CHAPTER 58: HE SHOULD HAVE SAID THAT TO HER
When Anna and her brother had already walked into the booth, Kyle looked at the two old men in front of him; he grinned at them and said, "It seems like I don't need to dirty my hands." Hearing what Kyle had just said, the two old men felt that there was no hope for them anymore and they felt their legs become weak so they dropped down on a nearby chair.
After Kyle said that, he walked away from them and went outside the booth. There is no point in staying inside any longer.
Lannie and Erik followed her in a hurry. Lannie glared at her brother angrily. Kyle felt that someone was sending a sharp glare towards him, so he turned around to see who that person was. "Why are you glaring at me?" She asked.
"Why don't you..."
"Huh?" Kyle was confused by what his sister was trying to say. Why is he okay?
"Aragh!" Lannie let out a frustrated scream that shocked Erik and Kyle. Is his own brother crazy? This was the first time she had heard her sister scream like that. "Why didn't you stop him?!" She asked.
"Stop who?" ask Erick.
"That girl! Anna! Why didn't you stop him?!" Lannie is furious at her brother for not stopping Anna from being dragged away by Aaron. He wanted to talk to Anna and introduce her to his mother. From the first time she saw Anna, she suddenly had the wish that she wanted Anna to be her brother-in-law! She knew that her brother was supposed to be moving, but her own brother was very bad with the girls, which left her with no choice but to become a bridge for the two of them.
Even if the two of them currently did not have feelings for each other, he had to take action to make them fall in love with each other, no matter what! Lannie is determined to make Anna her sister-in-law.
"Why did I stop him from going with his own brother?" Kyle was very confused by his sister's accusations to him. Why would her sister want her to stop Anna from going with her sister? She had no right, other than that Kyle thought that it was best for Anna to go with her brother because what those old men did to her really scared her, she said, and it wasn't the best to make him stay in there any longer.
"That's no problem! You should have said 'No! Don't leave! Stay with me!' if you tell her that, maybe she won't go with her brother and stay with you!" Lannie puffed her cheeks as she said what she wanted her brother should have said.
Kyle narrowed his eyes at what his sister had just told him. What does he want her to say? It was something he would never do and would never do. What kind of medicine did her own sister take that she acted like this?
Erik who heard what Lannie had just said, laughed out loud. If possible he wanted to roll around on the ground and keep laughing because to him it was so funny, imagine the only Kyle Robertson who said that to a girl, after all, was, all he could see in Kyle was that when he was with a girl he had a straight cold face and it was very funny for him to imagine Kyle acting and saying those words to a girl.
"Don't listen to your idiot friend and listen to me brother!" Lannie decided to ignore Erik and just decided to focus and scold his annoying older brother. Kyle looked at Lannie with a clear thin line on his forehead, he started to get annoyed at her.
"Lannie, what do you mean tell me this? Anna Coleman is none of our business, let alone mine." After saying that, Kyle turned his back on his sister and decided to walk around the place because he knew Erik would take the time to seduce the girls. He couldn't just leave and leave his friend here, after all, it was his own decision to bring Erik here.
When Kyle was lost from their sight, Erik and Lannie were still standing in their place; and finally, Erik stopped laughing and asked Lannie a question with his sudden awareness, "Are you trying to connect your own brother with Anna Coleman?"
"Huh! It's clear!" Lannie rolled her eyes at Erik and walked away from him to look for his annoying older brother who is allergic to women.

"Why didn't you punch those two grandfathers?! Are you letting them do whatever they want?!" Aaron angrily confronts his twin brother. She knew that she should not be angry at Anna because she was the victim in that situation, but she could not help it. He was angry because he did not know why Anna did not defend herself, when he knew that Anna knew how to deal a blow. Their mother personally thought of them how to defend herself, but most importantly she was angry at herself because she was not there to protect her own sister, she said, to protect her from those disgusting men.
"I. i..." Anna stuttered. She did not know how to explain herself to her brother.
The three childhood friends who saw the sisters couldn't help but worry about them, especially Nathalia, she saw how scared Anna was in front of the old men, he therefore decided to step in between Anna and Aaron.
"Stop, Aaron, can't you see Anna being scared by them?! I know, we all know Anna can defend herself, but there must be a reason why she was scared before. Maybe trauma or something you don't know? You can't just yell at her like that!" It must have been a trauma in Anna's case, but she couldn't tell them because it didn't happen in her new life. The trauma was only happening in his past life and he definitely could not tell them, they might consider him crazy or something.
Hearing what Nathalia had just said, Aaron calmed himself down and considered the possibility. Was it really trauma? He looked carefully at Anna and he confirmed it, his eyes were full of fear and he trembled slightly. Aaron sighed and walked up to Anna then hugged her tightly.
When Anna felt her brother's warm embrace and she felt safe with his embrace.
Finally, Anna let out tears that she had been holding back all this time. She wailed like a baby and it made her brother's heart ache to see her like this. Right now, the only thing she could think of was that she had failed as her brother because she had no idea what her sister had been feeling all along. He would definitely make that loathsome man regret everything.
