Scratches of Wound in Fiona's Heart

Scratches of Wound in Fiona's Heart
Following Steven's will

Steven smiled at his smile. "Because...." Steven grabbed Fiona's chin, looked at her and brought their faces closer together.

Fiona was immediately nervous when she saw their faces that were barely any distance away anymore. Fiona held her breath and reflexively closed her eyes while tightly squeezing the edges of her clothes.

"Because you're mine, Fio. You belong to Steven already" whispered Steven in a soft voice.

Fiona immediately opened her eyes, Steven pulled away her body and walked towards the bed leaving Fiona still silently sculpting.

"What do you want to talk to me about?" steven asked as he sat leaning on the bed staring at Fiona.

"Fio...?" call Steven again when he sees Fiona still silent and has not answered his question. "Fiona Adiguna Wangsa, what are you thinking?"

"Haha?" Fiona is back. He looked at Steven. "So, what did you say?" fiona asked with a confused face.

Steven exhaled, got up from his seat and walked over to Fiona. "What are you really thinking about?" steven asked, looking down at Fiona.

I thought about what you said..!! You're saying I'm yours, actually how do you feel about me? Don't make me wish for you, Steve. I don't want to be disappointed.

Fiona immediately shook her head. "none. I'm just daydreaming" Fiona replied quickly. "Sorry Steve, what did you say?"

Steven stared fixedly at Netra Fiona. "I asked, what do you want to talk to me about?" rework Steven again.

"Owwh that, I want to say that I will start working tomorrow again" Fiona said.

Steven nodded then walked to the long sofa in his room. "I'm going to tell Doni to drive you" Steven said as he sat down.

"No need for Steve. I'll just take a taxi" Fiona refused.

"Cabin." Steven moved his index finger towards her. "Sit here," Steven ordered as he pointed his head to the seat beside him.

Fiona nodded then sat down beside Steven. "Fiona, I don't accept rejection. If you don't want to be ushered in by Doni, then I'll take you straight to your office, would you like that?" asked Steven with raised eyebrows.

If Steven sent him to the office, he would definitely look very flashy. He did not want to attract the attention of people in his office. Especially after Steven appeared in public. There will be a lot of spotlight on Steven after it is revealed his true identity.

He does not want to let there be rumors that harm Steven if others see Steven drive him to the office, especially Steven's mother looks not like it.

Fiona just found out Steven's true identity, after returning home from Steven's parents' mansion last night. Fiona opens a message from Cindy that sends a link as Steven conducts a press conference. From there, Fiona knew.

He then searched the internet about Steven and his family. Since the conference, various articles about Steven scattered on the internet so that Fiona easily search for things related to Steven.

From the beginning, he had suspected that Steven was not from an ordinary family, only he did not expect that Steven was the heir of HK Group. Large companies are well known in several countries and have several subsidiaries abroad.

Only a handful of people knew about Steven. Many are curious about the heir of HK Group after the death of the supreme leader and owner of the large company.

They seem very curious about the heir and successor of HK Group who never appeared in the public. Except from the conglomerates, his father's business associates, officials and high-ranking officials, no one knew about Steven.

After Steven appeared in public yesterday, the news suddenly became a scene and entered trending topics in all media.

"No need, it'll be a hassle if you take me to the office. Let Doni drive."

"All right."

Fiona looked doubtfully at Steven. "Steve, is there something I want to ask you?" Fiona looked at Steven with a feeling of anxiety.

"What?"

"Have you argued with your mother because of me?"

"Why are you asking like that?"

Fiona lowered her head for a moment after which she raised her head and smiled. "It seems your mother doesn't like me."

"My mom is like that. He looks unfriendly but he's actually nice."

"Despite that, it's better that I move out of here soon. I'll start looking for a place to stay tomorrow. I'm afraid your mother's gonna be mad if she finds out I'm hitching a ride here."

"I told you I'd find a place to stay for you. In the meantime, you're here first. For my mother's business, I'll handle it if she finds out."

"Alright," Fiona replied while nodding.

"Steve, may I ask you a favor?" ask Fiona carefully.

"What?"

"Can you find out where my mother and father's graves are?"

At the moment, only Steven can help her. Fiona actually does not want to trouble Steven, only, only he knows about his family and even Sarah herself does not know.

"alright. I'll get Erick to find out," Steven replied as he nodded slowly.

"Steve, do you know where the family of my late father and mother are?"

"Your father had no family at all because your father was from an orphanage. While your mother's family, I haven't found her yet. According to the information I got they live abroad."

Fiona looked disappointed. "Do you want me to find out again where your mother's family is?" Steven felt sorry to see Fiona's sad face.

"Don't you bother?" ask Fiona.

