Murder In The Old Castle

Murder In The Old Castle
127. Black Village

The white sedan stops by a highway on the outskirts of the city, which is a densely populated area. The houses were built crammed into each other. This area is the slumsiest area in the city, where the unemployed, small workers, commercial sek*s workers, and scavengers reside. Even among them there are those who pursue the profession as petty criminals. Some homes are deliberately rented for temporary residence. The house is small, and uninhabitable, lined along a narrow alley.

The area was named as Kampung Hitam by the townspeople, due to its poor reputation. Many people do not want to visit the bad area for various reasons. They are afraid of being affected by things that are not good there.

The black-clothed figure in the car turned his face towards Nayya, smiling.

“For a while you will stay in this area. I'm gonna untie you, and don't try to scream for help. Here is the criminal area. People won't care about your screams. They are used to seeing evil. Your stupid actions will only be their laughingstock!”

The figure untied Nayya's hand, then opened the chopstick in her mouth. Nayya shaking. He wanted to take the oath, but somehow he had no power to do so. The figure immediately gripped his arm to get out of the car. They stepped into a narrow alley that was quite crowded. Many children in shabby clothes pass through the alley, ready to go for babysitting and begging in urban areas.

The two of them walked together as if nothing had happened. Nayya felt a strong grip on her arm. His eyes radiated anxiety, while looking at the location around. What the figure said was true. The alley was quite crowded, but nobody cared about him. The men sat on the porch puffing cigarettes from their blackened lips, while being accompanied by a half-naked woman without shame. Nayya feels trapped in a dark hole full of evil. He just resigned.

The figure took him in a small house flanked by other houses. Once inside, a stuffy atmosphere instantly ambushed. It looks like the house was not occupied for a long time. The floor was dirty and dusty, there was no decent table or chair, just a wooden chair and an old table. An old model bed, with worn bedding also complements the contents of the room. Here and there are the remnants of used cond*om that looks swarming with ants, very disgusting. Bottles of liquor were scattered here and there. Nayya felt like throwing up seeing all that.

“You stay here first. I'll be back in the afternoon to bring you some food. Let's see what little friends have for your loss. This house I deliberately rented for the next month. The condition is a bit messy because it is often hired by many striped nose men. I'll get back to activities. Don't try to escape, because it's free! Outside of a lot of bad guys. Wrong later you even raped by them.”

The figure left Nayya alone in the house alone, with a bottle of mineral water and a packet of rice bought earlier this morning in front of the market. The figure locked onto Nayya from the outside. Nayya cried after her death. He stared at the figure's departure with grief. He was disgusted by the situation around him. Many cockroaches crept on the wall, making him shudder. He wanted to sit on the edge of the bed, but was very disgusted. He was just sitting on an old wooden chair in the corner of the room.

"I'm sorry, Mah!" muttered.

News of Nayya's disappearance soon spread in the campus environment as flames burned the dry foliage. No one felt they had any last contact with him. Lena and Miranti talked about the problem while enjoying the ice doger brothers who sell in front of the campus. They are riled up by the news of Nayya's disappearance.

“You think Nayya is really missing anyway?” ask Lena.

“Ne don't know either. There are no 24 hours. One cannot be declared lost if it has not exceeded that time limit. Maybe Nayya went to whose house it was. He is a bit cheap,” replied Miranti while laughing.

“After Rudi's hiding in the hotel where it is. Kasian is very much a girl.”

“More kasian the real Rasty. He played out his feelings by Rudi. Now look what happened. Jenny was murdered, Nayya disappeared. Who next? Looks like the girls close to Rudi all disappeared,” Miranti said.

“Hmm. I suspect that I am the same Rasty. The hell is he that bad?”

“Maybe. He can do anything if blinded by feelings. Jealousy of someone who has reached the top, certainly triggers actions that are even beyond reason. There's a lot like that,” Miranti explained.

“Buset! You're talking like a psychologist!”

While busy chatting, suddenly Gerry came with an anxious face. Lena felt lazy with the presence of Gerry, she pretended not to see his presence.

“Nayya really missing loh!” said Gerry.

“So morning I heard from Rudi said Nayya's phone could not be contacted, kept Nayya's parents calling while crying so. Did they see Nayya?”

“Trus what is Rudi answer?”

“Rudi said that night he was no longer with Nayya, because he was busy playing games at his home.”

“Firasatku said this case is just the beginning. I'm worried that after this there will be new victims. Not only from the nine of us, but also others. Come to think of it, was Nayya among the nine people who dumped Jenny's body into the lake? Naw, right? But why is she missing too?” said Lena.

“Yes because she has something to do with Rudi!” Miranti.

“Lah then danger dong people who have a relationship with us. They could be the target of murder. It's just terrible. Ouch!” said Lena.

“Now gini, we have to find each other's congratulations, because inevitably we all have been splashed in this case. Rudi's been questioned by the police, I've been. Next who we never know. But I hope whoever it is he doesn't make up a lie. If that happens, then I alone will finish him!” furious Gerry.

“Serem really, Ger. Uh, did you see Rasty? Did he go to college today?” ask Lena.

“I saw that. But it seemed like he hurried home because something was taken care of. He looks really weird. Just shut up, don't say hello. Does he have a problem?” said Gerry.

“Hmm. Yeah, it's kind of weird. He usually likes to send messages to me. But today there is nothing?” say Lena again.

“Let's find out on the campus!” bring Miranti.

Adinda is actually disturbed by the creepy news that happened lately. He thought what Ferdy said was true. He had to confess to the police that they were all the ones who dumped Jenny's body into the lake. He was looking for Alex all day on campus, but never met.

No, he's gone to Germany. Mumbled.

I work till afternoon today. How about I pick you up after work and we call the police together?

A short message he received from Ferdy. Adinda held her breath. He walked up to the hot sidewalk. The sun was too bright that afternoon, burning her soft skin. Many vehicles passed by, honking the horn.

A white sedan suddenly approached his steps. The car stopped near Adinda. Instantly Adinda looked at the clock that was rising in her hand. It's still one o'clock in the afternoon. He thought Ferdy had come early, because they had actually made a pact after Fredy returned from work 17:00 .

“Come in!” get someone in the car.
