Chapter 57

"Have you gone home ?" asked Mama Rani astonished to see their presence at home.

"Alanna is not well." Says Zack joins Rani's mom sitting on the couch in the living room following Alanna.

"Then you better rest lying in your room." Rani looked at Alanna.

"Mama, just now Alanna was lying down in the hotel suite."

"You're not well how ?"

"It's not serious ma, Alanna just fainted."

Mama Rani was shocked to hear Alanna's words. "Fainting ?! why did he faint ?" said mama Rani. "Zack you should pay attention to the health of your pregnant wife" added Mama Rani slightly angrily reprimanding Zack.

Alanna feels guilty for Rani's mom scolding Zack. "This is not Zack's fault, I fainted from drowning after spewing all my stomach contents this morning." Alanna gave an explanation.

"You regularly take the medicine your obstetrician gave you ?"

"Original ma." Answer Alanna.

"So you've been to the doctor ?"

"Had my mom, we just got home from the hospital to see dr. Rosa for Alanna's control." Zack explained.

"Good." Mama Rani said in relief.

"It's noon, is there anything you want to eat ?" ask Zack to Alanna.

"I just want to eat fruit."

"Then go to the kitchen first, tell Aunt to prepare some fruit for you." Zack stood up.

"No need to !" prevent Alanna. "Let me just go to the kitchen, I want to peel the fruit myself."

"All right." Zack sat back down while Alanna stood up walking towards the kitchen.

"Wouldn't your wife not have to work ?" advice mama Rani.

"He insisted on wanting to work, I did not want to impose my will which would make him sad and depressed. Also dr. Rosa said pregnant women should not stress which is one of the causes of early contractions in pregnant women."

"Then you should pay more attention to the state of your wife."

"Of course, mama, that's now my top priority."

"Good Zack." Praise mama Rani.

Zack stands up after Alanna to the kitchen, in the kitchen he finds Alanna is busy chopping fruit.

"Not finished yet ?" Zack asked as he walked closer.

"A little more mas, the rest of the dragon fruit cut." Alanna replied without multiplying her gaze, seriously cutting off the fruit that was before her.

"Isn't this a lot ?" Zack stared at the two bowls of fruit, the other one fully loaded and the other nearly full.

"really ?" alanna asked unsure.

"He uh." Zack replied while nodding.

"But I still want peaches and jackfruit." Said Alanna putting on a face.

"All right, it's up to you, baby." Zack smiled faintly at the look on Alanna's face.

"What did you say ?" alanna asked unsure of hearing.

"Which one ?" zack asked back, not understanding the meaning of Alanna's question.

"The last word I said."

"Darling ?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"Why ? you don't like that call ? if you don't"

"I like it, I just want to make sure of my hearing." Alanna cut out Zack's words and it was soft.

Zack stretched out his hand rubbing Alanna's cheek, smiling back. "It looks like mom should have Auntie buy some fruit tomorrow for supplies for the next few days seeing ***** great daughter-in-law's meal."

"Hehehehe's so troublesome Aunt." Alanna chuckled amusedly at Zack's words.

"Whatever for the favorite son-in-law." Said mama Rani suddenly appearing from behind.

"Eh ! mama just surprised." Alanna looked back.

"You're so serious you don't realize your mom's presence." Mama Rani said. "Your father called for lunch."

"It's lunchtime, huh ?" Zack looked at his watch.

"Just go first, I haven't finished peeling the fruit yet." Alanna told me.

"You just bring the existing first to the dining room, then ask your aunt to peel the rest of the fruit." Advice Zack.

"All right." Alanna understood.

They join mama Rani and papa Arian at the dinner table and start having lunch together.

Alanna took some side dishes and placed them on Zack's plate after eating the fruit in front of her.

"Aren't you eating rice ?" asked Papa Arian to see that Alanna was eating only fruit.

"For none of you*****treat pa."

"so." Papa Arian understood.

"But eating fruit has no carbohydrate content so you have to find food other than rice for you to eat so there is energy." Mama Rani gives advice. "You're consuming pregnant women's milk ?"

"Not yet mother." Answer Alanna.

"Zack, your wife should drink pregnant women's milk regularly." Mama Rani told me.

"I'll buy it today." Said Zack who was nodding understood by mama Rani.

After lunch they sat in the living room. Papa Arian and Zack drink coffee while Mama Rani and Alanna seriously watch television shows.

Zack looked at his watch, the time was two o'clock in the afternoon.

"I'm back at the hotel first." Zack looked at Alanna. "You should rest in the room."

"A little more, I'll finish this show." Alanna pointed at the television.

"You need to rest Alanna." Zack said firmly. "This morning dr. Rosa said you should rest well."

"Not long ago, a little more responsibility." Alanna protested a little, put on a face. "Yes, yeah ?" persuade Alanna.

Zack sighed, relented. "Alright, just until the show's over, then you go back to the room for a break." Zack is like saying to a child who is hard to manage. Papa Arian and Mama Rani who saw only a smile at their behavior.

"Good on." Alanna said happily.

"You better have a television in your room, for your wife." Advice from mama Rani.

"It seems like it has to be that way." Zack agrees to Rani's mother's advice while looking at Alanna who is back to watching a serious television show.

Zack approached pulling Alanna and kissed her forehead briefly. "Mas go first." Pamit Zack to Alanna.

"Yes, um."

Zack got up and walked out of the house to the parked car with Mr. Risno who was ready to wait for him.

"How did the hotel staff react to my marriage to Alanna ?" zack asked Johan as he walked to his desk while he was in his room at the hotel. "So does anyone react and say negative words ?" add Zack when he's sitting on his desk chair.

"All the hotel staff commented curious about where and how you could meet then marry Miss Alanna." Replied Johan who was standing next to Zack. "That's what I read in the hotel staff group."

"Maybe they don't dare to make any comments because they know you're in the group."

"They didn't know that I was his admin, I used another name." Johan told me.

Zack turned to look at Johan, smiling knots. "You're smart too." Praise Zack.

"Thank you, sir."

"Keep watching, and you'll be stalked if any provocateurs appear who want to vilify Alanna." Zack said firmly.

"Good sir."

"You've got CCTV footage that was in front of the ladies' toilet when Alanna passed out ?"

"Already sir, the tape is there I keep in your leptop." Reply Johan.

Zack opened the file that Johan meant on the leptop in front of him and saw the video footage.

"Nothing is weird." Zack said after seeing the CCTV footage.

"Master, there's nothing strange about the tape. The footage shows Miss Alanna rushing into the ladies' room while the behavior of the three women who came out ahead of Miss Alanna doesn't look suspicious." Johan explained.

"These words are Johan." Zack admitted while repeating the CCTV footage. "It would have been more obvious if CCTV had been installed in a woman's toilet." Murmured Zack while looking at the leptop screen.

Even so Johan could still hear Zack's words and reflexes answered. "That's impossible sir for violating someone's right to privacy." Johan said, a little confused by his master's strange thinking.

"I know Johan because that's why I say if." Zack said glancing intently at Johan who was silent at Zack's words.
