357. Evacuation Through the Window
Lunch time was almost approaching, but there was no cooking in the kitchen. Though Mariah has given the trust to Lily and Maya to take care of lunch. However, the two women were not seen until noon. It caused a nervousness in Jeremy's mind. He must take immediate action.
"Let me cook. Although I am a man, but I am also good at cooking!" mumbling Jeremy.
He immediately stepped into the kitchen, put on an apron, and checked the contents of the refrigerator. There were a number of vegetables, chicken meat, and eggs. His mind instantly imagined, what kind of cuisine would be worth making with ingredients like this. Jeremy actually has a talent for cooking, although not a strange cuisine, at least he is good at home-cooked meals. He often replaced Stella's duties in cooking.
He immediately acted, removing the vegetable from the refrigerator, then chopping it into small pieces. "Oh, yes sorry. Wasn't I given the cooking assignment by Mariah today? I forget and fall asleep in my room. It's almost lunchtime. I'm sorry Jer! Here I help!"
The new one is Maya. It seems awkward to see Jeremy who is serious about cooking, because actually for lunch duty this is his responsibility.
"No need, May! You can sit at the table and wait. It's almost done anyway. I'm sorry I took over your duties, because I'm afraid we won't be eating lunch because there's no food. Don't worry, everything is fine. Maybe my cooking is not as good as yours, but not too bad either. Safe May! You can wait there!" jeremy's orders.
"Well, I'm not feeling this good. This is what I should have been doing. Where is Lily? Why didn't he show up?" ask Maya.
Actually he was a little embarrassed, because his cooking duties were replaced by Jeremy.
"I don't know where they're going. Never mind, the important thing is that all dishes are in order at lunch. You don't have to worry!" jeremy said as he continued to cook.
Maya just smiled a little. He can't do anything anymore. He immediately left the kitchen for the dining room. Apparently there also looks still quiet. Lunch will start in a few minutes, but apparently the residents have not yet gathered in the dining room. Maya wants to sit there waiting, but she breaks her mind because she doesn't know what to do. He wants to go back to his room on the second floor.

Suddenly he heard a voice calling out to him. Maya looks around, to find who called her. The voice was familiar, but he could not see its appearance. Why did the voice call his name?
He took a step up the stairs, but he stepped into a narrow passageway that connected the antique collection room. This room is somewhat hidden, commonly used by Anggara to store many collections such as jars, paintings, masks, and statues. Unfortunately this room is rarely visited, because the mystical aura is immediately felt when entering it. A voice calling out to him sounded from this room.
"I'm here Maya. Behind the statue of Zeus!"
Maya immediately turned her gaze to a large white statue in one corner of the room, the statue of the god Zeus. After returning from the tea plantation, Rosita immediately lost her spirit because Edwin had not been found. He entered the room without saying anything. While inside the castle, Reno immediately met Ammar who was in the reading room. Ammar was looking for references around the castle building, because of his deep curiosity related to the castle floor plan that suddenly disappeared. Reno immediately approached Ammar who was picking books on a shelf. Reno recounts the chronological events Rosita experienced in the tea garden.
"Do you think Rosita is lying?" ammar asked while returning a thick book to the shelf.
"I have not indicated that he is lying or not. Everyone can be sad, everyone can be anxious. All the perpetrators of the cases we solved were perfect playwrights. They all pretended to be victims when they were the real culprits. Let's sort it out from Tiara, who would have thought that this innocent-looking girl was a brutal serial killer, and could even behead someone without feeling?" reno.
