Steven placed the phone in his lap after seeing Erick enter his room. "Let's see if Fiona's at her mother's. Her phone's off, I can't reach her this morning." Steven stared at Erick who was standing in front of his bed.

"Good Sir. I'll ask people to check on Miss Fiona." Erick turns around while contacting someone, while Steven again grabs his phone.

When he got word from his man, Erick went back into Steven's room. "Sorry sir, Miss Fiona is not at Sarah's mistress' house."

Hearing that, Steven's forehead instantly shriveled. "Is he going with Leon?" steven asked as he shifted his gaze from the mobile phone screen to look at Erick.

"Miss Fiona hasn't been home for 2 days since Sarah's mistress, after her disappearance with Mr. Leon."

"Send people to check into Leon's house, maybe he's there" Steven ordered quickly.

"I've asked people to go there too, but the house is empty, sir. There's no one there."

After getting information that Fiona went with Leon, Erick immediately told his man to check into Leon's house without waiting for an order from Steven.

Spotlight Steven's eyes instantly sharpened. "Urus is coming home right now. I'll check on Fiona whether she's in her apartment or not."

Steven put away the blanket covering his lower body and removed the infusion hose from his hand.

Erick advanced closer to Steven as he was about to get out of bed. "Sorry sir, the madam said you can't come out before you fully recover. You have to stay here, "prevent Erick while standing in front of Steven.

Steven turned to look at Erick. "Why are you still here? Quickly take care of my return right now, lest I repeat my words again."

Erick bowed for a moment then said, "Well, sir."

After seeing Erick come out, Steven turned towards the closet, picked up a shirt and walked towards the bathroom leaving Sera standing in place.

Finished changing his clothes, Steven returned to his bed. "Steve, where are you going? Your face is still pale, you can't get out of here yet" Sera said after seeing Steven sitting on the edge of the bed.

"Sera, stop bothering me, I don't want to be disturbed, go!" steven said as he grabbed his phone.

"But Steve, where are you going?"

"I have to find Fiona" Steven replied, typing something on his phone screen.

Sera stepped closer to Steven. "Steve, what else are you looking for? Don't you love him anymore?"

Steven glanced at Sera for not being with Sera's words. "Who said I didn't love him?" asked Steven with a hardened face.

Sera swallowed her saliva as she looked at the horrifying face of Steven. "If you love her then what's the reason you didn't come to your show? Isn't it obvious that you don't love her?"

Steven placed his phone on the bed and stood right in front of Sera. "Sera, let me tell you not to misunderstand. Fiona is the only woman I love right now. The reason why I didn't come to the proposal, it's none of your business." Steven turned his gaze towards the door when Erick had just walked in.

"You can come out, sir." Erick walked up to Steven.

Steven looked at Sera who seemed to be holding back his anger. "Go home, don't interfere in my business anymore."

Steven turned around to grab his phone that was on the bed after it walked towards the door. "Take me to Fiona's place" Steven said as he passed Erick.

Arriving at Fiona's apartment, Steven headed straight to his room to check the closet, the clothes were still complete. She then searches for Fiona's figure throughout her apartment. "Rick, you said the last time Fiona left with Leon, right?"

Erick took a step closer to Steven while nodding. "Yes, Sir."

"Find out where Leon is, I'm sure Fiona must be with him" Steven ordered.

"Good, Sir."

"Take me to Sarah's house now."

Steven stepped quickly, but not yet at the door, Steven almost collapsed if not captured by Erick.

"Sir, are you okay?" Erick helps Steven to stand up.

"I'm fine." Steven rested his right hand on the patch to keep his body in balance.

"Sir, you better go back to the hospital. I promise I'll find Miss Fiona bye."

Seeing Steven's central face made Erick worried, especially that his mother had told him not to let Steven go before recovering.

"I'll go to the hospital if I find Fiona." Steven again stepped out of Fiona's apartment in slow steps.

Arriving at Fiona's house, Steven comes straight in when Cindy opens the door for him. "Where is Fiona?" Without further ado, Steven immediately said the intention of his arrival.

