Aleea was still accompanying Nathan in the hospital. He was disappointed in Nathan when he saw Vina who was in Nathan's room at the time.

However, when Nathan holds him back from leaving, that's when the belief arises in him if indeed Nathan did not expect Vina to be there at the time.

That's what made Aleea finally report Vina to the security guard there who made Vina forced to leave Nathan's room.

"There seems to be a bit of misunderstanding between us" Aleea said.

"About Vina?" nathan asked as he chewed his food.

Aleea nodded her head.

"I don't have any relationship with him, from a long time ago until this moment, I was never interested in him" Nathan said.

"But he seems to like you a lot, maybe even he has liked you for a long time compared to me, I mean, compared to when we had a relationship first" Aleea said.

"Vina is one of the employees I can count on so much in Aleea's office, besides Evan, it's Vinalah who I trust to be in charge of the company's big projects and they both never let me down," said Nathan.

"Because I want to keep Vina with me as a partner, sometimes I overdo it without me knowing and eventually make her misunderstand" Nathan continued.

"And that's what makes you two so close?" ask Aelea.

"True, everyone in the office knew it, me and Vina were indeed very close in the eyes of others, but I had no intention whatsoever other than to keep Vina in the company," replied Nathan.

"Until when are you gonna keep going like that, Nathan?" ask Aelea.

"What do you mean?" nathan asked back.

"You know Vina thinks of you as more than her boss in the office and you give her more attention for the reasons you said before, but how long will your relationship go on like that?"

"Until he gets tired of me and focuses on working with me" Nathan replied.

"You can't change someone easily Nathan, he's still trying to get close to you after you're married, for now maybe I don't really care, but what about your new partner?" ask Aelea.

"New couple?"

"Yes, someday our relationship will end and you will definitely have a new partner, right? if your relationship with Vina stays like this, your new partner will hurt Nathan!" aelea.

"I never thought about it" Nathan said as he put the rest of his food on the table.

Aleea then took a glass and filled it with water and gave it to Nathan.

"I don't know until when we're going to stay in a relationship like this, I'm even at a point no matter where our relationship ends" Aleea said with a faint smile.

"But I hope I'm the only one hurt by the vagueness of your relationship with Vina, lest your new partner will feel the same way as me, too" Aleea continued, staring into Nathan's eyes.

"I need Vina, you know that!" said Nathan.

"I know, someday, when you meet someone you really love, you won't think of yourself, that's when you'll ignore yourself for the sake of someone you love" Aleea replied.

Nathan just kept quiet without saying anything. He never even thought how he would eventually fall in love because falling in love was the most impossible thing in his life.

As time passed, the sun was already getting higher, providing a bit of warmth in the autumn that was about to end.

"After this you must take medicine and rest!" aelea said and moved from her seat.

"Don't go!" nathan said as he held Aleea by the hand.

"I was waiting for Evan to call me, so I needed your phone" Nathan said, letting Aleea off his hand.

"You can wear it" Aleea replied as she placed her phone on the table beside Nathan's bed.

"I have to go to buy some food, do you mind if I go for a while?" aelea asked.

"Go, I just need your phone anyway" Nathan replied.

Aleea simply rolled her eyes and walked out of Nathan's room.

"In times of illness like this he remains selfish" Aleea grumbled.

"Don't take too long" Nathan said inwardly with a gaze staring at Aleea who had walked out of his room.

Aleea left the hospital, crossed the street and walked a little further to go to the cafe she had seen before.

Since yesterday Aleea has been curious about the cafe because Aleea saw various kinds of cookies and pastry there.

Once there, Aleea ordered some cookies and pastry and a drink and took him back to the hospital as he did not want to leave Nathan alone for too long.

Just coming out of the cafe, Aleea suddenly heard someone calling her name.

Aleea stopped her steps and turned her head towards her back.

"Aleea, wait!" shouted a man Aleea did not know.

"Geez, he must have been the guy last night!" aelea said in a panic and then ran away.

Aleea ran quickly until several times hitting someone walking on a sidewalk that was quite crowded with pedestrians.

Aleea didn't even care about her drinks and food that had already fallen as she bumped into some people on the sidewalk.

Aleea just wanted to keep running, away from someone he thought was malicious in him.

As he was about to cross towards the hospital, there was a sudden accident right in front of Aleea.

Instantly boisterous sounds of horns and shouts of people were heard everywhere.

Aleea was silent, her head ached, but Aleea tried to be able to endure it as she had to keep running from the pursuit of the man who called her name.

Amidst the boisterous crowds on the street where the accident occurred, Aleea ran towards the hospital and immediately led herself into Nathan's room.

Just opening the door, Aleea suddenly fell unconscious.

Nathan, who saw this, immediately got out of bed. He removed the infusion tube in his hand and immediately approached Aleea.

"Aleea, wake up Aleea!" nathan said as he patted Aleea's cheek gently.

Nathan then shouted for help until the nurse came and took Aleea to the ward to be examined.

Nathan who wanted to follow Aleea was immediately restrained by the other sisters because Nathan forcibly removed the infusion in his hand.

The nurse then allowed Nathan to see Aleea in the nursery after the nurse reattached the infusion on Nathan's hand.

Nathan then goes to the hospital room and sees Aleea lying in bed with the doctor who just finished checking on Aleea.
