I'm Your Girlfriend, Not Someone Else

After breakfast and cleaning his body, Steven went to his study where Erick had been waiting for him.

"Did you know where Fiona went yesterday?" Steven could no longer hold back his curiosity. The shadow of Fiona meeting with Reynald or Leon secretly crossed his mind.

"Here you are, sir" Erick replied, "Miss Fiona went to see Miss Sera" Erick said.

Steven immediately frowned. "Sera?" Steven seemed to be hesitant about Erick's words. "How did Fiona meet Sera? They don't even know each other."

"After I searched, it turned out that Miss Sera came to Miss Fiona's office to meet her," Erick explained.

"So, who invited Fiona to meet?"

Erick nodded confidently. "Yes, sir."

"Where does he know Fiona's face and where she works? While I never told her anything."

"It looks like Miss Sera told someone else to investigate Miss Fiona."

Steven's eyes turned cold. "Did Sera do something to Fiona?"

"No sir."

"All right." Steven stood up to the window, grabbed his phone and called someone. "Sera, where are you?" ask Steven. "Do you have time tonight?" ask Steven again.

Steven lowered. "There's something important I want to talk to you about." Steven was waiting for an answer from Sera.

"All right, we'll meet tomorrow." Steven ended his phone call.

Steven sat down and put his phone on the table. "Does Sera still see my mother often?" ask Steven.

"Yes, sir."

Steven seemed to be thinking. "Alright, let me take care of Sera later."

Steven stands. "You wait in the car, I'll see Fiona first."

"Good sir." Erick bowed astray and left.

After Erick's departure, Steven approached Fiona to her room. "Fio, are you ready?" Steven knocked on the door and called Fiona.

The door opens and Fiona exits in a white knee-length dress with high-pinked hair. "I'm ready Steve." Fiona smiled at Steven.

"Then we leave now."

Fiona nodded. "Yeah." Yeah."

Upon arrival at the apartment in question, Steven immediately invited Fiona up, while Erick waited in the lobby. "Come in" said Steven as he opened the door.

Fiona stepped slowly and then circulated the padangannya throughout the apartment room. "Come, I'll show you all the rooms." Steven pulled Fiona around.

The apartment, has 1 large room equipped with an indoor bathroom, living room, kitchen integrated with the dining room, outdoor bathroom, relaxing room, laundry room and a place to dry clothes.

Steven opened the bedroom curtains and stood beside Fiona. "How, do you like it?" asked Steven after he finished showing all the rooms in the apartment.

Fiona nodded. "Yes, I like it" Fiona replied happily.

"Didn't you want to see the other apartment?" ask Steven again.

"No, I like this one."

During the trip, Steven had shown some photos of the apartment they would visit. Fiona's choice fell on the apartment they were visiting at the moment.

"Alright, I'll have people clean up and fill up the full barang2 for this apartment."

Actually the apartment is ready to use, only there are no cooking equipment and other small equipment. More than that, everything is available.

"Steve, how much does this apartment cost?"

Steven turned to look at Fiona who was standing next to him. They were looking at the outside view from the bedroom of the apartment.

"I don't know for sure, it looks like it's about 25 Billion."

Fiona's eyes are rounded. Fiona was a little surprised to hear the price of the apartment. Although it only has 1 bedroom, but the apartment is very luxurious and has a view of the entire city because it is on the highest floor so that it makes the price very expensive, especially its location in the city center.

Fiona looked doubtfully at Steven. "Steve, can you tell the owner of this apartment that I can rent it for a year?"

Steven's approaching Fiona. "Why should I rent? You don't like this apartment?" asked Steven with fused eyebrows.

"No, I like it, but....."

Fiona lowered her head while playing her finger. "Look Steve, actually, I don't have that kind of money to buy this apartment. You know, to get my inheritance, I have to get married first. That's not reaching the price of this apartment."

"His owner didn't rent this apartment, Fio."

Fiona immediately raised her head looking at Steven. "Then, we'll find another apartment that's cheaper." Fiona flips her body intending to get out of the room.

"Wait a minute, I'm not done talking yet." Steven held Fiona's hand.

