Just like Fizah. I was surprised to see Yazeed already in a place that might be called a boarding school or just a dormitory. He was talking about something with a tall, not so full-bodied man. But, also not skinny. He's wearing a sarong. Once again I compared the clothes of Yazeed and the gloved man. Like the heavens and the earth. But, Yazeed had been wearing a tight army green shirt with the same pants as the one I met earlier.
I spread the view. Outside the fence of this place, there is an old jeep parked. Then, there was a man quite old, gloved with a top of a batik sleeve shirt whose color was quite faded was leaning his body on the body of the car. It's cool to light the end of a cigarette. Then, play the smoke. When Yazeed and the tall, gloved man approached me and Fizah, he called out to the man in the car with a kang call. The man hurriedly approached us.
"What, Gus?"
"Why is Yazeed called gus? What's that call? His call was the same as a tall, gloved man? Are they brothers or from the same caste? Or, that gloved guy named Agus?" my inner.
I'm leaving behind Fizah. This place is very crowded. I slightly turned my head, sweeping the scenery behind, a lot of men wearing sarongs. In fact, no one is prickling. But I didn't find a woman. Only two people I saw coming out of a simple house.
"Gus, I'll take them both for a second. I'll give them back" said Yazeed.
"OKAY. Take care of them."
Me and Fizah held back. Our doubts were answered by Yazeed himself.
"Remember our conversation at the stall earlier? I'll show you something."
I wonder what kind of lodging Yazeed meant. I slightly pushed Fizah to move her legs.
"Bring me the bag!" yazeed's orders to the man called kang.
Fizah still refuses.
"You guys have a chat in the gazebo" said the tall, gloved man. He also left us.
Fizah and I followed Yazeed to the gazebo. He told us to sit down.
"Shock I'm here?"
Fizah responded, "You're following us?"
"Yes. I'm afraid you'll be harmed by Mr. Su and the Judge."
Yazeed recounted an incident we did not discover. Where exactly when he came out of the stall, he met Mr. Su and the Judge. He threatened not to bother us or else they would come back to deal with Yazeed and his people. They're both morning. So, it was only natural that when we came out of the stall, we did not see them.
Yazeed also had a fight with Mr. Su and the Judge. One-on-two after he caught them both following us after we boarded the pick-up car. He defeated them both. And, after I looked at his face, I did find a bruise on the left cheekbone. He said he immediately followed the pick-up car from a distance without worry, because he knew that we had ridden a car belonging to the boarding school Gus Fakhar, the tall gloved man earlier. There's a boarding sticker on the car, which we're not aware of. The car was carrying a load of newly purchased books from Lirboyo Kediri, a stock book in a boarding school. He knew because he had made sure of it by calling Gus Fakhar. So, basically Gus Fakhar and Yazeed already know each other. However, Yazeed did not explain the relationship between the two of them.
Me and Fizah nodded in understanding. For the first time I put my trust in a man, even though he was a man who really wanted to help us.
"alright. We're going with you." Fizah.
"OKAY. Besides, why are you afraid of me if you say that the one who guarantees your salvation is God. We're leaving!" He's up.
Why do words always make me hard to say?
We got into Yazeed's jeep. Kang opened the door. There are still men who treat us well. I watched Yazeed before he opened the car door.
"Monggo, Ma'am!" the pinta kang.
The fizah behind me touched my back. Asking me to come in.
"Music" said Yazeed.
"As usual, Gus?"
"Yes." Yeah."
Lirih square Bimbo's old song, the title "Long Prayer".
There was no sound other than just that song coming back in play again and again. Yazeed had been silent since. From that silence, maybe he was sleeping. Another song followed the creation of Sujiwo Tejo entitled At One Time. Anything a person likes can be one of those undisclosed characters. The songs played during the journey continued, all of them old songs.
Amidst my preoccupation with enjoying songs, my stomach aches. I complain softly. Smirks. Slightly wriggling positioning yourself more comfortable. I shifted the body. Look for a backrest on the left glass.
"Astomach pain or want to urinate, Mommy?" ask the driver.
"I'm fine." I held my stomach tight.
Touch her. Even though I no longer want to remember the events of that night, but I always back shadowed the crazy behavior of Mr. Su. And, whenever I realized that my pregnancy would one day continue to grow, my heart was very painful. My world has been turned upside down. At this young age, twenty years old, for me being a mother is not the right time. I miss playing the piano and singing. So, unconsciously my lips chanted softly to the rhythm of when we where young.
"You can sing it too." Yazeed songak.
I'm shocked. Istop muttering.
"No problem. Continue on!"
I mourn my own fate. I still don't remember what my previous life was like. However, I remember very well how my daily life used to spend time with the world of music. The face of my father and mother is not remembered. I must have been very happy. If I go back to my old house, I'm not ready to face people's response. I can only hold back.
"It's coming soon" said Yazeed.
I touched Fizah's arm. He opened his eyes.
"You sleeping?" tanyaku.
She shook her head.
There was no sign of this car getting into the pesantren area. This Jeep passes through a dusty road half a kilo meter long. Stretched between the fields. But, when the high gate in front was opened, I could see a place that looked like a community. The gate is back closed.
I got out of the car first, then Fizah came down while closing the door. I immediately cast a glance at all sides. It's very crowded here.
"Is this what he meant?" fizah Gumam.
"Maybe."
I don't know how big this lodge is. Yazeed took us on a walk. Maybe it meant that we knew what this place was. How safe would this place be if Fizah and I wanted to stay here for a while.
"This hut faces east. You know that place?" Yazeed pointed to a one-story house with a higher plain.
Me and Fizah followed straight to her index.
"The sun is so good to see from there." Then, look at us in turn.
I looked to my left.
