Lexi who was about to get into the car, jumped in shock to hear the horn of the car screams not careless. Feeling her car parked in the right place, obviously Lexi was upset. Still holding his heart, he looked back. The protest that he was about to lay, was already at the tip of the tongue was forced back he swallowed into his throat once he saw a figure waving with a charming smile printed on a beautiful face. Who else if not Steve. The man's presence in Percy's vineyard clearly left him a little confused. Lexi loosened her eyes, thinking positively, maybe Steve did have some business there. However, all Lexi saw was their car there. The car Lexi used was not flashy at all. Open cars are commonly used to transport wine. Unlike the shiny black Ferrari of the man. Dashing like its owner. The car is like being in a bad place. Like a plane parked in a playground.

Lexi spoke to her driver to wait a while, then turned back to face Steve. The man got out of the car, walked over to him. Lexi also stepped towards the man until they both stopped.

"What are you doing here, Ivarez?" His eyes glanced quickly, assessing the man's appearance. "It seems, Layla's claw didn't have any ill effects on you at all." Steve looked healthy and fit considering it's only been a week since the man got his introduction stamp from Layla in a pretty brutal way.

"I spent quite a lot of money on her treatment," she removed her sunglasses to see Lexi's appearance more clearly. The scarecrow costume he wore a moment ago was no longer attached to his body. It's just that the big boots the girl was wearing were quite disturbing to Steve's view. He could not see Lexi's usual toenails were given bright colors. "Yes. He's my friend."

"Alright," though reluctant to leave Lexi with a stranger, but the man has no choice but to follow the girl's orders.

"I don't know if I'm your friend." Steve glanced at Lexi who was busy playing her phone. "Can I keep your phone, I don't like being ignored."

Lexi raised her head, her forehead frowning at the man's words. If things don't like it, Lexi doesn't like the way Steve forced her into the car. And now he has to answer his mother's father's message because Ron has reported about his departure with a foreign man.

"I also don't like it when you force me into your car. But I choose not to say it. My mom's dad was worried because I was going out with a stranger."

"A few minutes ago you called me a friend."

"That's because if I call you an enemy, Ron will call his friends and you'll be back battered."

"You don't want me to get hurt?" the man's lips turned upwards. Whether you're proud or teasing Lexi, only Steve knows.

"I don't want to see anyone get hurt. If I find a dying dog, I'll help him too."

"You think I'm likening you to a dog?" Lexi made it clear, Steve's face turned wry. "That means your feelings and your troubled thinking. By the way, you don't seem to be lost. You clearly know the way out."

Lexi sighs to realize that Steve was deliberately fooling her. Obviously the man was not lost.

"So this is no coincidence. What are you doing here?"

"How, have you missed me?"

"You switched topics. Why should I miss you?"

"One week I didn't see you."

"Ah, I didn't even notice it."

Steve looked to the side, Lexi also turned out to be staring at him. Steve then chuckled and as usual, Lexi was amazed at how charming the man was. His forehead suddenly frowned, he only realized if the smile felt very familiar. His eyes narrowed, trying to dig up memories. Who does that smile look like?

My Steven is second to none and unmatched! Steven is the best.
