"Where do you know Maya ?" ask Sinta when the food they ordered has been there and started eating it.

"When I was still in Surabaya, I was still working as a waiter at the hotel where Mas Zack was staying." Alanna.

"O." Sinta heard while nodding.

"It's like being close to your family, huh ?" ask Alanna.

"Can't be close, we know him because he's Mariana's brother." Sinta's words surprised Alanna and made her more curious.

"Who is Mariana ?" alanna could not hide her curiosity.

Alanna's question made Sinta frown, astonished by Alanna's question. "Zack didn't tell you ?" Sinta asked back.

"Tell me what ?"

"Who is Mariana."

"No, Mas Zack never told me anything." Alanna admitted with disappointment.

"Sorry Alanna, I don't have the right to tell you that matter if Mas Zack just never told you that." Sinta said with a sorry face.

"It doesn't matter Sinta, don't feel guilty. What you said is true." Alanna said to calm Sinta even though she was actually disappointed in her heart.

After lunch, Sinta escorted Alanna back to the hotel. In her room Alanna did not focus on work until the time she left office.

After dinner Alanna called her mother, hearing her mother's voice made Alanna feel light.

"Hallo's Mom ?" Alanna said when the phone line was connected.

"Hallo son, how are you ?"

"Okay ma'am, how's Mom doing ? still getting headaches ?" ask Alanna worried.

"It's not always, don't worry too much. I'm fine, son." Mother assured. "What about your job ?"

"My work is all well Mom, no problem is too serious and if there is anything I do not understand, I will ask directly to Mr. Ariel the head of room division."

"Don't worry too much about Mom here, you just focus on working there."

"Yes Mother, Alanna will work hard. Mom there don't have to take too many catering orders, if Alanna's cost of living salary problem can support both of us."

"Yes I know, now that I'm not so often taking catering orders, Alanna take it easy."

"Good then." Alanna smiled at hearing it. "Mom take a break, Alanna will call again."

"Yes, you're also resting." Mom said before disconnecting the phone.

The ringing sound of the incoming call sign did not sound long after Alanna kept the phone on the bedside nightstand. Thought the mother called back and it turned out Alanna's guess was wrong because the one who called was Zack.

"When I call who, I call your number busy." Zack immediately asked when the phone connection was connected, without the hallo frills.

"With Mom."

"How's Mom doing ?"

"Good on." Answer Alanna. "Why call me ?"

"There must be a reason to call your own wife ?" zack asked back in an offended tone to make Alanna speechless.

"Sorry to you." That was the only sentence Alanna could say a moment later.

Long time ago Zack back up, Alanna even thought the phone connection had been cut off if not see the phone screen. "Is there anything that bothered your mind ?" Zack's voice sounded like usual.

"No mas, why do mas say that ?" Alanna's lying.

"I've started to recognize your nature, even if you say no but there must be something stuck in your mind." Zack said exactly.

"How is the work ? smoothly ? " Alanna asked to switch their conversation.

"All right, everything's going well as planned." Zack follows Alanna's willingness not to discuss the issue further.

"So we stayed three days there ?"

"Like that, why did you miss me ?" asked Zack in a joking tone.

"But a friend or friend can miss each other too."

But I don't want to just be friends mas, in my heart Alanna said back to not dare to say it

"Last noon Sinta invited me to lunch outside and we met Maya, the woman I had met when I was still in Surabaya."

"What's the story about ?" ask Zack to ask.

"Have, forget it." Alanna said she was disappointed by Zack's reaction. "I'm tired of wanting to rest."

Alanna's sudden change of attitude leads Zack to believe something is wrong with her words. "Yes, rest." Zack said he was forced and the phone connection was cut off.

Thinking something was wrong with Alanna's encounter with Maya leads Zack to contact Sinta to ask more clearly.

This morning somehow Alanna felt uninspired to get up and go to work added she felt unwell. Probably because of sleep deprivation last night in Alanna's heart said.

But Alanna still had to go to work, forced herself to walk to the bathroom to get ready.

"Why are you Alanna ? you're not excited." Mama Rani asks as they are having breakfast, seeing the listless Alanna and the food on her plate being left untouched.

"Alanna's fine, ma, maybe because of a lack of sleep last night."

"Don't Alanna miss ya mas Zack then her can't sleep well." Sinta teases Alanna

Papa Ariana and Mama Rani just smile at her hearing. "No need to tease your sister-in-law, it's only natural that she misses her husband." Papa Arian said.

"That's a wedding ring ?" asked sir Ariel stared at the ring on Alanna's ring finger, making Alanna nervous and misbehaved. "I've noticed these few days you're wearing it."

"Looks flashy sir ?" ask Alanna.

"Mockful is Alanna." Answer Mr. Ariel. "Although the model is simple but the diamond stone jewelry attached to the ring attracts people's attention. Is that a wedding ring ? marriage is not easy." Mr. Ariel said curiously.

"This is the gift ring from the family sir." Alanna answered just her and she felt she did not lie to Mr. Ariel because Zack was his family although more precisely the husband even though Alanna did not explain in detail.

"O...so." Answer Mr. Ariel. "Yesterday I also saw Mr. Zack wearing a ring that looks like a wedding ring, how come with you huh ?" mr. Ariel is a little suspicious.

"Sir Ariel's just being around, thinking too much." Alanna said a little nervous and helped when the elevator door opened, requiring them to immediately enter so that Alanna did not have to serve the curiosity of Mr. Ariel against him and Zack.
