Murder In The Old Castle
XCIII. Hiding
Ringo finds a restless Sonya near the pool. The girl paced back and forth, while glancing towards the castle. He can't wait for Melly who never came back from the toilet. He was relieved when he saw Ringo's presence.
“Ringo, good thing you came quickly! Where's Tony?” ask Sonya.
“Tony went inside the castle to talk to Brother Hans. Where's Melly?” ask Ringo.
“Melly asked permission to urinate for a while, but have not returned yet? Lest he get lost in that castle,” said Sonya.
“I hope he's okay.”
“Ringo, why is your neck bleeding?” ask Sonya.
“Well, this has something to do with something I was about to say with you guys. It seems like there is something bad going on in this place. My neck was snared by an unknown person. He even kept me in a coffin!” ringo.
“Gosh! You no longer want me, do you?”
“Your nakutin? What's in it for me? It seriously! You don't see our car tires in front of all the flat. There must be something bad going on here. So Antony goes into the castle to remind anyone who is inside,” Ringo explained.
“So what does Melly experience is true?”
“Yes, of course! I saw with my own eyes how the figure took Melly's belongings. He also set many traps in the forest. It was terrible,” Ringo said.
“Suddenly I worry about Melly,” worry Sonya.
“What do we look for inside only huh?” proposal Ringo.
“OK. I wanted to look inside too. But I was afraid to go inside alone, because I was a stranger. Wrongly later thought I was an intruder.”
Suddenly they are surprised by Ben's voice calling from behind. They looked away, looking at Ben who was approaching with an anxious face.
“You have come apparently. Where are the others? Let's get out of this place!” take Ben.
“It looks like our return plan is a little delayed. The car we plan to use home is in trouble. Tony is looking for a solution for that, while reminding that around this there is a bad thing,”, Ringo said.
“Just as I thought! I feel that way too. Something is not right in this place. That's why I've been looking for a cop who says he's in this castle. But the strange woman won't allow it,” grumbled Ben.
“Women weird? Who?” ask Sonya.
“Helen. She's the middle-aged woman who runs this castle. But I smell a strange gurgle from him. That's why I don't want to stay here long. When I sleep at night, I sometimes feel unsafe. There was even the sound of a female scream that came out of nowhere. Anyway very creepy!”
“Yes, we're looking for Melly in the yuk! I don't feel good!” bring Sonya.
“Emang where is Melly?” ask Ben.
“She searched the toilet inside, but has not returned yet. I'm really worried,” replied Sonya.
“Good. We're looking inside yeah, all of you looking for Antony too.”
The three of them agreed, then entered into the castle from the back door that connected directly with the kitchen. They look confused because there are many hallways and rooms in the castle, so confused about where to go.
Fortunately, at the same time they met Reno and Maira who seemed to also be wandering around the place. The police were shocked to see the presence of a group of young people in the kitchen. Maira who had met was certainly not too surprised. He immediately greeted them.
“Sister Maira? Yes Brother, we were planning to return to the city this afternoon, but the car seemed to have some more problems so we were confused. We are also looking for our friend who went to the toilet from earlier, but did not return.”
Sonya explained, while others agreed. Before Maira responded, Reno spoke up.
“Wait! You kids from the city traveling around this place? Is the car in front your car?” ask Reno.
“Iya Sir. It was our car, but the tires were deliberately deflated, so we couldn't go home. Sorry, are you the owner of this castle?” Ringo asked in full view.
“Oh, I'm Reno. Police are investigating a case. I think that if you have no interest, you should leave this place immediately, because it might be dangerous. Or if it can't be today, you can stay in one place. Don't split!” Reno reminded.
“You police? Wow what a coincidence. I'm looking for someone to tell me about something I found in the woods!” ben is excited.
“What do you find in the forest?” ask Reno curiously.
“I found a mysterious old cottage. Inside the hut were strange objects, also human skeletons. I also found a broken identity, with the name of the owner already blurred. Written MAD name in that identity,” explained Ben.
“Old cottage? I didn't know there was an old cottage!” Maira.
“Iya Brother! An old cottage. I saw that too. I even saw a black-robed person who was about to harm me. He stole Melly's stuff and snared my neck with a sharp thread.”
Ringo showed me the injured part of his neck. There's still blood in there. Maira shuddered, as she recalled the time when her neck was also snared by someone in the reading room. Ben is also surprised, because he did not expect Ringo to experience a terrible event in the forest.
“Nah right! It's exactly the same thing I've been through, Reno! It must be the same person who snared my neck in the reading room,” said Maira.
“Wait! Waitaminute! You guys are really freaking me out. What really happened in this place?” sonya asked, worried.
“Now just like this. Because the conditions are not good and may be dangerous. You guys find a safe place tonight. Better one space, do not separate. Maira, you can help me find a place for them, right? But don't tell Helen. I don't trust that woman. Make sure these kids are safe!” said Reno.
“Good. I'll find a place for you guys,” Maira nods.
“Sorry, Sir. Can we men help you? Because until now Melly, one of our friends still has not appeared,” proposed Ringo.
“I cannot involve you in this dangerous situation. If you want to help, you better take care of your girlfriends, it will be very helpful. I'll find your friend. You guys don't have to worry. If you need anything, just call Maira. And don't care about people you don't know, because it's dangerous!”
Ringo nodded, agreeing to what Reno said. Maira immediately acted fast, while Reno returned to the castle. Maira was looking for a rather spacious room, with two bedrooms inside. The room was located on the left wing of the castle a little backwards.
“Wear this room, and don't talk to anyone, especially Helen. He's dangerous. If you need anything, you can find me,” suggested Maira.
“Who the hell is Helen?” chirps Sonya.
“She was the castle manager I called the strange woman earlier. I already know,” replied Ben.
“Good. I'll just leave first! Take good care of yourself!” maira's message.
Everyone nodded, but inwardly felt anxious as well because Melly had not yet been seen. They worry something bad happens, as some loss event in the woods, leads to Melly's belongings.
