Nine months later

"I accepted the marriage and the marriage of Sinta bint Arian Ibrahim with the dowry, paid in cash." Johan said out loud in a single breath.

"How about the witness ? legitimate ?" ask Pengghulu to the witness who sits next to the bride.

"Well !" Answer witnesses together.

"Okay Ma, we're going there." Alanna stood up a little at pains with the help of Zack who helped to break it.

"You don't have to take pictures with them." Bretty Zack.

"Mas Zack, I'm totally fine now. I couldn't possibly let go of the opportunity to take a picture with them just because my current pregnancy was just a matter of time." Alanna reassures Zack again, they walk slowly towards Johan and Sinta who are waiting for them patiently.

They arrived next to the two brides, Sinta who heard their conversation rolled her eyes, caught off guard with Zack's overprotective attitude.

"Since Alanna was declared Doctor pregnant again, Zack's nature started like this, all the things Alanna did made her worry to the point that she moved her office at home and only went out if necessary. Alanna only smiled wryly while Zack stared intently at Sinta.

Mama Rani who heard a smile. "You will experience the same. Mama saw Johan's attitude towards you that began to be possessive since you were engaged, so don't pity Alanna when you will also experience it." Tegur Mama Rani smiled amusedly while Johan called it to look a little awkward.

"Of course, don't argue here." Papa Arian mediates. "Zack after you guys take a quick picture let Alanna sit down, your daughter-in-law's kasian so too long standing on her very small body must carry the weight of twins." Papa looked at Alanna worried.

Alanna was declared pregnant by Doctors shortly after their return from Malaysia and Dr. Rosa returned to handle Alanna's second pregnancy.

As said by Sinta, Zack was very careful in the pregnancy Alanna this time keeping from the previous incident until it repeated again. Doctor Rosa diagnosed the fetus in the womb Alanna twins at four months of pregnancy but because the position of the legs of the fetus flanking makes the sex is not clearly visible by the USG machine but it is not a problem for the them.

Of course the news of the pregnancy of twins Alanna make the happiness of Zack and other members of the Ibrahim family doubled which certainly makes them all especially Zack very careful.

"Yes, um." Alanna nodded in agreement, the pain in her waist began to feel possible due to standing for too long.

Zack pushed Alanna to the nearest seat, the pregnancy of twins at nine months gestation made Alanna always easily tired. It was said Dr. Rosa is a natural thing considering twins Alanna is very healthy with normal weight.

"Why dear ? is anyone sick ?" Zack asked back, looking at Alanna's pain-like face.

"Not a serious thing, my waist just hurts a little bit maybe because I sit too much." Alanna smiled so Zack wouldn't panic.

"Then we go back to the room."

Alanna nodded in agreement."Yes, yes, yes."

Zack helps Alanna to stand up, they leave a crowd of people walking to their room which is now on the first floor.

Their room moved for a while downstairs due to Alanna who was having a bit of trouble climbing the stairs towards the second floor.

Zack, who plans to renovate the house by installing an elevator to make it easier for Alanna to move, is pushed hard by Alanna. Zack relented and they decided to move into the room on the first floor.

Arriving in the room, Zack immediately helps Alanna to lie on the bed.

"How ? feel comfortable already ? or did I add a pillow ?" Questions from Zack.

"No need, it's comfortable like this." Answer Alanna.

Zack sat by the bed with Alanna.

"Mas better get out, join the others. I'm fine, I'll sleep a little."

"Mas will accompany you here, they will understand too. The main event is also over."

"We should not obey your will to give birth to our baby normally. You look tired a lot lately." Sesal Zack's.

Alanna smile. "I'm fine, ma'am." A word that Alanna has been saying a lot lately to calm Zack down.

"Doctor Rosa advised you to have a cesarean section because this is your first delivery, you may have trouble giving birth to our twins." Zack repeated what Dr. Rosa said when they took control of Alanna's pregnancy last month.

"I want to give birth normally because I want to feel and see those who are struggling to be born into this world, our babies will be tough children because they made it through the difficult period of labor. I too will be a proud mother because I can fight through the pain and difficulty of a labor process." Alanna explained.

Zack clasped Alanna's hands tightly. "Mas will be there to keep you company, even if that's all you can do."

"That's more than enough, Zack's presence has helped me get through labor." Alanna smiled happily, holding tightly onto Zack's hand.

"Sleep, you should get enough rest if you want to attend Johan and Sinta's wedding reception tonight."

"Yes, I'm also beginning to feel sleepy."

"Tidurlah, mas akan terus di sini sampai kamu terbangun." Ucap Zack kembali, tidak lama kelopak mata Alanna menutup seiring rasa kantuk yang datang.