Steven glanced sharply at Sarah. "Don't provoke my anger. Do you want me to tell everyone how you treated Fiona during your stay with you?"

Sarah shrieked immediately. "Steve, Fiona's gone, she's not coming back here." Cindy finally opened her voice because she did not want the problem to get bigger.

"When did he leave?"

"Two days ago" replied Cindy.

Steven's face was puffed up. Two days ago was when Fiona called her. It was only fitting that Fiona said such strange words would go far.

"Where to go? With who? Did Leon take her away?" pawpak Steven.

Cindy did not answer Steven's question straight away, but rather she stared at his face for a few seconds. "Yaa right. He went with Leon, but I don't know where they went. Fiona has also cut off contact with us so we don't know anything else about her."

Steven's face darkened and his eyes ignited the flames of anger. "There's no way you don't know, don't try to lie to me."

"We really don't know" Cindy replied calmly, "wait a minute." Cindy walked inwards, after a while, she came carrying something in her hands.

"Fiona leave this for you." Cindy put down the ring box, debit card and Steven's apartment entry card.

Steven looked down at the thing lying on the table. His gaze heated up when he saw the ring he gave Fiona when proposing to her turned out to be returned by Fiona.

"All the money you've used to help him all this time, he's been put on this card" Cindy pointed to the card next to the red ring box, "the number is 3 Billion, it's to pay for the mother's house you bought for her."

Steven gritted his teeth and clenched his hands. "Where did he get that kind of money?" Although Steven knows that Fiona has savings, but the amount is not that much.

"He sold his shares and some of it he got from his mother's estate" Cindy replied.

Steven's face grew darker, his breathing roar heated up and his jaw tightened. "How can Fiona get her inheritance, while Fiona...." Steven's speech came to a halt when a memory suddenly appeared in his mind.

Steven looked at Erick. "Hurry up and send all my men to find Fiona. Do it any way to find it, I'll teach Leon a lesson for taking Fiona away" Steven said, standing up.

"Steve, wait!" Cindy stood up when she saw Steven was leaving.

"What's wrong?" steven asked, looking at Cindy.

"Please let Fiona go, don't bother her anymore, let her seek her own happiness. I beg you to let him go" Cindy asked with a pleading look.

"I'll never let go. Fiona is mine, I won't let anyone take her away from me."

"But you threw it away yourself" Sarah chimed in with a scornful face.

"It's my fault that I canceled our proposal, but that doesn't mean I don't want it." Steven turned to face Sarah.

"If you can tell me where Fiona is, I'll give you your husband's company that's already mine. All the shares in my name I'll divert to you" Steven bargained.

"Steven, we really don't know where Fiona went. You better be apart than hurting each other. Let him go Steve if you really want to see him happy" Cindy said.

"I told you, I'll never let go. I'll bring him back any way." After he finished speaking, Steven left Sarah's house.

Erick drives his car to Steven's parents' mansion. "Ma, where is Fiona?" Steven approached his mother with a pale face.

Steven's mother looked over with a surprised face. "Why are you here? Shouldn't you still be in the hospital?"

"Ma, Fiona left me. Mama must know, don't you, where is she?" Steven ignored his mother's questions and kept pressing her.

"Erick, take him to the hospital."

"Tell me first, where is Fiona, Ma."

"Mama doesn't know." Steven's mother turned her eyes to the side.

"Steve, don't look for her again if you just want to hurt her" Steven's mother yelled as she watched her son walk out.

Steven ignored his mother's screams and chose to walk to his car.

"Check all the flights 2 days ago and track the travel lists on Fiona's behalf across the country and abroad" Steven ordered after she was in the car.

"Good, Sir."

"Begging for help with all my connections and papa connections. You must find him by 3 days. Put up an announcement about Fiona, give big rewards to those who can find her. Do it quickly" Steven ordered as he held his painful head.

"Okay sir, I'll do it quickly."

Fiona, forever, you will remain mine. You won't be able to run away from me because I'll chase you wherever you go.
