After about twenty minutes, their first baby was born.

"Congratulations Madame Alanna your first baby girl." Doctor Rosa said excitedly with the baby crying loudly in her cradle.

"Can I hold my baby Doc ?" zack asked expectantly, his facial expression full of joy over the birth of their baby.

"Of course Mr. Zack after your baby is cleaned and wrapped first so as not to get cold because of room temperature." Answer Doctor Rosa.

The moving nurse took their baby for cleaning and wrapping as Dr. Rosa said.

The nurse gave their baby to Zack, whom Zack greeted with caution.

Zack hugged the baby with a happy feeling, a new feeling for him to embrace his own flesh and blood the fruit of his love for Alanna.

"She's so pretty baby, you want to see her ?" zack asked Alanna who was lying exhausted with a happy smile on her face.

"Yes, I want to hug her."

Zack moved and placed their baby very carefully over Alanna's chest.

Alanna smiled gently looking at their baby girl's face.

"She's so beautiful."

"She's beautiful like you, baby." Zack reached out gently rubbing Alanna's hair that was slightly damp from sweat.

Alanna's expression turned grimacing as soon as she returned to feeling pain in her abdomen.

"Doctor, my stomach hurts." Alanna said while enduring the pain.

"Means your second baby will be out soon." Doctor Rosa told me. "Sir Zack please take your baby from your wife. Let the nurse show your family outside before your baby is brought to the nursery." Dr. Rosa added, giving the instructions.

Without waiting for long, Zack takes their baby from Alanna and hands her over to the nurse.

Dr. Rosa again directed Alanna as she had given birth to their first child, although this time Alanna was somewhat exhausted after giving birth to their first baby.

Seeing the state of Alanna's fatigue and barely powered, Doctor Rosa gave orders to the midwife to put intravenous fluids on Alanna.

Doctor Rosa tells Zack who seems very worried that the thing Alanna said like this is natural if giving birth to twins in a normal way.

The birth of their second baby is longer than the birth of their first baby.

"Dear spirit, I know you're exhausted but remember our babies, their lives depend on you." Zack gives Alanna some encouragement.

"A little more, just one strong push your second baby will be born soon." Doctor Rosa also gave a spirit in reply to a nod of the head by Alanna.

Alanna took a deep breath before going back to straining strongly like Doctor Rosa's direction.

"HNNGG !!!" Alanna was straining strongly until her face was reddish, all the while taking out their baby.

"ouweee ! ouweee !"

The sound of a newborn crying baby.

Zack who had been unconsciously holding his breath was now breathing a sigh of relief, reflex hugging Alanna's body which was now lying weakly helpless due to extreme fatigue.

"You're a great baby, you're a tough woman and I love you more because of that." Zack gently kissed Alanna's forehead which was filled with sweat.

Doctor Rosa held their baby who kept crying out loud with a smile.

"Congratulations to you, your second baby is a boy."

"I want to see my baby Doctor." Alanna said softly with a happy smile on her face.

"Of course." Said Doctor Rosa.

Nurses gave their babies away after cleaning and wrapping, Zack cradled for a while before putting their babies on top of Alanna's chest.

Alanna smiled gently at their baby who was now silent on top of her chest.

"Now I'm going to get your baby's placenta out, this time you don't have to lie down enough." Doctor Rosa told me.

"Good Doc." Alanna.

Zack moves in to take their baby. "Let the mas carry her, you must finish your labor baby. You will be satisfied to see our babies when they are in the treatment room."

"Yes, um."

"Get out for a while, wanted to show our baby to the rest of the family." Zack said in a proud tone as he had now become a father.

"Yes, um." Alanna is back.

"It's okay to stay a while ?" Zack asked, suddenly hesitating.

"Yes, it's okay Mr. Zack, now just get the placenta out." Doctor Rosa also said reassuringly.

"Alright, you're out not long, baby." Zack said before exiting with a baby nurse following behind him who was in charge of taking their baby to the nursery.

A fluffy smile immediately appeared on the faces of other members of the Ibrahim family as soon as Zack appeared holding his baby.

"Our second baby is a boy." Zack said so standing in front of all members of the Ibrahim family.

"Gee ! congratulations, Zack." Sinta immediately said happy.

"Good boy, now you've become a parent." Papa Arian patted Zack's shoulder.

"Good Zack." Johan congratulated.

"Thank you Johan." Reply Zack to Johan.

"Mama wants to hug Mama's granddaughter." Mama Rani reached out with a happy smile.

Zack gave the baby away very carefully. Sinta moved closer to Mama Rani.

"Mama's granddaughter is very handsome." Mama Rani said as she gently rubbed the little baby's cheek.

"Yes, he's very handsome." Sinta agreed, staring at her new niece's face.

"How's Alanna doing ?" mama Rani asked still while holding their Grandson.

"Alanna's condition is good even though she is very tired." Answer Zack.

"Thank God, it's only natural that she's so exhausted considering this is her first delivery plus your baby twins." Said Mama relieved because Baby and Mother are all safe.

"I'm sorry, the baby should I take now to the nursery." Sela the nurse that was following Zack.

"Oh ! good sister." Said Mama Rani a little surprised then gave the little baby.

"You can look at the two babies in the nursery, you can follow me if you still want to see them." The nurse offered.

"You can wait for us while you see your grandchildren there." Zack came to tell.

Mama Rani nodded in agreement. "All right, we'll be there. Tell us if Alanna's in the treatment room."

"Of course Ma."

When the conversation was over, the nurse turned away. Mama Rani and other members of Ibrahim's family followed the nurse to the nursery.

Zack again walked into the delivery room, Zack's gaze immediately directed at Alanna who was lying quietly on her bed.

Zack smiled gently extending his hand rubbing dear cheek Alanna who smiled back at him.

"Where are the other family members ?" ask Alanna.

"They're all following our babies into the nursery." Zack replied, before looking up at Doctor Rosa.

"How's Doc ? the placenta's out ?" added Zack curious about the situation of Alanna.

Doctor Rosa smiled. "It's over, now we're cleaning your wife, after you're done your wife will be taken to the treatment room."

Zack breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank God."

Moments later, Alanna is taken to the treatment room, where Zack calls her parents, telling them once she and Alanna are in the treatment room.

Not long after, all members of the Ibrahim family gathered in the treatment room, as well as their twins.

"Mama is so happy today, our family has three new members." Mama Rani's wide smile continued to appear on her face while carrying one of her little grandchildren.

"Whatever feels the same way, our house will become more crowded." Papa agreed.

Zack just smiled happily while sitting by Alanna's bedside with their baby in their middle.

"Have you found a name for your son ?" ask Sinta curiously.

Alanna shook her head. "It's not because of the sex of our new baby that we know now."

"We'll be looking for a name for both of them soon." Zack is making a sound.

"At this moment I feel really happy, Alanna has filled my life and our family with a cute pair of babies. Nothing else I expected, my life is now so perfect." Zack added, looking down at Alanna lovingly.

"Thank you baby, I am so grateful for your presence in my life. I love you now and forever." Zack said with a happy smile that echoes a gentle smile from Alanna.
