"Mom's surprised you guys have to go home this morning." Mother said after they had breakfast.

"Mas Zack couldn't leave his job in Jakarta too long because of his sudden departure here. It was also my fault for suddenly saying I wanted to come here and Zack didn't want me to go alone."

"Next month we'll be here again." Zack's Promise to Mom.

"Mother don't want to come with us to Jakarta ?" Alanna asked back.

"Next time, son." Reject Mother gently. "Titip say hi to your mother-in-law." Mother added.

"All right, I'll tell you."

"You didn't bring home your clothes ?" I asked them to see that they had brought nothing.

"No ma'am, clothes are here for us to wear when we get back here." Answer Zack.

"All right, so are you leaving now ?"

"Yes ma'am, the driver from the hotel has arrived. He'll take us to the airport." Zack answered while standing up, Alanna stood up.

"You should be careful on your way home, son Zack your wife is pregnant." Mother reminded as she escorted Alanna and Zack to the front door.

"Yes ma'am, I know."

Alanna went forward to embrace her mother. "My mom said to go first."

"Yes, call Mom often."

"Yes, Mom." Alanna said obediently, they then turned to go to the parked car in front of the house waiting for them to enter.

The trip back to Jakarta went smoothly even though Alanna began to be uncomfortable sitting for long periods in the plane.

Johan had been waiting for their arrival and immediately greeted them upon arrival at the airport exit.

"How is the hotel ?" Zack immediately asked as soon as the car was on the highway on the way home.

"All is under control, sir." Johan replied as usual.

"Good, good job, Johan." Praise Zack for short.

"Go home to Mr ?" ask Johan.

"There's no place you want to go, baby ?" Zack asks Alanna before answering Johan's question.

"No, I want a quick break." Answer Alanna.

Zack looked at Johan. "We'll just go home."

"Good sir." Johan said and began to focus forward driving the car.

They are a bit long on the way home because the time is almost close to noon the road starts on motorized vehicles.

Johan took the car through the gate and stopped the car right in front of the entrance.

"You're still going to the office today, sir ?" ask Johan before Zack gets out of the car.

"Not sure Johan, you just go back to the office first. I'll have Mr. Risno drive me to the office if I'm suddenly leaving."

"Good sir."

Zack got off first then walked around opening the car door to help Alanna get out of the car.

They entered the house, in the living room they found Mama Rani and Papa Arian who were sitting relaxing watching the news that was being aired on television.

"Mama, Papa you're home." Zack called to tell them of their presence.

Mama Rani and Papa Arian turned their heads together as soon as they heard Zack's voice.

"Oh ! You're home already." Mama Rani was surprised by their presence.

"Anytime you guys get home ?" ask Papa Arian.

"Mom thought you'd be home tonight."

"The run over there is finished sooner." Zack answered, leading Alanna to sit on the sofa, joined by Mama Rani and Papa Arian, and then sat down next to Alanna.

"Have you had lunch or not ?" ask Mama.

"Not Ma, Alanna wanted him to go straight home." Answer Zack

"Then we have lunch together, Aunt Mun is arranging lunch at the table."

"Yes Ma." Alanna according.

Not long after that Aunt Mun emerged from the dining room.

"Miss, sir, lunch is ready." Aunt Mun told me.

"Yes Bi, we're there and please add two plates for Zack and Alanna." Said Mama Rani.

"Good Mistress." Said Aunt Mun obediently and turned back towards the dining room.

They stood walking into the dining room following Aunt Mun.

"It's a good thing you guys came early, there's something you want to talk about." Mama Rani said as she pulled up the chair

"What is Ma ?" ask Zack.

"Yesterday Mama gathered together with friends Arisan Mama." Mama said while filling Papa's dinner plate with rice and some kind of side dish.

"Which meaning is Mama ?" Zack asks clarifying, letting Alanna start filling her dinner plate. "Thank you dear." Zack turned his head to tell Alanna after putting back the dinner plate.

"Rinstone, Zack."

Zack's jaw is hardened. "Wouldn't Mama never come again and just transfer money since my accident with Mariana then because in the arisan group there is Mama Mariana ?" Zack said in an unhappy tone.

"Yes it's true that you said it's just that Mama's friend called to have Mama present because Mama's only living has not taken." Mom explained.

"Then ?" asked Zack as he began scooping the contents of his plate.

Alanna and Papa just quietly listened.

"So Mama was forced to come and on the sidelines we chat suddenly Mama Mariana alluded to the wedding anniversary of Mama and Papa who soon made Mama's friends ask to be invited including Mama Mariana."

"So the point is that you're confused about whether to invite or not, is that it ?" guess Zack.

"Yes, Mama was so confused not to know whether to invite or not. If inviting them will make you uncomfortable but if not inviting it will look like our family is too hurt because of the incident when in fact it is not. So Mama asked for your opinion on this."

Zack stopped the movement of his hand that was scooping food, staring for a moment at Alanna who had just silently heard and then looked at Mama Rani seriously.

"Just make your wedding anniversary at one of our hotels and invite all of Mama and Papa's friends including Mariana's parents. I want to show them that I'm okay and happy now.

"Maybe they think I'm still down because of it." Said Zack turning to Alanna who was beside him, clasping tightly to Alanna's hand which was on the table.

"Good decision, son, Papa's happy to hear it." Praise Papa Arian.

"Alright, Mama will take care of the invitation."

"When is Mama's show ?" Alanna finally made a sound, asking curiously.

"Lusa Nak, we make the show at night."

"We'll talk about it later, finish your lunch first." Papa Arian cut the conversation silent and started to finish their interrupted lunch.

After lunch, Alanna sat relaxing in the living room while enjoying chocolate ice cream and vanilla-flavored tarts with a melted chocolate flush outside.

Zack appears after coming out of his study to pick up some files and sit down next to Alanna.

"It can still fit in your stomach all this food baby ?" zack asked, amazed to see his wife's appetite began to rise.

Alanna nodded. "He uh." Alanna answered briefly because her mouth was filled with tarts.

"Is there anything you want ?"

"Yes, I still want ice cream but I spent this one." Alanna answered while scooping the ice cream with a large cup on her lap.

"Still a lot in the fridge ?"

"Some one mas."

"Go home and buy it."

"Where do you want to go ?"

"Mass to the hotel first, I want Johan to check in all our hotels in Indonesia where the hall room is not boking on the day of the anniversary event Mama and Papa."

"Mas it okay ?"

Zack frowned confusedly. "I mean ?"

"If you have to meet the parents of ex-wife Mas Zack." Alanna clarifies.

"It's okay, it's not a problem now and it's all because of you."

Alanna's confused turn didn't understand. "I mean ?"

Zack approached, peeping at Alanna. "Later you'll know for yourself." Said the mysterious Zack away and got up to his feet.

"Mas go first." Added Zack.

"Yes, be careful on the road." Alanna was forced, curious about what Zack was saying but did not ask further because Zack had closed their conversation.

"Yes." Yeah."
