Chapter 63

Zack and Johan had gone to attend a meeting with their investors. Alanna and Sinta were getting ready in their respective rooms to go out as per their plans.

Alanna had finished and was waiting for unfinished Sinta to dress up in the living room.

"Miss Alanna wants to go outside ?" Mak Daiyang asked when he saw Alanna's neat appearance.

"Yes, Sinta and I plan to take a walk for a while. We'll be home before night." Alanna told me.

"Then have fun, Miss Alanna." Mak Daiyang said smilingly.

"Thank you."

"Just leave now." Sinta appeared in the middle room.

"Mak Daiyang, we go first." Alanna stood up.

"Be careful on the road." Mak Daiyang's Message.

"Yes." Yeah." Alanna and Sinta answered at the same time.

They went out to the elevator to go downstairs.

"Where are we going ?" Alanna asked curiously as they reached the entrance of the apartment building.

"We go to the mall that is near here, how ?" Suggestion Sinta.

"May also."

"Then we call a taxi first."

Not long after, they saw an approaching taxi. Sinta then held the taxi. The taxi driver asked for their destination, Sinta told him and the car moved towards their destination.

Taxis stop in front of a mall, they pay the bills before getting out of the cab.

"It's more like a mall in Jakarta." Alanna's comments when she went inside.

"All malls are generally the same." Sinta says. "Only what distinguishes the goods they sell." Sinta added, like teaching a child.

"Where were we going then ?" Alanna asked confusedly.

"We go for a walk first while looking around, who knows if there will be items that we are interested in." Answer Sinta.

"Can."

They walk casually, enter the shop inside the mall. Comment on some items without buying and buying things you like.

"You just bought that ?" tanya Sinta looked at Alanna's grocery bag which only consisted of two paper bag bags.

"Yes." Yeah."

They were sitting relaxed while drinking drinks at a cafe in the mall.

"Why are you just shopping a little ?"

"Because this is all I need."

"What are you shopping for ?"

"Bags for my mother and shoes flat shoes, from now on I have to reduce wearing high heels."

"How many shoes did you buy ?"

"Just one."

"Why just one if you want to wear it often ?" Sinta asked in wonder.

Alanna thought about Sinta's words that were right. "The next time I buy it, my legs are sore from long walks."

"Then we go home."

"Let's just go home, it's almost dark."

"You wait here, I go pay for our drinks first."

"All right."

Sinta stood up walking towards the cashier and returned not long after.

"Here we go home now." Sinta.

They returned home in a taxi.

"Hopefully Brother Zack and Johan haven't come home yet." Sinta said, they came out of the elevator to the Penthouse door.

"Last noon, Mas Zack said to go home before dinner."

"So they haven't come home yet."

"It looks so."

Sinta was silent in place, making Alanna who was about to go inside blocked by Sinta who was standing at the door.

"Why did you stop at the door ?" Alanna asked in wonder behind Sinta.

"Where are you guys from ?" Zack's voice rang out from within, with a tone resounding in anger.

"Sister Zack." Sinta did not know what to say, shifting a little gave room for Alanna to enter.

Alanna hesitates to enter, knowing that she has made a mistake that makes Zack angry.

"Alanna, why are you still standing outside ?" Zack asked.

Hearing Zack mention her name, inevitably Alanna was forced to go inside. Wanting to run away was also impossible Alanna said in her heart.

"Mas Zack." Said Alanna walking slowly towards Zack who was sitting on the sofa with Johan standing behind her. "Mas Zack is coming home soon."

"Where are you two from ?" Zack asked back, not commenting on Alanna's words.

"We're from a mall near here." Replied Sinta who had also entered following Alanna.

"Alanna, get in your room." Zack said firmly, standing walking towards their room.

Alanna follows Zack from behind, Sinta who sees feeling guilty towards Alanna because this is her idea.

"Why did you come out with Miss Alanna without Mr ?" Johan rebuked Sinta who from earlier was just silently observing.

"I'm sorry, I don't think it's okay to just walk around for a little while." Sinta said with a sorry face.

"You know that you're very protective of Miss Alanna plus now that Miss Alanna is pregnant."

"Sorry, I know I was wrong. Can't not be so cornering on me." Sinta said to Johan.

"You better get in your room." Johan said a little quietly from the initial tone.

Sinta turned back inside her room, Johan just stared silently at Sinta who was walking away.

Alanna closed the bedroom door behind her, still speechless not knowing where to start talking from. This was the first time for him to have angered Zack.

Zack turned to face Alanna who was still standing near the door of the room. Walking closer to Alanna, take the paper bag that is still in Alanna's hold and put it on the sofa table in the room. Zack sat on the sofa and looked at Alanna who was still silent.

"Come here." Zack said in a soft tone, patting the empty sofa beside him.

Alanna approached and sat down. "I'm sorry, I didn't know that Zack would be this angry." Alanna spoke in a soft tone.

Zack let out a long sigh, easing his emotions staring at Alanna.

"It doesn't matter if you go shopping." Zack says. "Mas is just worried about you, this is not our country and if anything happens to you how is it ?"

"Sorry to you." Alanna put on a sorry face.

"Tell me if you want to get out, I'll let you. It's quiet knowing where you are if you're outside the house."

"Mas let me out as long as it tells mas Zack ?"

"Mas allows but not alone."

"But I came out with Sinta."

"Can't just be with Sinta, there must be a man accompanying. It could be me, Johan or even Mr. Risno if in Jakarta, and that makes me angry was you who left without telling." Zack emphasized the last sentence.

Alanna was silent at Zack's words. Zack pulls Alanna into his arms, hugging her tightly. "You must be familiar with the nature of the mas that is protective of you."

Alanna replies to Zack's embrace, inhaling Zack's familiar body scent. "I'll try to get used to it."

"What did you buy ?" Zack switched their conversation, letting go of his embrace.

"Not much, I just bought a bag for Mom and one flat shoes for me to wear." Answer Alanna. "I have to start wearing less high heels." Alanna added.

"Then you should buy a lot not just one fruit."

Alanna chuckled amusedly at Zack's words which were similar to Sinta's.

"Why are you laughing ?" zack asked in surprise to see Alanna.

"The words of the mas are exactly the same as Sinta said."

"Because we're brothers." Zack said softly.
