Jealous
Nathan leaves his home to pick up Vina who will accompany him to have a meeting with his client from abroad.
"Are you sure you're okay?" nathan asked Vina when Vina was in his car.
"I'm sure I've had enough rest since morning" Vina replied.
"You know how I am, don't you? I don't like any mistakes and I don't accept any excuses until you make a mistake" Nathan said.
"I know Nathan, don't worry, everything will be fine" Vina replied.
After some time on the way, Nathan reached his destination, where he met his big client.
After several hours of discussing work with his clients, Nathanpun ended the day's meeting with a major deal he managed to reach.
"You always make me proud of Vina" Nathan said.
"Of course, I'll never let you down Nathan" Vina replied confidently.
"You're not only beautiful, but also very smart and attractive, there must be many men who want to approach you, right?"
"Of course, but there's only one man I want" Vina replied with her eyes fixed on Nathan.
Nathan just smiled faintly and got into his car followed by Vina.
"Of Nathan, wouldn't it be nice if our relationship was more than just a work partner?" vina asked as she sat down next to Nathan.
"I already have a wife, Vina," replied Nathan who immediately drove his car away.
"I don't care, I'm willing to be second" Vina said.
"Don't waste your life becoming Vina's second woman, you can even get a lot of men who can fulfill your wishes!" said Nathan.
"But I only want you Nathan," Vina replied.
Nathan only smiled faintly as he patted Vina's head slowly.
"You've always made me feel like a lowly woman!" grouse Vina.
"You made yourself that way" Nathan replied.
"Now you're making me sad" Vina said with a long sigh.
"Don't be sad, I've prepared a gift for you" Nathan said.
"really? what'sthat?" ask Vina excitedly.
"You'll find out when we get to your house" Nathan replied.
After some time on the way, Nathan arrived in front of Vina's house.
"The shopping voucher at the boutique that we often go to, you are free to buy whatever you want according to the amount in this voucher," Nathan said while giving the voucher to Vina.
"50 million!!!" vina said surprised as she read the nominal written on the voucher Nathan gave her.
Nathan just nodded his head without saying anything. After Vina gets out of her car, Nathan drives away, not to go home, but to one of the cafes he frequents with Evan.
Arriving at the cafe, Nathan then contacts Evan, asking Evan to come see him.
After a long wait, Evan came.
"Yet you're interrupting my day off!" evan grumbled when he had just arrived.
"I won't let you enjoy your day off, whereas I'll have to keep working and seeing clients!" reply Nathan.
Evan only chuckles at Nathan's words because during his time working with Nathan, Nathan is very rarely enjoying his day off because there is always work that he does even on weekends.
"Oh my God, Nathan, your marriage hasn't even been a month and you've been feeling remorse? haven't I reminded you of you since?"
"I had no choice when it was Evan, I just had to get married and I thought Aleea was the woman I was meant to be" Nathan replied.
"What's your plan now?" ask Evan.
"Nothing, I just have to get away from it" Nathan replied.
"Why avoid? if you really regret your marriage to her why don't you just divorce her?" ask Nathan.
"Dissolving Aleea? no, I won't do it before I actually get full rights to papa's company" Nathan replied.
"But avoiding him is not the right solution Nathan, after all you live in one house and to his knowledge you are his husband and he is your wife, if there are unresolved issues, he said, he will always demand answers from you Nathan" Evan said.
Nathan nodded his head slowly at Evan's words.
"Then what should I do?" ask Nathan.
"Solve your problems with her and make her trust you!" answer Evan.
"How can I solve my problems with him? he just kept blaming insignificant trivial things!"
"If you want your problem with her to be solved, the only way is to talk about it carefully and make her believe everything you say, isn't that your specialty?"
Nathan let out a long sigh and sipped his drink. After chatting with Evan, Nathan returns home.
As he had expected, Aleea was already waiting for him in the living room.
"I won't talk about anything before you shower and change" Aleea told Nathan.
Nathan just nodded his head slowly then walked into his room to bathe and change clothes then lazily walked down the stairs to meet Aleea.
"Ask everything you wanted to ask me, Aleea, I know you must have kept a lot of questions from yesterday" Nathan told Aleea.
"You're right, but the most important thing is about your relationship with Vina" Aleea replied.
"I've told you many times that if Vina and I have nothing to do, why don't you trust me Aleea?"
"How can I trust you Nathan, you guys even make out at work!" reply Aleea.
"You're so exaggerated, I don't feel at all that I'm making out with Vina" Nathan said.
"You even let him call you by your name, isn't it obvious that he and the other employees in your office are very different?"
"Of course it's different, Vina works directly under me, she also often goes with me on work, I'm close to her just to keep our relationship as a partner, nothing more than that," nathan explained.
"Can't you keep more distance from him, Nathan? at least treat him like you treat your other employees" asked Aleea.
"No way, it's just going to make him feel uncomfortable in the office and I don't want that to happen" Nathan replied.
"Then what about me? would you rather make me feel uncomfortable and sad about your relationship with Vina?" ask Aelea.
"Please stop meddling in my work Aleea, I am close to Vina but the woman I love is only you, not Vina" Nathan said.
"But I'm jealous to see you with Vina, Nathan!"
Nathan let out a long sigh and brought himself closer to Aleea.
"I love you Aleea, just trust that, whatever I do out there has absolutely nothing to do with what my heart feels because I just love you," nathan said as he hugged Aleea.
Aleea simply remained silent in Nathan's arms without saying anything.
