Thank You

"Harry?"

"Hmm?"

"You really love me?"

The question slid from Lexi's mouth after they came out of the movie theater. The two had just watched the romance movie Lexi had chosen at random. The film tells the story of a couple who have an accident. Since that incident, the wife who suffered brain trauma lost the memory of her love story as well as her marriage. But the husband did not give up and was always by his side. It seems Lexi got carried away after watching the film. His heart was touched to see the struggle of the husband even though his wife often considered himself strange and disturbing.

Harry, who understood what Lexi was feeling, immediately grabbed the girl's hand, carried her to his mouth, and he kissed her with the back of Lexi's hand warmly before he clasped her in his chest.

"Should I answer your question, Lexi?"

Lexi did not answer. He wondered if he really needed answers, but he realized that he had not been able to give Harry what he was asking. Doesn't this sound very selfish and since when was that slightly despicable attitude attached to her.

Lexi assures herself that it is not time to question her when tomorrow she will try on her wedding dress.

Lexi looked up, finding the adoring warm gaze of Harry's beautiful bead irises. That warm gaze had not changed at all since he knew the man. Wasn't the way Harry looked at him an excuse for him to give both of them a chance. To him and Harry.

Lexi smiled shyly, "I'm selfish, huh?"

Harry let go of his grasp, turning it into a possessive embrace. Lexi returned the man's embrace by wrapping her hands around Harry's waist. He has to get used to Harry's touch, and he has to get used to it. GOTTA! No one knew how crazy his heart was about receiving physical contact from a man. Crazy not because of desire, but because of something he tried to deny. He has to hide that. Doesn't he want to heal, too. Against fear, that's the term he uses. Hm, where has he ever heard that phrase? Ah, he remembered it. Amorite. It was the teenage girl who always sent words of encouragement to him. He hadn't seen that girl in a long time.

"You're not selfish. It was a normal and natural thing that a woman would do. But I'm a little offended that you questioned it when our wedding was just counting days," Harry put on a feigned expression of hurt. And just as the man had expected, Lexi's face turned frantic, regretful and guilt-ridden.

Harry chuckled, the flickering of the girl's nose. "I'm just joking about me being offended. You really want to hear my answer?"

Their eyes clashed for a moment. Lexi just kept quiet, giving Harry a decision whether the man would answer or not.

"I love you. My feelings are still the same as they used to be today."

Lexi's looking for lies there. Either he could not be prejudiced or how, clearly he did not find a lie in the man's bead. Harry looked sincere. Or that's what he's trying to believe.

"Is my answer unsatisfactory?" Harry's face turned gloomy.

"Huh?"

"You seem dissatisfied with my answer, Princess. You daydreaming?"

"Oh, no. I just feel like I'm being too selfish." Lexi thinned her lips in a smile. "If I ask that, shouldn't I give you the same thing."

"Women are more likely to like themselves if they are loved."

"I would rather be loved and loved. This sounds more fair. Yes, although I do not deny there is a pride of its own if the love of a man is greater to his woman. As we saw earlier. He doesn't mind looking weird to get the attention of a wife who doesn't even remember him. He does not mind the love that claps one hand, although in fact the condition is not like that. And the man knew his true condition, which is why he still chose to fight for his wife to fall back in love with him even though he did not know what the result would be. The ending is not good enough in my opinion. Although they are together, in the end only the man has love and memories. Really, I don't want to end up like that."

Harry smiled warmly, "His husband is sure and believes that his wife is his destiny. That's why he survived. Not too pathetic in my opinion. He lives with the people he loves."

"It would be very melting for him."

Yes, eventually we'll come to this question, Lexi's inner.

"I'm worried about my age and you're the perfect visual to give an awesome and adorable offspring" he replied half-jokingly after they sat at one of the tables by a glass wall.

Harry laughed, "Well, do I have to be happy or go back to being offended, Lexi. It sounds like you're voting for the man you're about to marry and I happen to be the winner."

"Yes, sort of," Lexi made no attempt to rebuff at all and Harry was again made to laugh.

"All right, I'll try to give you what you want. I can't wait to grant your wish."

Lexi just smiled stiffly. His mind immediately floated. Can he serve Harry without embarrassing himself by suddenly hysterical in panic. Should he go to the doctor before they go on their honeymoon. Just imagine it has made his stomach wrapped around.

"Hey,"

The greeting and gentle touch in his hand made him scowl.

"You're saying something?"

"I'm asking if you're okay? Your face is suddenly pale and your forehead is sweating."

Implicitly obvious concerns there, a little able to make Lexi's heart warm.

"I'm fine." Lexi nodded steadily. Knowing Harry did not believe her words, the man locked his eyes, demanding in silence that Lexi tell him the truth.

Harry sighed, knowing that Lexi would not open her mouth.

"You scared?" The man followed his instincts. Lexi was suddenly pale after she had given Lexi a joke about children.

Lexi shook her head weakly, Harry knew his guess was right.

Slowly Harry took his hand off Lexi's.

"I'm sorry for not being sensitive to your condition. I realized it but tried to ignore it by convincing myself that you were okay. You feel anxious every time I touch you."

Lexi gasped, Harry realized. Uh! This added to his list of guilt to the man. Just as Lexi was about to give an explanation, the waitress came to bring their order. Lexi's gonna have to wait a while. While waiting for the waitress to complete her task, Harry did not let go of Lexi's gaze at all. Guilty look.

"Good fun." Finally the waitress left and Lexi was relieved. He didn't want Harry to cancel their wedding just because of this. He will try to overcome his problems and will be a good wife for Harry.

"Harry's..."

"I'll be ready to wait for you, Lexi. No need to rush. We'll do it once you're ready. The child can wait."

Lexi subconsciously breathed a sigh of relief. Harry didn't cancel the wedding and Harry didn't ask why either because the man must have known why. Lexi was quite grateful to Harry for the man's wise attitude. Lexi and Harry both do not want to spoil the atmosphere by remembering what happened between him and Austin.

Lexi reached out, touching the man. "Thank you" he said sincerely.
