"Why Austin is so long."

The doctor had just done an examination and was back outside. Darren doesn't believe in himself while being alone like this with Isabell. Worried that he would do something silly to Isabell who was embarrassed. He could also see if Isabell was uncomfortable. Not to mention his hungry stomach, while his hands could not be moved as usual. He could choke to death if he asked Isabell to bribe him. Then what should he do?

"Do I need to look it out?"

"Not to."

The door of the room opened, the two of them compactly turning towards the door in the hope that Austin would appear. But it seems like the universe is joking with them. It wasn't Austin's face that looked but rather a nurse carrying a tray filled with syringes.

"I'll inject painkillers, Mr. Willson."

Darren cleared his throat, how to refuse the injection of the drug. Injections to be injected into his buttocks. Isabell was there. If he let the nurse do her job, Isabell would look at her butt and if she asked Isabell out, she was anxious, the girl was offended.

"I don't feel any pain at all." Obviously he lied. The wound on his shoulder has been stomping since he woke up. "I don't think I need it."

The nurse looked confused, unsure of the statement Darren said considering he was there while performing surgery on the shoulder blades where the bullets lodged there were quite difficult to remove.

"I don't really feel pain" he said. The last thing he wanted was to show off his butt in front of two girls while he was helpless. Almost a swearing came out of his mouth. This helplessness left him unable to do anything, even to just protect his butt. This is really not cool. And why is the nurse still flinching there?

"The doctor said I should inject the cure immediately, Mr. Williamson."

"You don't have to be that obedient. The patient does not feel pain and the patient does not want his buttocks to be touched. You just need to report like that to him. Come outside!"

Darren glanced reluctantly towards Isabell. Not knowing if he saw wrong or how, the corner of the girl's lips revealed a smile with a holding amused.

Darren wondered, what was the reason behind that smile. Isabell was laughing at him. Because it seemed like the girl knew about her lie. Yes, when the two of them were, he was often grimacing withstanding the excruciating pain from his injuries. Ck! This situation is really annoying. And it's not just about the buttocks you want to inject!

"I'll call you if he needs an injection," in the end Isabell, who knows the lie, convinces the nurse to get out of the room.

Shame, it's this embarrassing situation that's left him dead in style. The atmosphere that was awkward was increasingly made awkward.

"I don't like syringes either," Isabell liquefied the silence that lasted for sixty seconds.

"Really?" Darren nosedived a little bit of his eyebrows. As Isabell recalled this the first time he saw Darren giving an expression on his handsome face. Only next to the nosediving eyebrows, but enough to give color to his stiff face.

"Yes. Syringe terrible thing," Isabell aimed at the shoulder to look relaxed and reassuring.

To be honest, Isabell was not afraid of needles. At least, now at his adult age. As a child, maybe all children scare these things. Including Isabell of course. When he was sick, his father always said with injections, he would recover quickly. Isabell did not cry even though he felt excruciating pain and fear at the time. Because pain is scarier than a syringe. When sick, he wants to be pampered and cared for, but he doesn't get it. Every time his father took the time to comfort him, his mother would always have affairs that required his father's help, requiring his father to leave him in the room, crying over his pain in silence. Little Isabell hated pain and needles. But now, she was a girl who rarely got sick and was no longer afraid of needles.

"Mmmm," only a mutter came out of the man's mouth. But his eyes were not the slightest bit detached from the figure of Isabell. Darren noticed what Isabell was wearing this morning.

This time Isabell was not wearing a long dress that covered her legs, the girl was wearing a floral dress with a soft color below the knees. Very sweet. Darren lingered looking down, at the foot wearing oversized hospital sandals.

Slowly he raised his gaze. His forehead slightly wrinkled when he realized that long hair that is usually allowed to decompose is now curled origin to show his smooth neck. Darren lingered on Isabell's chin, the part of the face he liked so much besides the eyes. The chin was split, just like Isabell's lower lip which had a line right in the middle as if dividing the lips into two parts.

Dizziness assaulted him, slowly attacking his entire nerves. Darren knew this was not the effect of the wound he had suffered, but rather the jolt of desire that demanded to expose him to the object that created the surge that came without permission.

"You haven't touched your breakfast, yet,"

Hearing Isabell's nervous voice, Darren flinched. He felt slapped and ashamed for his actions which looked at Isabell with a glare of blatant judgment. As their eyes clashed, Darren cursed at him. The girl's lips trembled, implying such a stern fear. Damnit damnit! He made Isabell afraid.

What would Isabell think of him? A man with little morals who steals a glance towards his own brother's lover? A disgusting pervert?

This thought made him anxious and anxious. The excessive anxiety made him angry. He immediately turned his face away.

"Get out,"

"Huh?"

"Leave me alone."

"W-how could I leave you?"

