H.U.R.T
The Fucked Lunch

Steve unloads all the clothes in Lexi's closet, looking for a dress that can cover his wife's entire body before they go downstairs to see their family. Although he is a typical man who will not take the dizzy talk of others, but when it comes to Lexi he will not be able to ignore it just like that. It was his mistake that would culminate as his defeat before Willson.

Whether it's Pax, Austin or maybe Darren, it's sure to throw a shitty line of ridicule if it sees a trace of its brutality around Lexi's neck. Not just his neck, but almost his entire body. The inside will not be visible because it is wrapped in clothes. The problem now is the neck.

"I really don't like clothes with a turtleneck model" Lexi said after her clothes were almost entirely scattered on the floor.

Hearing Lexi's confession, Steve took a heavy breath. In the history of his life, for the first time he would bear the burden of shame.

If Lexi doesn't have a suit with a turtle collar that can cover her neck full of fierceness, then with what Steve has to cover their wildness.

Steve racked his brain, suddenly the soul of their designer did not work at all. The ridicule and ridicule of the Willsons down there was already filling his brain.

"Why don't they go to work? Are they very happy?" Steve came out of the dressing room to the window of the room that directly faced the garage and the yard.

Pax and Darren's cars are clearly still parked there. The two men he was most worried about would insult him. If Austin is insulting him he may still be able to act cool because the relationship is quite close.

"How could they possibly go to work while they wanted to take us to our door," Lexi followed her husband and the woman was still wearing a towel-like robe with the hair that Steve had dried a while ago.

"Steven," call Lexi half whining.

Steve was facing Lexi. "You hungry?" guess the guy.

Lexi nodded her head. It is only natural that he is hungry. At the reception, they did not have time for lunch and they also missed dinner and breakfast this morning.

"We'd better get off soon. I'm sorry," Steve grimaced. With a sorry look he rubbed Lexi's face. "I'll get you your clothes."

For the umpteenth time Steve breathed heavily. Now there is no reason for them to lock themselves in the room. Lexi was already wearing her clothes with herself. Lexi was hungry and she felt the same way.

"You're worried?"

Sure was! Steve screamed in his heart.

"No, do I look upset?" that was the answer that came out of his mouth. He would not admit his nervousness in front of Lexi. Lexi adored him and would not let his wife's admiration fade away just because of her fear of the Willsons' ridicule for her activities with Lexi throughout the night.

Holy hooch! They should not be fooled. The heart's intention is to create a sweet moment but what happens is an uncontrollable wildness that leaves tangible evidence that if it looks like it would be a shameful disgrace.

"Let's know, I count you breathing heavily more than ten times. They won't taunt us." Lexi tries to calm Steve down which in fact does not affect Steve. The unrest still exists.

"Who cares about their plugging. You are my wife. I have full rights over you," He cleared his throat. Although the statement was true and absolute, it was not powerful enough to make it out boldly from the room.

"If you're not afraid of getting mocked, why take off all my clothes and look for clothes that can cover my neck?" that plain question sounds really annoying. If the one who asked the question was someone else, Steve would not hesitate to throw a cynical gaze or would probably throw a toyoran in the head. But the one who asked was her beloved woman who could not make him wince. Instead of yelling at his wife, Steve embraced her.

"Let's go see your family."

"Why is your family so compact, my dear Lex." Steve saw five pairs of eyes in unison looking at those who were already in the middle of the stairs.

"If we don't work, we spend a lot of time together. Smile."

"My lips suddenly stiffened, unable to smile." Steve rolled his eyes at Lexi's neck that was already covered with a scarf. It looks very striking indeed considering it is currently summer.

"Good morning..." Steve greeted me stiffly.

"Good day," Austin said, and everything was tight withholding laughter.

"Oh, it's noon apparently. My watch seems to be broken" Steve gave a silly excuse.

"You missed breakfast and since it's almost lunchtime, we'd better have a meal together."

Thank you to her mother-in-law who made this awkwardness not last long.

"How's your sleep, Steve?"

Isabell's question shattered Steve's expectations. The question made all eyes on him.

"My sleep? Comfortable," he said briefly. "The cooler in Lexi's room worked fine. The air circulation is also good. The mattress is soft, the blanket is soft, the sheets are shiny flirting...Oh my God, what I said," Steve's face reddened with shame and anger at himself.

"The stuff in my daughter's room is all top quality, indeed" Pax chimed in positively as Austin and Darren were already staring at her with horror gazes.

However, Pax's positive response choked him. Lexi immediately helped him and gave him a drink. A foolish Steve would certainly not refuse Lexi's giving which he considered a sincere form of concern. He who was still in a cough gulped down the water that Lexi gave him. The water he drank came back out. If Lexi were to poison him though, maybe without a second thought he would swallow it.

His stupidity caused a catastrophe. The water that gushed out made his chin and mouth wet. Lexi spontaneously pulled the scarf worn to clean her mouth.

Their shame is there. Isabell who was near them became the first to realize that.

"So I was wondering why you wrapped your neck with a scarf in this weather. It turns out you're sick, Lexi. You have allergies? Lots of red bentolan around your neck."

In that instant, all the inhabitants of the dining table except Isabell, of course, experienced mass choking. Steve immediately stood up from the chair and bowed because his cough was worse.

"He was a vampire, he was a vampire" Austin said. The one who could first take control of this ridiculous situation.

"I want to be the wolf that can beat him." Darren.

"Enough. Enjoy your food." Alena's got this mess. Thanks again to the sane mother-in-law of all.

"I think you need high blood-relieving fruit juice" Alena told her husband and Steve retracted her remarks about the praise that Alena was the saneest man in the house.
