Chapter 30

As she descends to fetch some drinking water, Alanna keeps thinking about Zack's parents' conversation about the woman, Mariana, until he entered the room his mind was still struggling with a woman named Mariana. Looking at Zack's peaceful sleeping face, asking inwardly is there still a thing about you that I don't know about Zack Ibrahim ? and the most heartbreaking of which I have no right to ask you that, in his heart said. Unknowingly she fell asleep with a chest-stifling feeling.

Waking up feeling something heavy pressing on her chest and legs forced Alanna to open her eyes, which were still heavy with sleepiness.

"Hmmp - ." Alanna immediately smothers her own mouth so that a startled shout that comes out of her mouth does not build Zack who is sleeping soundly facing her direction. Zack's face, which was only a few cents away from her, shocked Alanna, and looking over the blanket, Zack's arms and legs curled around her hugging, making Alanna a little troubled to breathe.

"You shouldn't yell when your own husband is in your room and one bed with you." Zack's hoarse voice typical of new people waking up.

Alanna turned to look at Zack who had a voice, just opened her eyes when Alanna looked at him and looked back at Alanna who did not know she had woken up.

"Sorry, I woke up because of me." Alanna said with a regretful look. "I just haven't gotten used to the mas sleeping next to me."

"You better get used to it."

"I don't agree with what you said."

"Why not agree ?"

"Because it would be hard for me to get used to the presence of mas and then we have to part ways." Alanna answered frankly which made Zack speechless. "I'd better wake up, it's almost morning."

Zack is forced to let go of his embrace, only to stare at Alanna who is walking towards the bathroom door.

Alanna got off earlier than Zack because by the time Zack took a shower Alanna was done getting ready, intending to help Mama Rani prepare breakfast even though Alanna knows there are special waiters to cook food in this house. When entering the breakfast kitchen was ready to stay on the set on the dining room table and Alanna helped the part.

One by one the family members gathered at the dinner table, Zack's residence had yet to appear.

"Alanna try to catch Zack in the room." Mama Rani's

"Good ma." Alanna was about to stand up but did not so because she saw Zack walking closer to the dining table. "That's Zack here ma."

"Where are you going, Alanna ?" zack asked as he sat in his seat next to Alanna's first seat on the right.

"Followed the mas to the room because Zack's mas was down for a long time for breakfast." Alanna.

Finished breakfast Alanna climbed back into the room to pick up her briefcase in the walking closet room, as she wanted out Zack appeared.

"It's for you." Zack gave Alanna an unlimited credit card.

Looking at the card made Alanna frown cluelessly. " What is this for ?"

"For you to use, I have not made a card in your name, this card in my name, today I will order Johan to make a card in your name." Zack explained his intentions.

"I don't need it, I don't think there's anything I need to buy anymore, my clothes and all the equipment are so many, there's still a lot I haven't used, if for food I will have lunch in the hotel cafeteria or with mas in the workspace. So I don't think it's necessary." Alanna explained her point.

"But this is my duty as a husband, take Alanna I don't want to be denied on this matter." Zack said firmly make Alanna obey Zack's will.

They came down together and at the front door were waiting for Johan and Mr. Risno.

"You didn't simultaneously set off ?" mama's question emerged from within astonished to see two cars parked at the front door.

"Yes ma, I had some business outside the office this morning, so Alanna was on the Risno pack to the hotel." Zack explains to Mama Rani who confuses Johan.

"Oo." My mother understood and turned back inside the house.

"Young master, why didn't I know we had a meeting outside the office this morning ?" johan asked when Mama Rani was out of sight.

"There is no."

"But you just told the big lady." Johan was confused trying to understand.

"So that Alanna can go to the office with Mr. Risno."

"My mom first huh ?" pamit Alanna's leaving.

"Yes." Yeah." Zack answered and looked at Johan. "We also have to leave now, later in the car I explain and the tasks you have to do."

"Good sir." They also boarded a car following Alanna who had left first.

Because not working for two days makes Alanna's work a little piled up, several times she had to meet Ariel as her boss, as her boss, and while walking in the hallway to his room Alanna met Johan who was walking with a beautiful woman who according to estimates Alanna saw from her appearance more or less the same age as Zack.

At lunchtime as usual Johan came to his room.

"Yes, I tidied up my desk after that following up to the top."

"Well, I'll excuse you first." Pamit Johan left the room.

As she exits the elevator, Alanna sees Zack's secretary still at her desk.

"I called Mr. Zack into his room." Alanna told Zack's secretariat called Yanti.

"Please, he's in his room." Yanti replied flatly as usual.

Tok tok tok tok

Alanna knocked on Zack's door.

"Lock !" Zack's voice from the inside.

Alanna came in and closed the door behind her, looking at Zack who was still sitting on her desk chair with Johan who was sitting on the chair that was in front of Zack's desk, who was at the desk, they seem to be seriously discussing something.

"Mas is still busy ?" alanna asked walking towards the sofa that was in the room.

"Busy while discussing the results of the meeting with investors from Malaysia but can still be delayed for lunch." Zack answered smiling at Alanna, standing up to walk towards Alanna who was sitting on the sofa.

"Then I go out first, I'll come after you and the young mistress finish lunch." Said Johan.

"Sir Johan need not be too formal to call me, just call me as usual." Alanna said correcting Johan's call on her was too much for her.

Johan looked at Zack first before replying to Alanna's words and Zack nodded, agreeing with Alanna's wishes.

"All right, Miss Alanna." Reply Johan but still give frills miss.

Reflexes open her mouth wanting to protest but shut her mouth back, lazily discussing it further, Alanna let alone. Zack who was looking just held back a smile.

"Go to Johan's lunch, and then we'll talk back to that one."

"Good sir." Johan said before going to lunch.

"How's your job ?" zack asked Alanna while they were having lunch.

"Funds pile up in the stay for two days."

"I'll tell Johan to cut down on your work."

"No, it's my job as the head of the room section and I'm on the payroll for it." Alanna said logically which made Zack speechless. "So morning I saw Johan with a woman." Alanna was curious.

"He's an investor of our company who comes from Malaysia, he just came this time. Her father was ill so she came in his place for the meeting this time."

"O."

Zack's gaze was directed at the ring finger of Alanna's plain right hand. "Where's your wedding ring ?" tanya Zack suddenly switched the conversation with a happy face.

Seeing Zack's face made Alanna feel guilty and a little afraid of making Zack angry. "I took off, I put it in a jewelry box in my room." Answer Alanna timidly.

"Why did you get off ?" zack's question is getting a frown on the sign that he's starting to get emotional.

"Too flashy mas, will attract the attention of hotel employees." Alanna answered softly, glanced at Zack's hand and felt guilty for seeing Zack keep wearing his wedding ring.

"I've agreed to your wish, this marriage is hidden but not for Alanna's wedding ring." Zack said firmly do not want to be denied.

Seeing the look on Zack's face made Alanna not so refuted. "Well, I won't let go." Alanna had to comply.
