Stuck With My First Love

Stuck With My First Love
Smart Careful

After the establishment of the tent, the EPSP opening ceremony was held. The opening was led by our PMR Coach, Mrs Ratih. After that, an event briefing was conducted. Each group representative is given a rundown of the event during the EPSP. The goal is that participants know the details of the activity and the time of implementation so that it is expected that participants can follow each event more timely.

Because the day is near evening, the event then continued with ishoma until isya’ prayer. After the Isya’ prayer, all participants gathered in the hall, to participate in the First Aid Practice activities. First Aid (PP) is the provision of immediate assistance to patients with pain or injury/accident that requires basic medical treatment. As a member of PMR, PP practice skills are one of the skills that must be possessed by a member of PMR Wira like us. Each member of the group practices first aid in front of all participants and the committee.

Participants are asked to practice first aid measures. Includes state checks, early examinations, physical examinations, vital signs examinations, dorsal examinations, periodic checks and reporting. Participants were also asked to practice PP handling in accidents such as handling victims if fainting, broken bones, injuries both minor and severe injuries, injuries to the eyes and nosebleeds.

All the organizers seemed busy taking care of the event in order to run smoothly. Me included. Each committee carries out its duties according to the division of tasks that have been given. Coincidentally I was in charge of Pre test event Matter Kepalangmerahan and Smart Careful Competition. I'm part of the manufacturing team about Smart Careful. The CC (Smart Meticulous) race this time is divided into two sessions. The first session of the group stage, then taken the top three of the best group to advance to the final round. At the group stage, each group of three people worked on 40 multiple-choice questions, for 30 minutes. Related to the material.

The final round is the most exciting and most thrilling round. I as a judge also took part in deg-degan because each group showed their best abilities. The final round consists of three rounds. In the first round, each group is given 5 short questions. The second half, was almost the same as the first round but if the group being asked could not answer then the question would be thrown at the next group. While the last round is a fast-paced round. All three groups were asked the same question. The group that answers the fastest and the answer is correct will get a score of 100. But if the wrong answer then the score is reduced by 100.

In the fast-paced round, chasing after the numbers happens very fierce. The questions we ask are also general. Not only related to the material, but also general material, general knowledge. Even the latest gossip was given by the jury.

“Who's the name of the cast..Captain America?”

“Robert Downey **.”one of the participants replied excitedly

“Salah, minus 100 for A” group

“Yahhh.kok Robert anyway, replied cepet salah” complained one of the participants blamed his friend.

“Chris Evans”

“100 for C” group

“Yeeyyy”

Quick-fight questions consist of almost 100 short questions that are indeed made as interesting as possible. Sometimes tend to be weird to be exciting.

“Singing advertising jargon yak*t”

“Love your intestines.drink yak**lt every day”one of the participants replied while mimicking the jargon of milk drink advertising

very famous fermentation.

“100 for C” group

“Further question, how long.pregnancy period.”

“Nine months”answer one of the participants without hearing the jury question.

“Salah.minus 100 for B” group

“Makanya listen first the question yes?”

“How long..pregnancy period of elephant?”

“Hahahaha”all participants and organizers laughed at the question

“Wahh..this difficulty.”granted several participants

The participants shook their heads because the question was difficult. Not everyone knows the answer.

“How does anyone know..group A?”

“Group B?”group B also nodded

“Group C?”group C raise your hand

“OK..audience? Anyone know the answer?”ask Denise as MC of CC

Coco raised her hand.

“Yak.real committee, the answer is what kak?”

“Twenty-two months”Coco replied loudly

“100 for organizi” Coco smile proudly

Everyone applauded Coco. The boy was good at biology. Because his goal is to become a doctor, just like his second brother. The chase after the numbers kept happening until finally the last question arrived.

“OK.ini last question. Ready yeah..Mention..name of male and female players ..”

“Wahh.film again.nyerah I dah”ucap one of the participants.

“Film twilight?”

“Christian steward”

“Less complete.its male players haven't”

“Christian steward and Edward Collin”

“Hahahaha.”we laughed at the participants' answers, because Edward Collin was the name of the character in the twilight film itself.

“Still wrong.minus 50”

“Kristen Steward and.dan.anu..who is it.aduhhh.oya, Robert pattison”.

“100 for C” group

“Yeyyyy”

Finally CC Competition was won by group C, a group of 5 girls consisting of Felicia, Sandra and Mira, Arsy's dedication.

After the CC race, the day already showed 24:00 p.m. The event continued with Motivation and Night Devotion. The event was held in the middle of the field. In this event, we invite PMR alumni from previous years to attend and fill the event. Including Ilham's army, which is already in class XII, also attended. The alumni who came were very numerous. PMR alumni are known to be very loyal to their alma mater. They did not hesitate to help us, who are still active as managers at every opportunity.

The arrival of alumni is usually used as a reunion event for PMR alumni because they are usually scattered. College in different cities. So with this EPSP event, in addition to providing motivation to new members, they also reunite with their class mates, with their upperclassmen before them.

In the event, participants were given the motivation to be able to continue the sustainability of our school PMR excul. They are given the motivation to continue to excel, not only academically but also in PMR activities. They are asked to continue the stewardship relay and continue the tradition of champions who have always been attached to the PMR exkul.

In the evening devotional event, each participant was asked to close their eyes, then both the committee and alumni gave a touching message and advice. Sometimes so emotional, not infrequently make us the committee, which soon “pension”, shed tears. Especially if it is associated with parents. How do we repay our parents? Have we done good to our parents?

Are we happy and make them proud? Such questions usually leave us feeling overwhelmed. Some of the participants even cried because of it.

Sometimes we do need to do reflection, to reflect on everything we have gone through in life. Which we've done. Self talk's. Talk or dialogue with yourself, positively. Positive self talk will greatly affect our own thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
