CHAPTER 28: GENERAL ZACK FISCHER

"You!" The leader beckoned his other two friends to make a move on Anna. One of them is fast enough and triggers a gun, he shoots Anna in the shoulder which makes Aaron startled and anger flares up deep inside him.

The pain in his shoulder did not stop him from shooting the man who shot him and the man beside him. Even if he wanted them dead, he could not kill them, he was better than them. Seeing the two men fall down, Aaron jumps towards the man who shot his sister and punches her so many times that he doesn't even know how many punches were given to him.

"Anna!" Nathalia went to Anna's side quickly and tore off a piece of her cloth to stop the bleeding on Anna's shoulder.

While all this was happening, a group of people wearing military uniforms barged in. The only ones that stand out among them are the ones with the same hair color as Zen.

The conscious kidnappers are now horrified by what they have just seen, especially the man who stands out among them. They were so shocked and afraid of the man, they knew very well who the man was. Despite being in her 30s, she is still popular with women, General Zack Fischer. His extraordinary achievements are known throughout the country even young people idolize him and consider him a hero.

They wonder why General Zack came here? What kind of relationship did he have with Coleman's family?

"Dad! You're late!" Zen shouted at his father and also this made the leader of the kidnappers turn towards Zen, his face full of horror. His boss didn't tell him about Zen's background if he knew he would back down despite losing a lot of money. Kidnapping Coleman's precious jewels is already risky, but also kidnapping the General's son along the way is like asking for a death wish. He and his friends were in big trouble now, they had already messed up two powerful big families, there was no way they could get away with this.

"K-sister." call Anna to her brother who is still punching the face of the man who shot her.

Aaron hears her and his anger turns to worry. He quickly stopped and went to his sister's side. He saw his face full of pain and his heart ached seeing his precious sister like this. The piece of cloth that Nathalia had placed to stop the bleeding did not help, her sister's white skin turned pale from blood loss.

Zen's father looked at the situation they were in now and quickly told his men to take Anna to the nearest hospital and catch the bad guys. Aaron lets the military soldier carry Anna and follows them behind. His face was angry.

Zack saw him and his friends coming towards him and frowned at them. "What's wrong with them?" Zen asked his father.

"Whatchu mean? I tried to warn them but they didn't listen and just shot Anna!" Zen said this but then he suddenly felt moody he really did nothing. He only threatened them and did nothing, he felt very useless.

Looking at his son's gloomy face, he couldn't help but shake his head in disappointment. Sometimes his son can become too overdone, he can brag about something but in the end, he will regret bragging about it.

Nathalia has been feeling restless since Anna was taken to the hospital. He couldn't stay still, he was agitated and itchy to go to Anna's place, but he had to stay until Zen's father fired them, he couldn't help but obey her. She was left in her care while her parents left for a business trip.

"You know there's nothing stopping you from going where your friend is." A faint smile appeared on his face as he said this to Nathalia. "Come, since everything is in order now, I'll take the three of you to your friend's place." Nathalia was enlightened by what she had just said, she happily followed him to her car.

He was about to enter the warehouse with a satisfied smile on his face when suddenly a group of military soldiers along with general Zack came. She was so shocked and scared that she ran away hiding behind a tree. He saw everything that happened.

When everyone had left the warehouse, he decided to come out as well. Looking towards the general and the boys leaving, he gritted his teeth in anger. All his plans are ruined! The idiots did not even tell him that one of the children was the son of the general. How could they not tell him such information? And more importantly, how did the general know what happened to his son?

His carefully planned plans are destroyed by the rotten idiots he hired. His big boss would not like this at all and he would be furious once he found out about this failure.