"What's wrong?" Fiona turned her body against Steven.

"You can occupy this apartment as you like, the owner has never occupied this apartment again."

"Why?"

"I don't want to owe anyone anything."

Steven's approaching Fiona. "I'm not someone else, Fio. I'm your lover."

Fiona frowned. "You mean?"

"This apartment is mine" Steven replied.

"Haaaaah?" Fiona was surprised.

"You look at the building" Steven pointed at the building not far from the apartment. "You know what that building is?"

Fiona nodded. "Yeah, I know. That's your office building."

"True, I deliberately bought this apartment because I used to be overtime in the office so I slept here. I rarely go home to my parents' mansion because it's a long way from the office."

Fiona had heard that Steven had an apartment near his office. He did not expect that the apartment he was visiting right now belonged to Steven.

"So, you can stay here any way you want. I'm the one who took you out of your house, so I'll take responsibility for you. I can't possibly let my girlfriend stay in a regular apartment let alone rent an apartment for her to live in" Steven said, holding Fiona's shoulders and looking into Fiona's eyes.

"But, Steve... I'm...."

"Don't argue with me, if you don't want to stay here, then go back to my mansion."

Fiona held on for a moment. "Alright, I'll stay here, but allow me to pay the fee as long as I stay here after I have the money."

Steven took his hand off Fiona's shoulder. "Fiona, how can you talk to me about money? You don't think of me as your lover?" Steven looks angry at Fiona.

"It's not like it's Steve. I just feel bad for you. I owe you so much."

"Fiona, don't make me angry."

"Sorry Steve. I just can't stay here for free, let alone you all this time...."

Fiona's words came to a halt and her eyes widened as Steven silenced Fiona's mouth with his lips. Steven melu*mat Fiona's lips with a little rough. He was angry that Fiona was putting him through like everyone else.

Fiona pats Steven on the back for him to stop but is ignored by Steven. Fiona finally gives up and lets Steven take control of her lips.

A few words later, Steven finished his pagutan then rubbed Fiona's lips with his thumb while looking down at Fiona.

"Never discuss the issue of debt of gratitude let alone the issue of money with me. Otherwise, I will make you mine so that there is no more reason for you to refuse my gift." Steven's out leaving Fiona.

Fiona sighed then chased after Steven. "Steve, I'm sorry. I won't repeat it again. Sorry for offending you" Fiona said with a guilty face.

Steven was silent. Fiona advanced and then held onto Steven's arm. "Steve, I'm sorry" Fiona said in a soft voice.

Steven sighed, looking at Fiona's clear expression. Steven was instantly devastated. He couldn't bear to see Fiona's face.

"Fiona, I want you to treat me like your lover, not somebody else. You always refused my help and my gifts."

"Sorry Steve, I won't do it again."

"I changed my mind. You can't stay here as long as you want."

"You mean?" Fiona thinks Steven is mad at her.

"You'll stay here for 2 months until I'm done preparing for our wedding. After marriage we'll stay in my mansion."

"Two months? Married married?" Fiona was shocked to hear Steven's words.

"Why? Don't you want to marry me?"

"I-i....." Fiona looked down not daring to look at Steven.

"Take me, Fio." Steven held both of Fiona's arms. "Aren't you going to marry me?" re Steven

"I-i... Want... I want to marry you" Fiona replied in a soft voice.

A smile suddenly rose on Steven's face. She then grabbed Fiona's chin and lifted it.

"I'll talk to my mother as soon as I can about our marriage."

Fiona looked doubtfully at Steven. "Will your mother agree? What if your mother doesn't approve of us?" Sera's words back then remembered by Fiona.

"No need to think about it, let me take care of it. I'll try to persuade my mother."

"All right." Although she doubts that Steven's mother will approve them, Fiona tries to believe Steven's words.

"You can move here in 2 days, after I tell people to clean and furnish this apartment."

"Yes, thank you, Steve."

"How about we take a walk today?" usul Steven. Steven wants to make the most of his day off spending time alone with Fiona.

"Where?" ask Fiona.

"Somewhere."
