Rebecca was now pacing back and forth waiting for the reporter she hired. He was expecting something that could brighten his mood.

Rebecca turned her head towards him and she saw a wide grin on her face. That one-of-a-kind smile bothered Rebecca more than she was now. 'Why is he grinning?!'

"Ck! I just wanted to see you again because I wanted to ask, did you get what I wanted?" Rebecca didn't want to waste more of her precious time on this damn reporter. The earlier he gets a satisfactory answer, the better.

"Well..." The reporter looked at Rebecca with a grin on her face and Rebecca felt that what she was about to say would not satisfy her, "Bad news for you, no photo satisfies you because nothing bad has really happened to him, and the good news for me, I have some parts that can make me a good amount of money."

When Rebecca heard what she had just said, her face broke from anger. Not a single photo could satisfy him?! So the money he gave to make Anna look bad was of no use?! He wasted his precious time on good results without results?! The only one who benefits from all this is this damn reporter?!

Things don't go according to her plan; all she wants is to ruin Anna's image of her miss perfect. Why is it so hard for everyone to do something so simple! First, he deliberately made the 2 mischievous girls misunderstand the way Anna treated him as a 'friend', so that they could spread false rumors about him and Anna, but it clearly failed because they were expelled from the school for their shocking disclosure; and now this damn reporter just threw away the money to pay for it to take one fucking photo to make Anna look bad in public. They are useless! Useless!

"You can say it like that." The reporter did not deny it at all. Although it didn't go as Rebecca expected, it definitely went well for her. Whether something bad happened to Anna or not, the reporter would profit from her, no matter what; she would make more money than Rebecca paid him. While burning anger inside, his phone shook in his pocket; he took it out to see who was calling him and his mouth twitched to see who was calling him at this moment. "What do you want dad?"

"You bad boy! What did you do with that money?!" Rebecca's father was obviously angry that Rebecca took the money her father had hidden for an emergency and with an emergency, it meant gambling.
