Befriended

On the other hand, Evan, who was going to Nathan's room, saw what Nathan was doing and immediately approached Nathan and Aleea.

"You're making me so angry with Aleea!" nathan said with his index finger pointing right in front of Aleea's face.

"Take care of your attitude Nathan!" evan said as he brushed aside Nathan's hand which pointed at Aleea's face.

"Tell him away, I don't want to see him here anymore!" nathan then pushed Aleea and closed the door.

Aleea who was about to fall down due to Nathan's push was immediately restrained quickly by Evan.

"Not here Aleea, watch your tears" said Evan, pressing Aleea's shoulder slightly, trying to encourage Aleea not to cry.

Evan then took the cake box on the floor and grabbed Aleea's hand and took her away.

Alee just lowered his head and followed Evan without him knowing where Evan was going.

Evan then opened a door and climbed up the stairs until they finally reached the rooftop.

Evan then placed the cake box on the table and shifted a chair and pressed Aleea's shoulders to sit there.

Aleea was just silent, trying hard to hold back her tears from spilling over. As for Evan, standing beside Aleea by patting Aleea softly on the head.

"Don't hold it back Aleea, you can finish everything here, no one will see you crying here" Evan said

Aleea lowered her head, covered her face with both hands and cried in a stifled voice.

After a long cry, Alee was able to control her feelings.

She wiped away the tears that had soaked her cheeks, but Evan suddenly gave her a small handkerchief that Aleea ended up using to wipe away the rest of her tears.

"Is it better?" asked Evan who was only replied to a nod of the head by Aleea.

Evan smiled then opened the box of cookies on the table and saw the shattered cake that was out of shape.

"Don't, it's been very ruined and not worth eating" Aleea said.

"Although the shape is destroyed, it does not necessarily feel like it will also be destroyed, right?" evan retorted Aleea's hand from her and licked the cream on her fingertips.

"Hmmm..it seems to taste a little different from the first cake!" said Evan.

"I did make it with a little sugar, I think Nathan would love it if it wasn't too sweet, but....."

Aleea stopped her speech, her eyes reverberating in light of Nathan's treatment of her.

"It looks like you've come at an inopportune time, Nathan is busy and dizzy with his work, maybe that's what makes him emotional" Evan said.

"But isn't he so outrageous? I'm his wife, Evan!"

"I see, that's a bad attitude Nathan who has difficulty controlling his emotions, what else if there are a lot of problems in the office" replied Evan.

Aleea was silent, her heart still ached with what Nathan had just done to her.

"There's no need to think too much about Aleea, I'm sure he'll apologize to you as soon as he realizes his mistake" Evan said.

Aleea raised her head, looking at Evan who was standing before her.

"Thank you Evan, you've always been nice to me" Aleea said.

"That's what friends are for," Evan replied with a smile.

"Friends?" aelea asked repeating Evan's words.

"Yes, we're friends, right?" reply Evan.

Aleea nodded her head with a smile.
