Chapter 57 - New Business. Any more?
"You mean that's standard clearance" Jack said. "I can help manage the permit on the part of the Government. But, for the ZC group, you seem to have to take care of it yourself."
"ZC group? Why should I ask them for permission too?"
"Usually, all that is allowed is a gate outside the city center," Jack glanced at Lex, "The chairman must have given you permission to keep the gate open here because you have helped overcome this Dungeon. But, the permission of the ZC group was urgently needed since the land where this Dungeon was located was theirs."
Knowing that, Alvin snorted violently. He just realized it.
"You are right..," said Alvin. "So I just have to ask their permission, right?"
"Yes. But you can't expect too much. They had already invested a huge amount of money to get rid of this gate. So they'll probably reject it."
"Invest money?"
"Yes. Although closing the gate is an obligation of the Hunter Association, usually companies whose business areas experience the emergence of the gate will help support funds for the Association so that we can hire hunters to overcome this A-rank Dungeon. "I see.." Alvin nodded slowly. "But, what if there is a guild that has already purchased the raid rights from that Dungeon?"
"Company will usually always provide different contracts through the Association. The association would later find a aid hunter for the guild. But, if the guild in question were to be able to handle it themselves, the Association would award the contract reward directly to them."

Alvin now only knows why the S City Association shut itself off from the outside world. They wanted to master all of it themselves, other than the result of the raid as well.
'Damn 'Damn. The Lewis family had completely closed this information to themselves. So all this time they ate the money themselves and only paid the hunter's rent from the guild's tax?'
Lex continued what Jack had explained earlier, "Actually, each city has a hunter that would usually petrify them when a B rank gate to the top popped up. But, we still don't have any hunters willing to work with us to contract when there is such an urgent matter as when this Dungeon appears."
"Really...?"
"Yes." Yeah." Lex's eyes flashed again. "Therefore, if you would like to be the first party we would contact should any B or A rank Dungeon appear again, we would definitely be greatly helped, mister Rufino."
Alvin puts his hand on Lex and they shake his hand.
"Of course, Mr. Brown. Please contact me!" sahut Alvin was very excited.
["Oh, jeez.."]
'Why? Shouldn't we close all the gates around the world? Isn't that your motto?'
["We will close the Dungeon selflessly!"]
'certain. I'm gonna do it. If anyone wants to pay, why not? And again, I put the body up, right?'

While still shaking hands with Alvin, Lex continued.
"If tomorrow you have free time, can you come to our office to sign the contract?"
"Contract? Does it have to have a contract?"
"of course. There will be a monthly value you receive on the condition that you must precede the Association call if there is such an urgent matter as when this A rank Dungeon appears."

'I just got free money. How am I not surprised?'

"It's okay if it's like that?" ask Alvin to make sure. He asked as he looked at Lex and Jack alternately.
"certain. They'll agree." Lex's law, justifying.
"In that case, I will accept it" Alvin said by forcing his facial expression not to look too happy.
"T-no... We are the ones who should thank you. You've saved us and the whole town of T." Sahut Lex's.
["God. I can hear the happy cries in your heart."]
'Get out of there!'
["I'm in your head. Oh... Did you keep me in your heart?"]
'...'
["They're both good people to be friends with."]
'Yes. I never even dreamed of being able to have a good acquaintance from an Association.'

What Alvin thinks is the same as what Lex and Jack think.
"He was young and not as imperious as most other high-ranking hunters. I hope his attitude will continue like this until we can continue to work well together" Lex thought.

The chairman of the Association who had to accept interviews from the media crew actually still wanted to talk long with Alvin, but he could not leave his duties.
"no need. I'll ask my men to do it."
"alright. Then I'll ask my men to guard this gate until you get a deal with the ZC group."
"Yes. Thank you." Thank you."
