Murder In The Old Castle

Murder In The Old Castle
227. Darkness

Darkness enveloped the villa in the hilly region. It was so dark, even Ollan could not see his palm. He could only shiver in fear in the corner of the room. He knew there was someone out there waiting for him. Anyway, he's not going out. He chose to stay in the room until the police arrived.

He grabbed a blanket on the bed, then he used it to cover his body, He only relied on the light coming from his phone. But unfortunately, his own cell phone battery only stayed 15 percent! Ollan was panicking. If the phone is dead, it is gone. He cannot communicate with the outside world and of course, he cannot get light. The only thing he needs right now is light. Ollan hated the dark. Even to sleep at night, he had to turn on the lights.

Duk ... duk .. duk!

Ollan felt wry. The voices continued to be heard from the direction of the room door. He hoped that the room key would be strong enough, so that someone out there could not break in. Really, Ollan was actually very afraid of death. Indeed, at first he had a thought that he was killed by someone because he felt he could not bear the burden of life.. But this time the situation is different. He felt very nervous.

A few moments later, the atmosphere was silent. The sound of knocking on the door suddenly stopped. Ollan could not calm down. Cessation of the sound of knocking, does not mean safe conditions. Maybe the figure is now waiting for his carelessness. His heart is still beating hard. Why aren't there any cops coming? He was not sure his message was read by the police.

Slowly he stood up, looking at the direction of the large glass window. Out there, no less dark conditions.he is confused, must hide where. Perhaps his last path, he would last until the morning in this room. The fear is still creeping. Seconds by second passed by for a very long time. He really wanted the morning to come, so he could see the surroundings more clearly.

Ollan checked the phone again. True, the cell phone battery has run out. Now his phone has gone out. There was nothing he could do but just stand still, curled up at the end of the room. The atmosphere was silent, making him doubtful. The mysterious figure was still outside the room. Slowly, he approached the door. He wanted to see if it was really safe for him out there. If possible, he wanted to run as fast as lightning towards the car, and go all the way from the pale yellow villa.

But a few steps from the door, he suddenly heard the sound of a break. Ollan was stunned to hear that, taking a few steps back.

Braak! Braak!

Apparently the figure out there is not giving up. He took some kind of crowbar to force open the door of the room. Ollan panicked to see that. He immediately returned to the corner of the room, sitting crouching while closing his eyes. He never really felt this scared. He doesn't know if he'll survive tonight?

It is certain, sooner or later the door will open if it is forced to open like that. Ollan could only get stuck, hoping for a miracle to come. But suddenly, his courage appeared at a time of urgency like this. he saw a dressing table that was not so big. Maybe the table can hold the door, though not for long. At least he had time to defend himself.

Without wasting any time, he pulled the dresser to block the door, before the door completely opened. Now, what he thought was how he could survive even in a matter of minutes, the important thing is that he did not die easily.

Reno and Dimas immediately drive a car through the city to the location that has been shared by Ollan. Fortunately, that night the city was not as crowded, so they were rather free to control the car. That direction they're a little way out of town, about an hour's drive.

This time, Dimas was driving the car, because the police did have better driving skills than Reno. After all, Dimas was also more courageous and aggressive in making decisions. Several times the car had to brake suddenly because it almost hit another vehicle. Reno had to remember her co-worker several times.

"Remember Dimas! You are not married!" Reno reminded.

"Does that have anything to do with it?" ask Dimas.

"There certainly is! You don't want to die before you get married, do you?"

Dimas just smiled a little. He can't joke much, because he's focused on driving. I don't know why he was a little nervous that night. What he had in mind, right now was the life of someone who was being threatened.

"Hopefully we are not late yes .." murmured Dimas.

"Just relax Dim. Yes, the safety of a person is a responsibility that we must fulfill, but that does not mean putting our position in danger. So you don't have to panic like that!" reno.

"Actually I feel traumatized by the many murders that have taken place. It's as if the killer is moving faster than us, and understands what we're about to do. I don't want to help, Ren!" said Dimas.

Ciitt!

Braak!

Dimas suddenly pressed the car's brakes firmly, when a car passed in front suddenly. His car automatically slammed to the right, and hit a garbage can on the side of the road until the contents scattered.

"Prophey Dimas!"

"I really can't think normally right now!" mooed Dimas while wiping the sweat that began to pour.

"Let me drive. You calm down first. I don't want to be hurt because your emotions aren't stable!" reno.

He pulled the car over, then moved to the left side, and let Reno take over the wheel. He was in a state of panic, because he realized he was racing with time. It was not impossible, the killer immediately acted fatally if they arrived late on the spot. However, Reno looked calmer.

Reno drove the car quickly, but it was still under control. Due to his older age of several years than Dimas, he tends to be careful in making decisions. That's what sometimes makes Dimas impatient. He still likes to explode and get carried away by emotions in all actions.

Before long, they had already arrived at the city border, heading towards the villa which was located in a hilly area.

"Why do you think Ollan went to a place away from the crowd? Is he in trouble?" ask Dimas.

"Eitherway. If I look at the location shared, this place is the location of villas rich people. On weekends, many people spend time there. Perhaps, Ollan was one of the rich people who had villas there. Who would have guessed?" reno.

"Whatever it is, hopefully we can still meet him alive!" punkas Dimas's.

After crossing the hills, they arrived at the location that Ollan had given away. A dark-gulita villa stood on a rather high ridge. There was only a low guardrail, so they could freely enter. They saw Ollan's car parked in front of the villa, but the tyre was deflated.

"It must be sabotage!" reno.

"It's very dark this villa. Is there no electricity? Besides that, it is also very quiet. Don't-don't ...."

Dimas began to think badly, that their presence was too late. He was worried something had happened to Ollan. They stepped into the front yard of the villa with a cautious attitude. Reno is always available flashlight, illuminating the road that does look very dark.

"We're coming in through the front!" reno's orders.

Braaak!

Suddenly there was a loud bang coming from inside the villa. Without wasting any more time, Reno and Dimas immediately entered the villa through the front door. They forced their way in, but in vain. The front door made of wood was locked firmly.

"Damn!" redhead Dimas.
