CHAPTER 80: HELP ME

Morning came and everyone was in the dining room, they were having breakfast. Alfonso and Pia both looked at the youngsters at the table with curious expressions on their faces. Both Anna and Kyle continued to yawn.

"What did you two do last night?" Inevitably Alfonso asked because Anna and Kyle looked very tired and needed more sleep. Her heart was broken seeing her beautiful little Nana look very haggard and to her niece, she did not care even for a little.

"Home Work/Seeing the Stars." Both Anna and Kyle said simultaneously. Since Kyle and he were in front of each other, it was inevitable for them to stare at each other. When their eyes met, Anna was the first to step back and mock.

"Uh huh." Alfonso did not believe in their claims. When she saw how Anna reacted when her eyes and Kyle's eyes met, she was quite suspicious of what had happened to the two of them without her knowing anything.

Alfonso wanted to ask another question, but Anna suddenly stood up and said, "I'm done, thanks for the food. I'm leaving now, have a nice day, everyone." He said like a robot reading out lines from a script. After saying that, he bid farewell to Pia and Alexandre before leaving the house without seeing Alfonso and Kyle.

Somewhat annoyed, Alfonso asked Kyle, "What did you do to him? My little nana would usually leave a kiss on my cheek" Alfonso said in a tearful tone.

Kyle strangely looked at his uncle; now that this uncle he knew, he ended up returning too seriously that he could not help but obey him; afraid of getting on his bad side.

Yesterday and the day after his uncle had acted, Kyle looked at Alfonso with a frown on his face, "I didn't do anything to him ..." Kyle doesn't have the guts to tell his uncle the truth because if he does he might be forced to do something he doesn't want.

Before Alfonso asked Kyle another question, Kyle did the same as Anna had done before. "Hmph! Tell me, Pia, what is this current generation being as rude as my dear niece?" He asked completely excluding Anna from his question.

Pia did not answer his question and only focused on eating the food in front of him. He was already quite used to the luxury Alfonso had given him and it felt very uncomfortable for him. When he was Alfonso's assistant he didn't have things like this, yes, Alfonso did treat him well but not like this. He then looked at his son in his arms with a worried expression plastered on his face. With this kind of luxury Alfonso was a bit worried his son would grow spoiled, but somehow Pia felt Alfonso would not let his son grow up like that.

Seeing no response from Pia, Alfonso looked at him and saw he was staring at Alexandre with a hint of warmth in his eyes. With such a scene in front of him, Alfonso could do nothing but pray for a longer time so that Pia with Alexandre and Alexandre had more memories of his mother.

"Why did you call me?! I'm still sleeping, so distracting! You know very well I'm not a morning man brother!"

Kyle ignored his sister's anger and simply asked the question, "Help me."

A simple word came out of his mouth, but it really caught Lannie off guard. She did not expect her brother to say such words to her. Usually, whenever there was a problem, her brother would not ask anyone for help and just resolve the matter without taking any pains. But now, it was truly shocking and unbelievable. "W-what did you just say?" Lannie's drowsiness suddenly disappeared.

"I said, help me!" Kyle hated him when he had to repeat himself again, but he would not show such an attitude towards his sister if he wanted her help.

"Oh ho what kind of help do you want, brother?" Lannie had no idea what kind of help her brother wanted from her, but she did not care at all. This might be a once-in-a-lifetime request from him and he would have to enjoy it all at once in exchange for an exchange.

"I may have offended Anna and I want to sincerely apologize to her.

What do you think I should do?" Hearing what her brother had just said, Lannie almost dropped her phone in shock. Return the exchange for his help! If helping her brother would unite her and Anna, Lannie did not want anything in return; she would freely help her brother with all his love!

But her brother's way of saying it was as if he was just treating her as a simple matter. But in Lannie's perspective, it was a good first step, an excellent first step for her brother's sake. Her sister needed more encouragement to be truly close to Anna, and if that happened there might be a great chance for Lannie to have Anna as her brother-in-law in the future.

While Lannie was overjoyed, Kyle frowned waiting for his sister's answer. One minute, two minutes, and three minutes had passed, there was only silence heard by his sister's side. "Hey, are you going to help me or not?"

Cut off from her fantasy of having Anna part of the Robertson family, Lannie immediately replied to her brother, "Of course, I will help you! Your beautiful sister will help you with all my heart!"

After Lannie started babbling about how to please Anna, Kyle only listened to her from time to time. Kyle also asks the question of why he did that or not because there are too many things to do just to apologize, but Lannie firmly says yes and there is no other way.
