regretfully after sitting on the sofa beside Johan.

"How could you not wake up when your breath touches my skin."

"Sorry, I don't know. Brother Johan don't be mad at me." Sinta still lowered her head yet dared to look at Johan's face.

"Why haven't you slept at this hour ?" johan asked to switch the conversation.

"I woke up thirsty, after coming from the kitchen I stopped here for a while."

Johan looked seriously at Sinta. "Love listen to me ?"

"Yes ?"

"Don't get too close to people you don't know. You're a girl, you have to take care of yourself."

"But Brother Johan I've known for a long time." Sinta Protest.

"Yes, but I'm still someone else to you."

"Most brother Johan trusted brother Zack because that's brother Zack ordered brother Johan to take care of me here. Brother Johan the person in charge is impossible to do anything to me." Sinta said excitedly.

Johan took a long breath. "That's my burden too." Johan muttered softly.

"What did Brother Johan say ?" Sinta asked because she did not hear too clearly.

"There's nothing, you just go back to your room."

"All right." Sinta stood up, walking towards her room.

Alanna woke up, lazily looking at the small clock on the bedside nightstand due to sleepiness that had not disappeared. Time has shown eight o'clock in the morning past twenty-one minutes.

"It's almost noon." Alanna murmured, turning to the side, looking at the pillow and bed linen that were tangled Zack's former bed. "Mas Zack didn't wake me up." Added Alanna looking at the curtains that were still covering the window. There is sunlight visible from between the curtains.

Alanna moved slowly down from the bed, her body feeling very sore. Walk to the window then open the curtains that make the sunlight in illuminate the bedroom.

The soreness that Alanna felt was reduced after soaking in the bathub for almost fifteen minutes. After getting dressed, Alanna went downstairs for an unfortunate breakfast.

Alanna went into the dining room and found no one to walk straight into the kitchen.

"Auntie, where is everyone in the house ?" alanna asked Aunt Mun who was busy in the kitchen.

"Eh ! Miss Alanna." Aunt Mun is shocked by Alanna's presence in the kitchen. "Why Non ? Aunty didn't hear Non Alanna's words." Aunt Mun smiled.

"Where is everyone ? Zack to the office ? I overslept and Zack didn't wake me." Alanna repeated her words and sat down on the small table chair that was in the kitchen.

"Young man went to Non's office and he told her before she left that Miss Alanna had woken up don't forget to drink milk after breakfast because last night Miss Alanna didn't have time to drink milk." Said Aunt Mun.

"If mom and dad where is Bi ?"

"The big master accompanied the big madam to go take care of the preparation of the event in this house tomorrow night." Aunt Mun replied. "Miss Alanna wants what breakfast ?" added Aunt Mun to ask.

"As usual Bi, toast with strawberry jam and a bowl of fruit." Alanna smiled. "What is Bi's way ?" Alanna asked curiously.

"Tomorrow the birthday of the great sir."

"Papa's year ? I don't know." Alanna said it wasn't nice.

"Miss Alanna is a new member of this family so it's natural. Actually the great lord like the previous years did not want to celebrate his birthday just this morning at breakfast The young master suggested to make a celebration." Aunt Mun said as she placed the food Alanna asked for on the table.

"Then said papa what Bi ?" alanna asked as she began to chew her food.

"The big master had rejected it just that the young master said this event as well as introducing Alanna as the new daughter-in-law of this family. The big madam immediately agreed upon hearing the young master's words and persuaded the big master to agree."

Alanna heard the story of Aunt Mun feeling uneasy. "Then Bi ?"

"The big master of course agreed, The big lady wanted her show to be held at one of their hotels but the young master suggested that it be held at this residence." Aunt Mun told me excitedly.

"Then ?" Alanna said on the sidelines chewed the fruit.

"The big lady had thought before saying yes because she thought this was the first time they held a big event at this residence. Before that they always made a celebration or event at one of their hotels."

"Are many guests invited ?"

"It seems so, maybe all of their business associates and relatives."

"It means a lot too." Alanna muttered half-dreaming. "I'm a little traumatized by events like this."

"Non Alanna, would you like some milk now ?" ask Aunt Mun to multiply the conversation.

"By Bi, the fruit is also finished." Alanna pushed the empty fruit bowl.

Aunt Mun went to make milk and returned to the table with milk in her hand.

"This is Non, the young master's message must be directly spent." Said Aunt Mun like she was talking to a child.

"Yes, I know Bi." Alanna obediently and immediately gulped down her milk.
