Murder In The Old Castle

Murder In The Old Castle
142. Small Meeting

The police combed around the scene carefully, within a one-kilometer radius. Everything that looks suspicious, does not escape the search. Unfortunately the effort did not produce results, leaving a sense of annoyance of the two policemen who felt played. They were still astonished, how could the murderer see the movements of the two?

The figure was actually not far from the two policemen. He mingled with enthusiastic locals huddled behind police lines to get a close look at the shooting. Intentionally he did not use a white sedan car to make it invisible. A motorcycle taxi driver he hired was standing next to him. He was also curious about the events that had just happened.

“Kasian yes. The police are beautiful. How could anyone kill him?” said the carpenter.

“Ya, an unlucky cop like him,” muttered the killer while smiling slylyly.

“Where are you going? Do you still want to see this?” ask the motorcycleman.

“We'll just go yes, sir. Take me somewhere!”

The motorcycleman nodded. The two of them moved away from the crowd, towards the motorbike parked not far from the place, then drove through the darkness of the night.

It was not so suspicious, because there were indeed many people crowding around the place. It is a bit difficult for the police to investigate.

Before long a group of reporters from various television channels began to arrive. Including Gilda Anwar and Wandi. Both came a little late compared to other television channels. So they have trouble getting an interview with Reno and Dimas.

“Sial! It's all because of that cute Dimas!”

“Dimas? Is that the name of the cop, Ma'am? Why is he?” ask Wandi curious.

“Eh, it's okay. Let's get closer to there. Who knows we can take exclusive pictures that other TVs do not take!” bring Gilda.

Reno and Dimas seemed busy serving interview requests from various television stations. In his statement, Reno tried to give a statement that did not make the people of the city more afraid. He called on all the townspeople to calm down, as police were solving a serial murder case that had recently terrorized the city.

News of Fani's murder spread widely on various television channels. At a cafe, Ferdy sat down to enjoy coffee while listening to the broadcast carefully, while Adinda sat in front of him with a little worried.

“This has been so outrageous. The killer killed anyone he met!” moo Ferdy.

“It's terrible, Ferdy. I don't think you should work first. I have a feeling your existence was stalked by someone. I just got a message from Rasty. Tomorrow he invites us all to gather in the campus garden to discuss this matter. Because, he felt very disturbed by all this,” Adinda said.

“Hmm. Tomorrow if I'm not busy I'll join too, but I don't promise. I don't think the police are going to stay silent with this series of events. They will do research, including on all of us. They're risking their reputation!” ferdy said as he sipped his coffee.

“Indeed it should be. I'm so curious about the perpetrators of all this mess.”

“Iya same. I'm also very curious. What is clear is that we must be vigilant, maintaining the security of each of us. Maybe the killer won't shut up and keep moving.”

Adinda suddenly clasped Ferdy's hand on the table, looking deeply into his eyes.

“You must protect me, Ferdy. Don't let anything happen to me.”

“Of course, Din. I won't let anyone hurt you. I will bet everything for you,” Ferdy said as he returned Adinda's hand.

The atmosphere of the campus also looked different from usual. The sounds of laughter and joking students that are usually heard from the canteen or the crowd of students are rarely heard. Not surprisingly, two students on campus were victims of brutal murders, and another is still unknown. This is a terror of its own that affects the mental of the students there.

Lena and Miranti came first in the park before the others came. That afternoon was not too stinging. Cloudy coils in the corners of the sky, while a gentle breeze blows. Lena was feeling restless.

“Where else? He said he wanted to collect,” said Lena.

“That's not even his nose yet!” greet Miranti.

“If Rasty is a regular catfish!”

Miranti doesn't care. He was playing with his cell phone. Lena tapped her finger at the table, as she was getting bored.

“Eh, Denger Adinda is now the same as Ferdy huh?” ask Lena again.

“Not knowing me, Len. Who did you hear from?” Miranti asked back.

“Last night Rasty talked to me anyway. He said he met the two of them at the police station already very friendly like a couple like that. If you really, really lucky Adinda,” said Lena

“Lucky? Do you have a crush on Ferdy?” ask Miranti.

“Naksir hasn't. But I like to see his handsome face.”

“Ah, it is not clear you are Race. He said he used to like Rudi. Turn look Ferdy's changed course. Even if they are made, just this one time. Just natural. The sister was rather quiet, and rarely close to a guy. It seems like he really chose the right person to fill his heart,” Miranti said.

Haven't had time to respond, from the other direction, it seemed Rasty was approaching the place. The parasite looks agitated. He sat down near them and looked around.

“Others have not come?” ask Rasty.

Miranti shook her head, while Lena shrugged her shoulders. Rasty couldn't hide his anxiety. A few moments later, one by one began to come to that place. Rudi was present first, followed by Adinda, and Alex the last.

“So what are we talking about? Sorry, but my time is short. If nothing matters, just let me go back. I have to prepare for my departure to Germany,” Alex said.

“Mending you do not need to go anywhere first Deh Lex until all the affairs of the family. Because it's so important. I'm sorry I asked you to come together because the situation is getting more complicated. Let's sort the events that happened later.” Rasty started to explain.

“Oh, so this still has something to do with Jenny's death? Actually I was lazy to interfere again this problem, because from the beginning I have warned you to just report this incident to the police, but you do not want to hear. Now the business is long, right? We all got involved. This should not have happened!” said Alex.

“Udah Lex! Mending we don't have to reveal it anymore. All this has happened. You want to blame me because I proposed dumping Jenny's body in the lake? We need to find a solution to this problem. I was hit myself too. Imagine that! I've lost Jenny and now Nayya is gone too, not knowing the jungle. At this time of course the police will strictly monitor me,” said Rudi.

“OK. You don't have to argue. We just start this conversation with a cool head, no emotions,”.
