Chapter 47 - Information on Dungeon Rank A
The young woman thought Alvin might rent a building or a Dungeon that has a price range between 500,000 - 1,000,000 dollars only.
Not because he underestimated Alvin. But, from his estimated age, he guessed that Alvin definitely did not have that much savings.
No hunter as young as him could have that much savings unless he was the son of an already wealthy senior hunter.
'Is he acting rich?'
The woman then looked around, who knew there were hidden cameras or the like.

The manager nodded.
"Take care of your facial expression. You might not survive if you show this frightened face of yours in front of him."
"r-sir... Are you asking me to serve him because you've recognized him from the beginning?"
The man smiled. "I'll give you more bonuses."

"Oh. and remember. Keeping clients confidential is one of our services. Don't tell anyone that hunter Rufino visited us today."

He then switched again on the map on his phone and recorded the street names on the map into his picture book. "Roads 12, 21, 42 and 66" Alvin wrote.
Jack nodded slowly. He looked confused, but asked nothing and only watched what Alvin said.
"On 12th street will appear Dungeon gate peringkan E in 22 minutes. On the 21st street will appear the gate of the D rank Dungeon within. 29 minutes more. On the way...,"
Alvin informed the four locations of the Dungeon while looking at its transparent map, to see the time of the gate's appearance to Earth.
"Well, please call the gate-checking team in 40 minutes when all four gates have appeared."
Jack nodded. He then smiled and spoke, "Are we more familiar now?"
"Huh?"
Jack then laughed.
"You said you'd tell me about your abilities when we got closer." Jack smiled at her. "I'm so honored that you told me this, bro. I really appreciate that."
Alvin nodded slowly. He finally remembered saying that.
But that's not why he told Jack his skills.
"I'm sorry I forgot to ever tell you that. But, I'm telling you about my abilities it's not because of that."
Jack frowned, "So..., is there anything else?"
"Yes." Yeah." Alvin then shifted the location of the map on his phone and pointed to a location located in the suburban area of the river which is one of the elite areas in the city of T. It was the area where he lived, which was also adjacent to the warehouse he had just rented.
Alvin then described the map in his drawing book with the help of the System. He drew it so quickly and so well that he managed to amaze Jack.
But, Alvin's extraordinary drawing skill was not too surprising compared to the three lines of sentences that Alvin had just written on a circle shown in the picture.

After saying that, Alvin then stood up and said goodbye, "I have to go now. I think you already know what the T City Association should do to prevent Dungeon Break."
After saying that, Alvin turned around and left Jack.
