Murder In The Old Castle

Murder In The Old Castle
LXXX. Pianos

Ben gasped for breath as he returned to the waterfall to meet his friends. The shower is almost over. Sonya and Melly had changed clothes, and dried their hair. While the men were still preoccupied with teasing Maira under the rumbling stream of water rippling between the rocks. Ben immediately calmed his mind while sitting on a large rock. Still fresh in memory, when he found a human skeleton in a chest. The sight disturbed his mind.

Actually he was not too afraid, but a bad premonition slipped suddenly. Behind this beautiful place, he smelled the stored horror. Anxiety was visible from his face, thus triggering Sonya to ask.

“Where have you been, Ben?” asked Sonya while rubbing her hair with a towel.

“Eh, I walk around the forest here only,” Ben replied briefly.

“But you look scared. Did something happen?” ask Sonya again.

“Tak. But we should end this holiday soon,” said Ben.

“Ending vacation? Are you kidding me? We just got here and you said we should end this holiday soon. I don't think anyone agrees with your idea,” Sonya said.

“You said that because you don't like swimming, right?” Melly.

“Not. That's not the problem. But I feel like a bad feeling is going to happen. I don't know what I don't know. Usually my gut feeling is always right.”

Melly smiled as she shook her head.

“Don't bring a hunch here. This place is so beautiful and you said there was a bad feeling. I think the only bad feeling here is you!” Melly smiled cynically.

“She just wants to remind us times, Mel!” Sonya tried to defend.

“Dih, you took him away? It must be because of how you feel about her!” sneer Melly.

Ben no longer argues. He is lazy when the conflict begins to arise. Ben is a peace-loving figure, and tends to avoid trouble. He chose silence so as not to trigger a deeper conflict. From another direction suddenly appeared Aldo who had just arrived at the location of the waterfall. The young doctor parted ways with Elina who was having a snack, so the girl returned to the castle first.

“Halo!” greet Aldo.

“Halo Bang! This is Bang Aldo Michael's friend, right? Last morning we met in the old box you know, Bang!” search Sonya.

“Yes, I remember. Your name must be Melly!” guess Aldo.

“Of course not, Bang! I'm Sonya and that's my friend Melly!” sonya said as she pointed towards Melly .

Hearing her name called, Melly waved her hand while throwing a sweet smile. His inner soul began to churn at the sight of a young man who looked handsome.

“Oh yes, sorry. We met for a while at the castle yesterday. You guys done taking a shower? Wow I'm late ya!” said Aldo.

Meanwhile, the other party had finished bathing. After changing clothes, they sat for a moment to enjoy the sound of water that felt melodious flowing between the rocks.

“Loh, where's Brother Hans?” ask Antony.

“Didn't he swim with us?” answer Ringo.

“Hans was back at the castle first, because there was something he had to work on. Later that night if he's not busy, want to join you in the tent. Is the place enough?” ask Maira.

“I think it's quite the place,” replied Antony.

“Why don't we go home after this?” anxious Ben.

Ben fell silent. He wanted to tell the story of what happened in the middle of the forest, but he decided to keep quiet, because maybe he would just be a laughing stock. Unfortunately he could not hide the anxiety that resided in the heart. He wanted to leave this place immediately, but how? No one supported his plan.

“OK, then I return to the castle first. Aldo you want to be with me?” ask Maira.

“Ntar you leave me again. Males ah!” said Aldo.

Maira laughs. He left behind a group of young people who were still enjoying the day on the riverbank. However, Aldo did not want to stay alone there, he followed Maira's steps from behind towards the castle.

“Wait!” suddenly Ben shouted.

Maira and Aldo turned towards Ben, stopping their steps.

“I'll be with you guys. Isn't there a cop in your castle? Can I ride in the castle? I'll be home soon, please!” ben Pinta.

Maira and Aldo looked at each other. At once, Aldo gestured for Ben to follow their steps towards the castle. Meanwhile, Ben's friends stare in annoyance.

“That's right, it's the result if you invite the mama's child. Ask to go home!” grouse Melly.

“It looks like there's something new he's been through. Previously he was fine, so he was,” for Sonya.

“Already! Just let him go. If he is not comfortable here yes mending he just go.” Antony added.

Sayup-sayup, seen Maira, Aldo and Ben leave the waterfall area, up the slope to the castle located behind the forest and tea gardens.

Dusk began to tread the hill covered by the tea garden. Red tinge clouds at the feet of the sky, as if to usher in the sun. Maira, Aldo and Ben had just arrived from the waterfall area feeling tired. The castle still looks deserted, with residents who busied themselves. Aldo soon followed Elina who was drinking tea with Adrianna near the pool. Meanwhile, Ben temporarily gets a back room, a former room used by Yoga. Helen prepares the room, because she feels compassion for Ben who looks anxious and afraid.

In another part of the castle, Maira immediately shut herself in the room, wanting to lay down for a moment to unwind. The incense of the piano from the middle of the castle chanted a familiar symphony in his ear.

“Sure Hans ...” Maira is interested in the piano.

He rushed to the living room to find Hans. Unperceived tiredness, he wanted to hear the sound of the piano clink more clearly. Just a few steps out of the room, the music stopped. As he moved towards the middle room, he saw that there was no one there.

“Hans?” said Maira while sweeping the view around.

A few minutes ago, he clearly heard a pretty beautiful piano clink. Surprisingly, he found no one in the living room. Even the atmosphere of the middle room looked silent, as if without occupants. The feathers bristled. Fear is attacking. In his mind, only Hans could play the piano that beautiful, but suddenly no one was in sight.

Anxiety soon haunted his mind. He took a thousand steps to leave the middle room. He climbed up the stairs quickly, but suddenly the clink of the piano was heard again from the living room.

“Who exactly wants to play around with me?” muttered. He was worried whether he should return to the living room or not. Out of curiosity, he decided to return to the middle room. The clink of the piano came to a halt, but he saw a black shadow swiftly passing towards the reading room.

“Who is it?” his screeches.

He was again troubled by worry. Should he chase that figure in the reading room or return to his room?
