Nathan shook his head quickly as he regained his senses from his daydream. He washed his face again and again, trying to get rid of the dirty thoughts in his head.

"Conscious Nathan, awake!" nathan said as he slowly hit his head.

After drying his face, Nathan came out of the bathroom and laid himself on the bed.

Aleea's shadow reverberated in her head, but not about what she thought while in the bathroom.

Nathan recalled how Aleea looked worried when he accidentally drank soda, when his body felt weak until finally rushed to the hospital.

"Whatever my attitude is bad, he still worries about me and accompanies me in the hospital" Nathan said in his heart.

"Foolish girl" Nathan said with a faint smile.

The late night finally brought Nathan into a beautiful dream until morning came.

Nathan got out of his sleep, went to the bathroom to wash his face and took his laptop and took it to his study.

Even though the day was a holiday, but there was still a lot of work for Nathan to complete and his study was the only comfortable place for him to do his work at home.

Suddenly.....

BUUUUUKKKK

The sound of a book falling from the bookshelf in Nathan's study.

Instantly Nathan immediately brought his gaze towards the several bookshelves lined up in his study.

"Who's there?" nathan asked as he moved from his seat.

Not getting any answer, Nathan slowly brought his steps closer to the source of the sound.

Nathan tried to focus his eyes and ears to ascertain whether there was someone in his study or not.

But as Nathan drew nearer, Nathan began to hear slow movements from behind his bookshelf.

"Whoever you are, get out or I'll call the police to force you out!" said Nathan.

There was no answer, Nathan came closer and Aleea suddenly came out from behind the shelf with a book.

"Aleea!" nathan said, surprised by Aleea's presence in his study.

"That's too much, you coward!" aelea sneered.

"What are you doing here and why aren't you answering me?" nathan asked annoyed.

"I just wanted to borrow a book, you woke up too late so I took it myself before I asked for permission!" aelea defended herself.

"But you can answer when I ask Aleea!" said Nathan.

"Why indeed? are you so scared that there's a ghost in your study?" aelea asked with a faint smile at the end of her speech.

"Of course not, I'm just.. I'm worried that someone else might come in here and look for the company's secret files!" nathan replied with reason.

"Why did you suddenly read that book? do you want to learn about the law?" nathan asked as he looked at the book Aleea had brought.

"Reading to add insight doesn't hurt, does it?" aelea responded and took her step out of Nathan's study.

While Nathan was still in his place, looking at Aleea who had already walked out of his study.

"Based on a strange stupid girl" Nathan said, then sat back in his chair, preparing to do his job.

"Why did he read a book about the law? will he understand? he didn't even finish college!"

Nathan shook his head slowly, trying to forget the unimportant events that had just happened and focused on the work he had to finish immediately.

While working on his work, his gaze was fixed on the clock on his laptop and he only realized that it was still quite early in the morning.

"It's still morning and he said it's noon, what time does he wake up? why she....."

Nathan stopped his words knowing he was thinking too much about Aleea.

"Be aware Nathan, don't think too much about it, I just need to make him fall in love with me without me having to keep thinking about it!" nathan said to himself.

On the other hand, Aleea who had just walked into her room immediately closed the door of her room tightly and then dropped herself on the bed .

"Gosh, almost there!" aelea said as she held onto her thumping chest.

Unbeknownst to Nathan, Aleea does sneak into Nathan's workspace, intending to pick up one of the books that deals with the business world.

While searching for the book, Aleea suddenly heard the door of the room open, making Aleea panic and nervous.

Panicked, Aleea hid herself among the bookshelves there and accidentally dropped one of the books.

Aleea grew increasingly panicked when she heard Nathan's approaching footsteps and before Nathan realized he was there, Aleea immediately picked up another book accordingly.

Aleea did not want Nathan to know himself who was trying to learn about the business world at that time.

"I shouldn't have to hide like this, I just have to tell her if I want to borrow a book!" aelea said inwardly as Nathan's steps drew nearer.

In the end Aleea showed herself before Nathan by trying hard to look relaxed and hide her nervousness.

"Aaargghhh I'm really so stupid, why am I hiding from him, what is he thinking about me right now? a thief? strange woman? aaarrgghh sucks!"

Aleea sighed in annoyance then moved up and went to the kitchen to make juice as usual.

Aleea then drank her juice at the dinner table while checking the social media of her cake shop.

"So far everything has gone well, the followers on social media have also been more and more," Aleea said in her heart.

"Are you leaving this morning?" nathan asked who had been sitting before Aleea for some time, making Aleea a little surprised.

Aleea simply nodded her head in response to Nathan's question as she was replying to some of the messages that went into her cake shop social media.

Aelea smiled several times as she read the comments of her cake shop followers.

"You look like a madman now!" nathan said that Aleea immediately brought his eyes to Nathan.

"Are you talking to me?" ask Aelea.

"No, I'm talking to a glass!" nathan replied while sipping his drink.

"That means you're crazy!" aelea said as she ranted from her seat.

Nathan immediately coughed when he heard what Aleea said, Nathan hasn't even had a chance to say anything but Aleea has already left the dining table.

"He's completely different from Aleea I first met!" nathan said inwardly as he carried his gaze staring at Aleea who was walking up the stairs.

As for Aleea, taking her steps up the stairs while receiving a call from Tika.

"I'll get ready soon, maybe 10 more minutes is over!" aelea said to Tika.

After the call ended, Aleea immediately tidied up her clothes, stuffed some items into her bag then carried her out of the room.

