Just as happened to Beelzebub, Alvin also bounced after he punched Beelzebub in the face very hard.

“I'm serious. You stink. Your poison magic stinks!" tejek Alvin again.
“You f**k!”
“Hah? Where did he learn those words?”

Knowing that he was being tricked, Beelzebub scattered the gray clouds above them, stopping his angling magic on the fly troops on other planets.
Alvin did play Beelzebub so that he transformed his form in the form of flies and called out to millions of troops poisonous flies.
