Murder In The Old Castle
353. Tied Again
Mariah entered a police station that was not too crowded. His main goal was Dimas' office, as there was something he had to talk to him about. Her feelings were still upset because of the meeting with Gilda this morning. He tried to restore his mood so as not to get upset carried away until the afternoon.
Mariah realized, maybe Gilda will tell bad things about herself in the past. But he wasn't too worried about that. He only wanted to immediately inform Dimas of the condition of the castle, because now the condition is chaotic. He didn't have to worry about Gilda or anything.
He met Dimas in his office when the young policeman was scribbling his agenda. Seeing Mariah coming, he put down the pen, and let Mariah sit down. He was surprised to see Mariah coming. Usually an unusual arrival like this, brings less pleasant news.
"Busy?" ask Mariah.
"Not really, Brother. There is little to be done. Ordinary, that castle matter has really made me sleep and eat less lately. Tumben?" tanya Dimas and tidied the papers scattered untidy on the table.
"As usual, Dimas. If I see you, there must be a message I want to send. This message is from Bang Ammar, and I have to tell you right away" Mariah said.
"What message is that?" ask Dimas.
"Dim. the condition of the castle is getting more severe and uncertain. Terror happens almost every day, and now a victim falls again. It made us so depressed, that we were gripped with fear. Our staff is also lacking. Just relying on Reno and Juned alone, certainly less than the maximum, while you know my husband's position has not fully recovered. Last night, Lily was chased by a mysterious figure, even though the position inside the castle. We need immediate help!" bright Mariah.
"Well, who else was Mariah's victim? Did anyone else get killed?" ask Dimas curiously.
"Yes, Dim. Last night Aditya was found dead. Neck slit. Now Bang Ammar asked me to inform the police to send a team of paramedics immediately. This really makes you all gripped in fear, as if death is after us everywhere. We can't sleep well" Mariah said.
"Wait .. wait. Brother said there were less personnel, huh? Didn't the police send Niken? Should he have served there?" ask Dimas.
"Juned found his bag lying just like that near the pool. Jeremy also said that he had met with Niken in a room under the ground. Niken's whereabouts are unknown. Maybe it's still in one of the rooms underground. Apparently the figure managed to catch him, only we also do not know whether Niken managed to survive or not" replied Mariah.
"God! My guess is correct that Niken in that castle will add to the problem. Never mind, let's forget about Niken. I'll be right back there. It just so happened that Mariah came here, because there was something I wanted to confirm" Dimas said.
"What is that, Dim?"
Dimas took out a picture of The Girl Squad, along with a picture of the Saints in it. He showed the picture to Mariah.
"Surely you know this photo, right?" ask Dimas.
Mariah looked at the photo for a moment. Obviously he knew the photo, let alone the Sacred photo inside. He was surprised Dimas finally found the photo in the past. He sighed and nodded.
"That's an old photo. You must be asking who this girl really is, right?" mariah asked while pointing at the Holy figure in the photo.
"I already know that, brother. His name is Holy, right? She had died by suicide and was pregnant. The Holy Mother told me that one of her best friends was close, but her identity was unknown. I suspect that this Holy Friend is in one of these photos, and is now in that castle" Dimas said.
"Yes Dimas. You're correct. That Holy Friend is indeed in the castle with us right now, but we also have no idea who he really is. He's after all of our safety. I got death threats as well, but I also haven't got a picture of who did it yet. Everything is mysterious and shrouded" said Mariah.
"Hmm, look at it, Mariah. Of course the threat of murder is something serious and cannot be underestimated. For a while you do not have to go back to the castle, and you just go back home. Let me take Brother's place in the castle. The place is too dangerous, let alone we don't know who the perpetrator really is" Dimas suggested.
"But Brother, this is for the safety of Brother himself. It's too dangerous for you to be there, and I'm sure your brothers there can understand" Dimas said.
"They won't understand, Dimas. They'll consider me a traitor, because the killer wasn't just after me. But all! Everything in the castle is at risk. Everything has ever been threatened. Even Farrel knows nothing. Kara's innocent, all mercilessly wiped out. I will not forgive myself if I am in the city, while all my friends are slaughtered there. Sorry Dimas, I can't. I need to get back soon!" firmly Mariah.
Dimas just sighed while nodding. He could not prevent Mariah from staying in the city. Like so he had to finish his investigation immediately, in order to be able to return to the castle immediately. It looks like the castle is in a state of emergency and needs additional personnel.

Krieeet!
The iron bar opened after the mysterious figure opened it. He observed the silent outside of the castle. Apparently the castle is directly connected to the forest area, so anyone will be easy to access when going into the castle. He looked towards the unconscious Niken. The figure managed to silence Niken's arrogance with a single hit on his head. Before long, he dragged the woman away from the hallway, heading into the forest.
Niken could feel that his body was currently being dragged between the ground and the dried leaves. Unfortunately he could not do anything. he just resigned with the prevailing conditions. He only felt the figure dragging him further and further away from the hallway, out of nowhere. He was anxious to revolt, but what power, energy seemed to be drained out.
Before long, helpless, Niken felt that the figure forced him to stand up, then leaned his weak body against a tree. He felt his body surrounded by repeated bonds, until his chest felt tight.
"In ... Where am I?" ask Niken.
He found his body tied to a tree in the middle of a quiet forest. That figure doesn't touch the question. He still continues to strengthen the bond on Niken's body.
"Don't. Don't kill me. Don't leave me here alone. I promise that if you let me go, I won't open your identity to anyone. I'll help you escape. I-i promise. I have money too, just so you let me survive. Don't hurt me" asked Niken in a weak voice.
The request was apparently in vain, because the figure did not want to listen at all to Niken's request. He was even stunned to see Niken tied to a tree.
"It's all your business. I'll take care of the other one!" say that figure.
"Wait on! You're not gonna stay here alone, are you? Please don't stay with me!"
The figure did not answer, then he closed his mouth to Niken's ear while whispering, "Good luck, Niken! The police are arrogant and self-informed. Don't think your money is enough to buy your life. Soon you'll feel like you're alone in this forest. If you're lucky, you'll die quickly from a snake bite or scorpion sting."
"Where are you going? Nah! Don't leave me!"
The figure did not answer, immediately leaving Niken alone bound in the quiet forest. Paras Niken turned anxious. He could not imagine being left in this place alone until nightfall. This forest is so desolate. It would be terrible to be in this place alone.
"The gap! Tolow!"
Niken's screams were futile, drowning in the whirring of the wind blowing at the tops of trees. The curls bear fruit in vain. The sun is rising. Now he was completely alone in the middle of a silent forest .He tried to struggle, but the bond was so strong. It kept screeching, but then it resigned with everything that happened. He just wishes someone had found him.
