"Why did you come home so soon ?" mama asked Rani surprised to see they had arrived home.

"I can only have two days off ?" Answer Zack sitting on the family room sofa at Alanna's next to her. "A lot of work will accumulate if I take too long off."

"And there's Johan who can hold on for a while as long as you don't get in." Mama Rani said still protested dislike.

"Not all of Johan can be left, there are times when I have to intervene alone." Zack tried to calm Rani's mom.

"But the truth is Johan can take care of the company in your place as long as you're sick from a car accident that left you heavily injured and mariana."

"Mama don't have to be in a fuss anymore they're already here." Papa Arian suddenly cuts off the words of Mama Rani, mediating the debate of his wife and son.

Alanna could only be a listener, not daring to make a sound because she was a new member of this family, but Alanna was disturbed by the name of the woman who had come out of the mouth of Rani's mother before father Arian cut off her talk and what made Alanna most curious was the look on Zack's face when the name was mentioned, also the guilt on Rani's mom's face. Who exactly Mariana in Alanna's heart asked but did not dare to say.

"I went upstairs first ma, pa, tired of wanting a break." Said Zack flat in reply to a nod of the head by mama Rani and papa Arian. "Alanna, please get warm water for me to take a shower." Zack said to Alanna before getting up to their room.

"Yes, um." Alanna answered briefly. "Alanna ride first ma, pa." Pamit Alanna then catches up with Zack to board.

While entering the room Alanna saw Zack lying on his back on the bed massaging his forehead.

"Mas still want me to provide warm water for a bath ?" alanna asked hesitantly.

"Yes, I want to soak for a while."

Alanna moves towards the bathroom after hearing Zack's request. In the bathroom while providing warm water to Zack, Alanna thought where she had heard the name Mariana then remembered that the name had appeared when she heard Zack talk with a woman named Maya while still in Surabaya and then. Who is Mariana ? what does Zack have to do with that woman ? in his heart asked still squatting in front of the bathtub that was filled with warm water.

"His warm water is there ?" zack asked suddenly from behind to startle Alanna from her daydream.

Shocked by Zack's sudden voice, Alanna reflexively stands back and loses her balance and falls backwards, seeing his reflexes Zack forwards extended his arms around Alanna preventing Alanna from falling over but could not, making them fall down sitting together inside the bathub with Zack who was below protecting Alanna from impact.

"God !! is it okay ?" alanna asked frantically rising up from Zack's lap. "Some one is sick ? sorry for that." Alanna said with a regretful look on her face lifting both of Zack's arms to see if anyone was hurt.

Zack pulled his arm. "It's okay, Alanna, no one's hurt." Zack calmed the panicked Alanna. "it should be me to apologize for surprising you and it doesn't seem like I'm the only one who has to take a shower." Zack said and his gaze stopped on Alanna's upper body.

Hearing Zack's words made Alanna aware of her wet self. Following the direction of Zack's gaze to his body, because of the thin clothes although not looking at make the shape of Alanna's chest that is densely filled clearly visible. Embarrassed, Alanna immediately stood up from the bathtub and ran out of the bathroom.

"You'd better change your clothes first, otherwise you'll wet the floor of the room !" zack said a little bellowing before Alanna disappeared behind the door, shaking her head with a smile looking at Alanna's cute demeanor in her eyes.

When finished bathing, Zack appeared in the room already wearing a nightgown but there was still a small towel on his shoulder because the hair was still wet after shampooing.

"i thought you were asleep." Zack said when he saw Alanna still sitting on the bed leaning against her while holding her phone.

"Not yet, not sleepy. So I called Mom."

"So how's Mom doing ?"

"Good on."

Zack hangs a small towel on the back of the sofa near the bed and walks to the bed as Alanna slips into the blanket lying sideways facing Alanna sit leaning. "If it's good why is your face so ? like there's a problem." Zack says.

"Mother has only said lately that she often has trouble breathing if she's too tired." Alanna answered with a grim look.

"He's still running his catering business ?"

"If the advice of mas, you better rest it is not too tired to accept catering. Transfer money to your living expenses."

"I told Mom, don't push myself."

"Then what did he say ?" Zack asked curiously.

"Say he's bored if there's no work."

"Then let him take the catering order but it's limited so he's not too tired."

"Well, I'll say that when I call you again."

"Let's get some rest, we'll have to get to work tomorrow." Zack said then turned off the bedroom lights.

"Yes, um." Alanna then lay down. It's the second night Alanna sleeps with Zack next to her, different from the first night they slept in a room that Zack rarely used unlike now, Alanna sleeps in the bed that Zack uses every day, Zack's body scent mixed with the scent of perfume smelled by Alanna makes her mixed feelings can not fall asleep.

"Have you slept Alanna ?" zack asked suddenly Alanna again and luckily she was lying down. "I surprised you again huh ?" zack asked as he felt Alanna's sudden movements as she made a noise in the dark of the room.

"A little bit." Alanna admitted.

"Like her lately you've been daydreaming a lot."

"Just a feeling." Alanna lied evasive. "Why did you ? Anyone want to talk about it ?" alanna multiplies the speaker.

"Mas just want to ask tomorrow morning you want to come with me or take Mr Risno to the hotel ?" ask Zack.

"In between Mr. Risno only mas."

"Okay, sleep is Alanna."

Alanna had not closed her eyes to sleep the last time Zack said telling her to go to sleep, somehow the drowsiness had not come. Deciding to want to drink and go down, Alanna moves slowly as she descends not wanting to build a sleeping Zack.

When you want to pass through the room mama Rani and papa Arian Alanna saw the door of the room that is not tightly closed and the light from the room that indicates they have not fallen asleep. Alanna walked slowly not wanting to grab their attention and while passing by accidentally overheard their conversation that caught Alanna's attention.

"No, you shouldn't say that to Zack, after what he's been feeling and going through." Papa Arian said to rebuke mama Rani

"Yes, you know you're wrong but you didn't accidentally say that."

"You know for yourself how Zack feels about Mariana."

"Yes pa, you know, mom as her parents might not know how our son feels." Said mama Rani. "Did Zack tell Alanna this ?"

"Zack hasn't told Alanna about this, so we don't have the right to tell her if Zack hasn't told his wife."

Hearing the words of papa Arian makes Alanna more curious.

"Yes, no longer need to discuss and mention the name of the woman, we better just sleep." Papa Arian said.

Alanna stepped slowly away from there when she heard the sound of steps approaching the door of the room because she did not want to know Zack's parents that she heard their conversation.
