Murder In The Old Castle
316. Suddenly Attack
On the road that runs outside the castle, a car lurks not far from the castle's location. The car had apparently been parked all night, since Reno was first present in the castle. The passenger was a young woman with sunglasses, as well as a fairly compact make-up. The scout apparently waited for the right moment to enter the castle. He waited while eating a slice of his favorite cheese-coated bread. Her pretty eyes continued to stare towards the castle. He knew, the current occupants of the castle were outside because they were exploring the waterfall. He intends to enter the castle.
He moved his car forward a little, then parked not far from the castle gate. After finishing his breakfast, he waltzed confidently, got out of the car, took off his sunglasses, and stared at the towering castle tower. There was a little fear of seeing the splendor of the castle. He began to enter the castle yard which was quite spacious. Since the castle was opened to the public, the condition of the castle is much more maintained than before. But that doesn't diminish his fear. He stepped his legs up, passed a patch of flowering garden, then took a moment to heart. He thought the castle was empty. He planned to circle the castle from the side yard which was also quite spacious. It might be safer if it goes in that direction.
After strengthening his heart, he stepped back, with his eyes remaining alertly observing the surroundings. However, just a few steps, a voice sounded that surprised him.
"Stop, Niken! You better come back!"
Niken turned around, finding the figure of Dimas who suddenly appeared, out of nowhere. It was a bit awkward to see the young policeman looking at him sharply, threateningly.
"In-Dimas .... "
"I'm sorry, Niken. Didn't the police clearly leave the case to us, and your name isn't in it? So what are you doing here?" ask Dimas.
"I'm .. I just want to help you guys, Dimas. You know my failure in the previous case was a valuable lesson for me. I want to prove that I can handle this case well too. Please Dimas, give me one chance to prove that I can handle this case, too" asked Niken.
"Sorry Niken. You have the wrong address. You shouldn't have addressed that request to me, because I obviously don't have any authority in this matter. I suggest you turn your back, because if Mr. Reno knows you're here, then the business will be longer" Dimas suggested.
"I've been waiting all night to get in here, Dim. And now you tell me to turn around? Please help me, Dim! At the very least, don't tell Mr. Reno that I'm here. Let me work, and I'm sure I'll .... "
"No Niken! You have no authority here. Go, before they come back. You don't have to prove anything. I know you're a good and reliable cop. There are many cases that you can handle, but these are severe cases that have to do with the initial case. Your role won't be too influential here. Besides, Juned and Ramdhan have been helping us. There was also Mr. Ammar. You better just go back. Your presence will make us more troublesome later," said Dimas.
Niken was silent for a moment. He hesitated to continue, but actually he was eager to join the team. For now, arguing with Dimas was not a good thing, as he was aware of his weak position. It is not equipped with any duty letter. His presence may not be concerned with others, or even he is considered an illegal intruder. Niken sighed while nodding.
"OK .. okay, I'll go. Later when there's nothing, you can call me anytime, Dimas. Even if I am not part of your team, I will be ready to help you at any time. I don't care about the goddamn paperwork. My instinct to solve cases is so strong. It's Dimas's calling, and no one can ban me. While I'm leaving, but maybe I'll show up again, with your permission or not!"
After saying that, Niken turned around, leaving Dimas. He returned to the front yard of the castle and returned to his car. Dimas just let his partner go, although in his heart he was a little pity. However, he did not have any authority. He thought, this is all for the good of Niken.

Reno and Ryan had reached the waterfall area, but he did not see the men there, except Farrel who was sitting on a large rock. While Rosita and Lily appear to fall on the grass near the river, while enjoying the view of the waterfall that flows fast. Unaware of Reno and Ryan's presence, the two women seemed to be joking with laughter. Reno immediately greeted Farrel.
"Oh, Sir. They're going to the woods, because Jeremy said he found Nadine in the woods there, so I'm waiting here with Rosita and Lily" Farrel said, pointing in the woods.
"Nadine? Is that really what you said, Rel? How's he doing? Is he still alive?" scott Ryan.
"I .. I don't know yet. They went there to make sure of Nadine's condition" Farrel replied.
Ryan seemed excited to hear Farrel's explanation. He hurried to the forest, not caring about Reno and Farrel. He wanted to catch up with the others to help Nadine.
"Ryan, wait!" peekkik Reno's.
But Reno's call was not given by Ryan. The man continued to enter the forest. Reno can't let Ryan into the woods alone. Half-run he followed Ryan's departure while gesturing for Farrel to stay. Farrel just nodded quickly.
Actually Farrel was tired of being by the river alone, while others chose to enter the forest. He wanted to chat with Lily or Rosita, but was a little disinclined. Suddenly, there was a desire to return to the castle secretly. He was very bored in that place. It raised its gaze towards the two women who were on the grass. But there are no two there. He sees Rosita back in the water, but does not see Lily. Where is Lily? Why did he just disappear?
Farrel won't take a headache. He immediately stepped out of the waterfall, heading back towards the castle. His stomach feels hungry. The day began at noon, but there was no sign they were about to start lunch. He snorted a little annoyed. Thirst grips the esophagus. He stepped across the path somewhat irritatedly.
The sound of the waterfall is heard away. He just wanted to get to the castle immediately, and sit down at the dinner table, hoping that Mariah would cook a nice meal this afternoon. Now he had reached the intersection of four, for a moment he hesitated towards the castle. He stood for a moment. The atmosphere was very quiet, only the rustling of leaves were blown by the wind. However, he heard the sound of footsteps stepping on dry leaves. It sharpens hearing. The voice was so clearly heard.
"Maybe the sound of a forest beast" he murmured.
He did not care much about the sound of footsteps that sounded so close. However, he suddenly felt a cable suddenly tangle his neck, so he fell backward. Not only that, he felt his head closed suddenly with a sack of rice wrapping!