"No, I'll find out, but on condition."

"What?"

"Whatever happens, you can't marry James or Leon."

Fiona stared in surprise at Steven for a moment. "All right." Without a second thought Fiona immediately agreed to the terms of Steven.

"What will you do after I find your mother's family?" ask Steven again.

"I just want to know."

Fiona looked down with a sad feeling. "Yes, I know. I just want to know what my mom's family is like. I didn't ask for a confession from them or anything. I just want them to know that I'm in this world. It doesn't matter if they don't want me. I can live alone."

Fiona's tears began to trickle down as she imagined everyone rejecting her presence. Sarah hates it, your mother's family won't admit it either. Imagining it made him sad.

Steven lifted Fiona's face and wiped her tears. "Don't be sad, there's still me Fio. I'll never leave you" Steven said as he looked at Fiona with a serious face.

Fiona tried to smile. "Don't cry anymore" continued Steven.

Fiona nodded slowly. "I have something for you." Steven pulled the nightstand drawer down the left and took the brown envelope.

"This is for you." Steven gave the brown envelope to Fiona

"What's this?" ask Fiona while flipping through the envelope.

"Open up."

Fiona looks a little hesitant, though. He kept opening. "It's...." Fiona was stunned when she saw the photo of the woman in her hand.

"Your mother, she's your mother. Beautiful, right? It's like you."

Fiona nodded. His eyes immediately glazed over. "And that's your father" Steven said as he watched Fiona holding a picture of a handsome man.

"How did you get this photo?" Fiona nodded her face and looked curiously at Steven.

"That's not a hard thing for me."

Only one I couldn't get until now. Fiona's Heart. Somehow so I can get your heart.

"Can I keep it?" ask Fiona expectantly.

Steven nodded. "Thank you, Steve." Unknowingly Fiona immediately hugged Steven for being too happy.

Steven did not expect that Fiona would suddenly hug him. He just kept quiet without saying anything.

When she woke up, Fiona immediately let go of her embrace. "Sorry, Steve. I was not intentionally. I was too happy just now." Fiona distanced her body while looking down.

Steven's pounding. "Then go back to your room. You'll have to get up early tomorrow to work."

Fiona nodded and stood up. "Steve, I'll cook for you tomorrow night as my thanks."

"no need. You'll be tired later," Steven said quickly.

"Then how about we have dinner outside?" bargain Fiona.

"All right."

"Then I go out first."

********

In the morning, Fiona appeared to have finished her bath and was sitting in front of the dresser to polish her face. Just thin makeup and a touch of pink lipstick. After tidying up her hair. Fiona takes the bag and wears heels after it's out.

Today, Fiona wears a long-sleeved shirt that folds up to a white elbow with a V-neck-shaped collar paired with a black skirt above the knee with a large button access in the middle.

Fiona stepped down after she closed the door of her room. While below Steven was already sitting in the living room waiting for Fiona to come down.

Fiona walked straight into the living room and stopped in front of Steven who was looking seriously staring at the screen of his phone.

Steven raised his head when he realized someone was standing in front of him. He looked at Fiona with a frown and a sharp look in his eyes. "Where are you going?" There was not the slightest smile on Steven's face.

Fiona tucked the hair on the left into her ear because of the wrong behavior in the face by Steven. "Don't you already know I'm going to work today" Fiona replied.

"Then, why are you dressed up like that? Who do you want to lure in the office?"

Fiona cleared her throat, stared down for a while then turned to Steven. "I want to work Steve" Fiona replied in a soft voice.

Steven put the phone in his pocket and stood up to Fiona. "Then, why are you looking so pretty today?"

"No, I think my looks are normal."

"Replace your skirt with another. I don't want to see you wearing that short skirt."

Fiona looked down at her skirt which was above her knees. According to her, her skirt is still categorized as polite and her skirt is also not tight. "It's not too short, Steve," Fiona protested. "I think your secretary must wear a skirt shorter than mine."

"I don't care about anyone else, Fio. Change now or you can't leave" Steven said firmly.

Fiona sighed. " All right." Fiona then turned around.

"Wait."

Fiona stopped him and turned around. "Why?"

Steven walked back to Fiona again. "Remove your lisptic colors. The color is too bright."

Fiona looked at Steven. "But, my face will look pale if I don't wear this lipstick" Fiona protested.

Fiona's skin is in the category of milk white and she is also used to wearing thin makeup so that sometimes Fiona wears a slightly bright lipstick her face looks fresh.

"If you don't want to, then I'll remove it with...." Steven took a step forward.

Fiona recalled the events from before. "Alright," said Fiona with a forced face and an annoyed face.

Steven smiled then. "Smart girl. You can't argue with your future husband."