"I'll drive you!" nathan said with Aleea holding his hand as Aleea just came down the stairs.

"No need," Aleea replied as she pulled her hand violently.

"Why do you prefer Evan....."

"The one that picked me up, wasn't Evan!" aelea said cutting Nathan's words as she continued her steps.

"Aahh yeah, you don't have to try too hard to show everyone how our relationship is, I'm so bothered by it!" aelea said, running small, out of the house.

"Efforting too hard? feeling distracted? she could have said something like that to me, had she forgotten she had almost committed suicide just because I didn't love her!" nathan was upset.

Time passed, the clock had shown at 8 pm when Nathan sat on the balcony with his book.

He deliberately read the book on the balcony because he wanted to see if Aleea came home with Evan or not.

More than two hours had passed, but there was no sign of Aleea.

Until finally, a car was seen stopping in front of the gate of his house.

Aleea got out of the car and went into the house.

"He's not with Evan, is he with his friend? or maybe he's with another guy?" nathan asked himself.

"Not will I let Aleea one car with another man!" nathan said as soon as he got out of his seat.

Nathan immediately walked out of his room before Aleea entered the room. When Nathan had just come out, Nathan immediately held back Aleea's hand that was about to go into the room.

"What else is Nathan? I'm so tired, so don't bother me!" aelea asked in annoyance as she pulled her hand away from Nathan.

"Who are you coming home with?" nathan asked without further ado.

"With my friend, why?" reply Aleea.

"Male companions?" ask Nathan.

"Of course not, it was Tika who drove me home!" answer Aelea.

"Since when have you cared about me like this, Nathan? since when have you been watching me secretly like this? just stay as indifferent to me as ever, your attitude like this actually makes me very upset!" Aelea.

"I don't mean to care about you, I don't pay attention to you in secret, you're always busy with your own world and I don't want what you're doing to make mistakes that cost me!" nathan's reply reasoned.

"I'm not that stupid Nathan, if I wanted to I'd have invited the media and told the media what our real relationship was!" aelea

"You can't do that Aleea, you're under contract with me as long as we're not divorced!" nathan reminded me.

"I know Nathan, I know, so there's no need to remind me of that stupid thing" Aleea replied.

"Now take care of your own business and I will take care of my own, still be indifferent to each other as usual so that I do not get more depressed with this unclear relationship!" aelea continued and went into her room.

"He always leaves me like this!" nathan grumbled and walked into his room.

"How can I make him fall in love, while he is disturbed and depressed just because I try to care for him," Nathan's inner heart as he was already in his room.

Nathan let out a long sigh, feeling how complicated it is to have a relationship with women.

The day had changed, Aleea woke up earlier than usual because that day he had to prepare a lot to follow the bazaar.

After she finished preparing, Aleea took her step down the stairs and she remembered Nathan had to help her that day.

"Why hasn't he come down yet? is he still sleeping?" aelea asked as she ran up the stairs.

Aleea then knocked on Nathan's room door several times while calling out to him, but there was absolutely no answer from within.

Aleea then tried to open it and successfully, Nathan's bedroom door opened, looking Nathan who was sleeping soundly on his bed.

"Jeez, this guy!" aelea said upset and took the pillow on the bed and put it on Nathan's face and pressed it.

Aleea deliberately clutched Nathan's face with bolsters so that Nathan immediately woke up from his sleep.

"Mmmmpphhh mmmpphh!" Nathan who was unable to breathe and was surprised by what happened could only scream while trying to remove the pillow that covered his face.

In the midst of his consciousness that had not fully awakened, he felt really close to death back then.

Aleea then pulled the pillow from Nathan's face and saw Nathan's pale, panicked look.

"Aleea, are you crazy? you almost killed me Aleea!"

"If I wasn't going to jail for killing, I would have killed you Nathan!" aleea replied with a faint smile.

The upset Nathan immediately moved up and held Aleea's hands together by pushing her, leaving Aleea lying on Nathan's bed with both hands clutched by Nathan above Aleea's head.

"Do you intend to kill me, Aleea?" nathan asked with a sharp look at Aleea's face right under his face.

"I'm just kidding Nathan, I'm not that crazy!" reply Aleea nervously.

For some reason Aleea felt her heart suddenly beat, her chest pounding without being able to control back then.

"You should know Aleea, I can do the craziest thing you'll ever imagine, so don't ever try to do anything crazy to me!" nathan said with a sharp look.

"I... I don't really want to do it Nathan!" aelea retorted in self-defense.

"She's so pretty, this crazy girl is really so pretty" Nathan said in a heart that suddenly focused on Aleea's beauty.

Nathan then dropped himself just like that, his head was directly above Aleea's chest and his body touched Aleea's body without distance except for the clothes they were wearing back then.

Aleea who was surprised instead of yelling or pushing Nathan, he just fell silent with his heartbeat that was speeding up.

Aleea was aware of what had happened back then, but the other part of her wanted time to stop right then and there.

There was even a crazy desire of her wanting to hug Nathan tightly back then.

On the other hand, Nathan was silent. He could feel the thump in his chest colliding with the thump that Aleea also felt at that moment.

Somehow Nathan felt what he was doing at the time made him so comfortable.

He even felt if the comfort he felt at that time he had never felt before.

There was a calmness in his heart as he and Aleea touched without distance.

Slowly, the pounding in the chest that had previously made nervous, now began to provide comfort for each other.
