Love Without Memory
Nathan's Explanation

Nathan focused on driving his car until he arrived at his destination. Nathan stopped his car at a park not far from his parents' house.

"Why are we here, brother?" rania did not understand.

"There's something you should know that no one else can hear, including Mama and Papa, Rania," Nathan replied, taking off his seatbelt and bringing his gaze to Rania.

"Is this about Brother Aleea?" rania asked who was nodding her head by Nathan.

"Sister deliberately asked you not to tell mom and dad about Aleea because there are other things that you deliberately hide from everyone, including Aleea herself," Nathan said.

"What does brother mean? Rania did not understand," asked Rania with a frown.

"Do you know who hit Aleea in Paris?" nathan asked to make sure that was answered by Rania's head.

"Sister, the brother who hit Aleea at that time" Nathan said, to Rania's surprise.

"No way, Rania did not see clearly the car that hit Aleea's leg at that time because Rania left immediately, but there's no way that's big brother, Nathan's brother must be lying right?" rania said in disbelief.

"Sister didn't lie to Rania, sister accidentally bumped into her because she suddenly ran towards the highway and because of the accident Aleea had permanent amnesia which made her lose all her memories for the rest of her life," nathan explained.

Rania shook her head slowly, it was hard for her to believe what Nathan had just told her.

"Sister will tell you everything as long as you promise to keep this a secret from all Rania's people, including Aleea and papa's mama," Nathan said.

"Didn't Brother Aleea know about the accident?" ask Rania.

"He doesn't know if it was his brother who caused the accident, he only knows if he had an accident and lost his memory" Nathan replied.

"So how exactly is Nathan's relationship with Aleea's brother?" ask Rania.

"Actually everything Aleea knows right now is a lie that you deliberately created, about our past relationships, about our marriage plans and about Aleea's present life, she said, those are all lies that you deliberately prepared with Evan."

"So I mean, big brother has absolutely nothing to do with sister Aleea before?" rania asked who was nodding her head by Nathan.

"But why brother? why is Nathan doing all this?" rania did not understand.

"At that time my sister was completely confused Rania, my sister felt guilty for hitting her and making her lose her memory, you can't just leave her alone either and as you know, you always urge your sister to get married, so you're preparing all these scenarios with Evan" Nathan explained.

Nathan accidentally tells Rania about his guilt that Rania is willing to keep it from everyone, even though Nathan actually does not feel guilty about what happened at that time.

"So actually the bad one here is Nathan's brother, not Aleea's brother" Rania said, looking at Nathan with a disappointed look.

"You can see your sister as an evil sister Rania, but you're doing all this because of your guilt that has caused her to lose her memory" Nathan said.

"Then what can you do Rania? she had already lost her memory, sister would feel even more guilty if she let her be in the hospital without anyone she knew!" nathan tried to defend himself.

Rania sighed in annoyance by taking her eyes off Nathan. He did not expect that his brother had lied to everyone, including his parents.

"Please think about this matter from Rania's older sister's point of view, older sister only felt that Aleea would be able to live her life better if she became sister's wife, she said, that way you can make up for the mistakes of your brother who has made him lose his memory" Nathan said.

Rania just kept quiet without saying anything. He tried to think clearly about what he just knew.

"So how long will you keep lying to everyone?" ask Rania.

"Hadn't you know, you didn't think too much about it, for now you're just trying to give Aleea a good life" Nathan replied.

"Then what about Aleea's family? her friends? and his life in the past?"

"Sister has found out everything and as far as he knows he only lives a day because his parents are dead, he also doesn't have many friends, so he feels that his life now is much better than his previous one" Nathan replied.

Rania let out a long sigh, trying to think positively about what she had just learned from Nathan.

"Rania didn't expect that Aleea's life destiny was so sad like this, she had a fiancee who betrayed her, she lost her parents and now she's lost her real life" Rania said.

"You forgot one thing Rania, because she lost her memory she could have a much better life than before with her marriage with me" Nathan said.

"Right sister, maybe this is part of the destiny that brought Brother Aleea out of her heavy past life" Rania replied with a nod of her head slowly.

"So will you promise to keep this a secret, including Aleea and mama papa?" ask Nathan.

"Well, Rania promised Rania would forget everything that Nathan's sister said today and assume everything is fine as mom and dad knew it" replied Rania.

"Thank you Rania, I believe you will be able to keep this a secret" Nathan said.

"So who knows all these secrets is only Rania and Evan's sister?" rania asked who was nodding her head by Nathan.

"But there was one thing that stuck in Rania's head, what if Bryan suddenly met Aleea's brother?" ask Rania.

"Don't you say Bryan ended his relationship with Aleea?" nathan asked back.

"Aaaahhh yes, it seems Bryan was very angry when suddenly Brother Aleea came at that time, Bryan did not even turn his head at all when people shouted because of the accident that occurred at that time," said Rania.

"You don't have to think about what's going to happen next Rania, just act as if you don't know anything, about whatever's going to happen to Aleea's life, leave it all to brother" Nathan said.

"Well, from now on Rania will be an excellent sister-in-law to sister Aleea, she said, at least Aleea met a good guy like a big brother and wouldn't go back to a jerk like Bryan" Rania said, nodding her head.
