CHAPTER 17: MAMITA

"Are you okay, brother?" Anna asked while holding back her laughter.

"You think I'm fine after getting beaten up from her?!" Aaron growled in annoyance at Anna. How could he ask something so obvious? Obviously he was not okay after getting the first 3 hard blows on his head thanks to Crona.

Aaron knows that the word 'old' is taboo for Crona, but he says it out loud. Sometimes he blames himself for saying something he shouldn't have said. In the public eye, he was known to be the cold and reserved type of man like his grandfather, that was true, but they had no idea that he was the most talkative in the family. He only talks a lot when it comes to his family and close friends.

"Oh me... pfft! Sorry for asking." Anna couldn't help but laugh out loud, every time she saw a small bump on Aaron's head, she couldn't help but laugh and laugh more.

Since her grandfather's birthday, she and her sister have become quite close to each other. He discovers many things he doesn't know about her, though growing up with him realizes that there are many things he doesn't know about her.

She discovered that her twin sister was allergic to strawberries which really surprised her. She did not realize that Anna was allergic to strawberries at all. She just thought Anna didn't like strawberries. She also discovered that Anna likes to eat a lot but still maintains her weight. His favorite foods are fried chicken and french fries, which are actually unhealthy. One day he saw Anna eating two buckets of fried chicken and a large set of fries alone, he was flabbergasted when he saw that.

"Ck! Whatever! Let's just go home." Aaron just grumbled all the time until they were home.

"Geez! Son! What happened to your head?" Nanny, a 50-year-old woman who has been caring for Anna and Aaron since they were babies. Nanny was like their second mother who raised them, and the brothers loved their nanny very much. Nanny also knows a lot about the twins, their likes and dislikes, and their training.

When the nanny discovers that Coleman's family is not just any ordinary elite family, she fears them because they are dangerous, but when she first sees the twins, her mind changes. He promised himself that he would only devote his entire life to the pride and joy of Coleman's family, the twins. He didn't care if Coleman was related to the underworld, damn it! She doesn't even care that she doesn't have a man in her life as long as the twins continue to be Coleman's precious gem.

"Someone hit him 3 times in the head, Mamita." Anna and Aaron would rather call the nanny 'Mamita' than call her nanny. They don't like her, after all, Nanny is like their second mother in their lives and they want to call her something special that really warms the caregiver's heart.

Anna generously told the whole story to the nanny. Aaron saw how his nanny frowned. He was happy that his Mamita would comfort him, unlike his own brother who only laughed at his face. But he was disappointed, Nanny would not comfort him. Instead, he would teach Aaron some manners.

"Mammamita! I'm just stating the facts!" Aaron defended himself. She wanted her Mamita to know that she was innocent no matter what!

"Saying facts?!" Nanny turned to Anna and asked, "Anna, how old is she?" Aaron frowned at the way his nanny spoke to Anna. It was a soft and sweet tone. He's jealous, definitely jealous. "Thinking. hmmm... 37!" Anna sits on the sofa and sees her brother being scolded by their Mamita.

"37 is not that old! Still young! YOUNG MAN!"

Aaron frowned and said, "Mamita, even so, looks different. He must look very old. I told you!" Anna grinned at the thought that if Crona were here and heard Aaron's claims about her, there was no doubt that her brother would get another blow from her, and from her nanny it was endless of scolding.

Anna knew very well that Aaron was saying nonsense, despite being 37 years old, everyone in the entertainment industry for those who saw Crona Vendalin knew that she looked more like a teenage girl her age.

Nanny didn't know if Aaron's claim was true because she didn't pay much attention to such a thing, but! Aaron is still disrespectful and needs to learn how to respect women again. "Stay still, boy! You know better!"

Nanny's nanny keeps scolding Aaron, they don't even realize Mary's home from work. She sees how her nanny admonishes Aaron very seriously and she also sees how Aaron defends himself from time to time, but in the end, he can't win against his Mamita.

"What did your brother do this time?" Mary asked while sitting next to her daughter.

Again, he told his mother. Mary now understood why her son was scolded. He didn't really mind if his nanny scolded his son every day. Seeing her obediently and frowning while listening to the nagging of the nanny made her happy. Call her a bad mother, but that's how she is, especially when lecturing her children. Outside of their family and Alfonso, her nanny was the only person allowed to lecture the twins. Those who try to raise their hands on the twins will receive severe punishment. That's one of Mary Coleman's rules.