Isabell's question again made Darren turn to him quickly. That question sounds so intimate and sweet. But Darren clearly knew that his understanding and Isabell's understanding of the question were clearly different. Isabell did not know the impact of the question on Darren's body's reaction, especially his heart that was slowly warming.

If true Isabell would not have left him because he wanted to stay with him for a long time, not because he was forced to be like now just because he was his brother's lover who happened to take care of him. Where's that Austin motherfucker?

"Are you asking me how to get out of this room? You just turn your body, step until you reach the door, use your hands to open the door. Congratulations, you're already outside."

Darren hates hearing his cynical tone. And he was angrier when he saw Isabell as if he had just been attacked in the stomach. The girl to the point of taking two steps back with a shocked face that Isabell could not hide.

In addition to the cynicism in her tone, Darren treats Isabell like a dumb girl whose brain is not developing.

Isabell hurt? this question struck his heart and made the dizzy in his head become more and more, beating the dizzy from the shameful desire he felt earlier.

"You really kicked me out?"

Unknowingly a curse came out from the mouth of Darren and Isabell who innocently thought that the curse was directed at him.

The manic is buying and glazed.

"You should just say it politely if my presence here ruins your sight. Don't be rude like that!" Isabell raised his chin, looking at Darren cynically, hoping that the fluid pooling in his eye sockets would not decay.

"I think I've said it quite clearly."

"Your cynical eyes are used to being spoiled by the looks of attractive girls."

"You know me very well," Darren responded casually.

As Isabell was about to open his mouth, the door was knocked from the outside. Darren glanced at Isabell, a glance whose meaning was unknown to Isabell. Whether the man was asking him who came or telling him to come out and open the door to let his guests in.

Isabell chose the second option. With the gerrymandering still lingering in his heart, he stepped wide, stomping his feet voicing rebellion. Darren stared at the girl's feet, groaning and cursing at the same time

Isabell opened the door, a very beautiful and friendly smile greeted him. Jossie and her two children.

"Hi,"

"Hi," Isabell displayed a smile even though it was a bit late. "Hi, Jely, Jorell," rubbed the twins' heads. The two boys agreed to his greeting.

"We came to see Uncle," Jely voiced the intention of their arrival.

"Yes, can he be picked up. Yesterday he asked to say goodbye before we went home. And I think we should say goodbye." Jossie explained.

"Oh, of course. It just so happened that she was awake," Isabell marginalized her body, giving way to Jossie and her children.

"Josie?" Darren greeted them.

"How are you doing?"

"I still can't move my hand and it's a little bit excruciating."

"Oh, I'm so sorry. It must have been very uncomfortable" Jossie glanced at the nightstand, there was a tray of typical hospital food that had not been touched at all.

"You haven't had breakfast?'

"As I said, my hands are a little hard on me?"

"Need help?"

"I'd be very grateful, Jossie. Oh my God, I'm so hungry."

Isabell chose to sit on the sofa, paying attention and listening to their conversation.

"I brought food, Jorell and Jely bought fruit and flowers, Jely slipped a greeting card with his handwriting."

Darren looked at the two boys, a thin but warm smile on the corner of his lips. Isabell who saw it felt pinched. The man was cynical and cold to her.

Yes, she likes makeup that refreshes the eyes. Elegant and looks graceful. Isabell whispered in his mind.

"Thank you Jorell, Jely, you're so sweet. Can I read the card?"

"of course. Mom didn't help me at all, I wish you could read my writing."

Hope you heal quickly. You're a strong man so I'm sure you'll be back to health soon. Let's get well I want to play with you. Love, Jely.

Darren widened his smile. "It's so beautiful." Just as Darren was about to extend a hand to touch Jely's face, he grimaced.

Jossie reflexively touched his hand, "Don't move too much, the wound on your shoulder hasn't dried yet. You want the food I brought or the fruit that Jorell chose for you?"

"Ah, Jorell, thank you, boy!" Darren clenched his fist and Jorell did the same. The boy came closer to her and clung their fists.

"Do you mind if I'm gonna eat the fruit you gave me later, Buddy?"

"You must be really hungry."

"Yes" I'm Darren frankly.

"Hospital food is so bad." Jely commented.

"Yes, I agree with you." Darren.

"Mom brought something."

"I'm so grateful" Darren noticed that Jossie was taking food out from the canteen.

"Jely, Jorell, sit sweet with Isabell.".

"Mom's gonna feed Uncle?"

"Yes, Darren needs help."

"Good breakfast, Uncle," sweet Jely lowered his head to give a warm kiss on Darren's cheek.

"Sorry, I'm troubling you, Jossie. But holding on to hunger really tormented me."

"Nobody told you to hold on to hunger," the voice came out of Isabell's mouth. Darren turned his gaze towards Isabell who was pretending to be busy with the two twin boys.
