The Sight Of Future
Third Vision

Kyle did not react immediately. The young man tried to remain calm until Talia finished telling him her whole vision. Talia ended the story until she saw the pterotos enter through the narrow slit of the dorm room window.

“Because of that, I think this time I should be able to defeat that beast with my own abilities, Kyle,” Talia said in a trembling voice.

They don't walk to the health room, instead to the library. It was a much safer place to talk about secret matters freely. The health room attendants will kick Kyle out once they arrive. That's why they decided to sneak into the library.

Talia complained quietly as she sat at the long table between the two large shelves of the second-floor library. He did not tell about his second vision in which Kyle dropped down from the top of a cliff.

“Pterotos can be cast out with fire magic. But if you're rash to do it, you might be able to burn half the dormitory. The magic power of your fire is still not stable,” said Kyle giving advice.

“I can't guess when Ludwig will send pterotos to my room. Whether or not I still have time to practice stabilizing my abilities,” Talia complained a little desperately.

Kyle took a heavy breath. “Let me take care of Ludwig,” growled Kyle later.

“What will you do?” sergeant Talia was surprised. He didn't expect Kyle to come straight to Ludwig.

“I can't stay silent if that person keeps trying to bother you.” Kyle clenched his hand holding in anger. Kyle's patience had already reached its limit.

“Do not provoke it. Seeing as how everyone is protecting her, your actions might just make the problem even bigger. Even I'm sure, Ludwig is waiting for you to do something bad to him. He could have used your anger to get you kicked out of the academy, ” advice Talia tried to think logically. Even though his mind was chaotic, but the girl still tried to be one step ahead of Ludwig's plan.

“Then how? I can't just stand by to see my closest person wretched,” Kyle's desperate.

Talia smiled faintly. The words of Kyle who thought of him as the person closest to him made Talia's heart warm up a little. But he is again plagued with anxiety because of two future visualizations about Kyle that he has seen: Kyle who killed almost all of the Academy's students, then jumped from a high cliff. How did Talia stop him? He himself even now had to accept the terror of Ludwig.

“Kyle, we have to make Ludwig stop targeting me. If the Professors are on his side, then we should be able to face all his threats.”

“How to?”

“Didn't Ludwig stop attacking you because you always managed to kill all his beasts? I think he's after other kids close to you for thinking we're weak. But I am not weak. I just lack practice,” said Talia confidently.

Kyle looked at Talia doubtfully. “You sound convincing. But facing a savage beast of that level was simply not a trial material, Talia. I can have this much power because since childhood I have been used to facing various monsters Ludwig sent. You can't suddenly .. .”

“You also underestimated me,” cut Talia impatiently. “Likes or dislikes, I still have to grow stronger to be able to protect myself. Magic is prohibited outside of lesson hours. Therefore we have to find a place to practice,” continued Talia undeniable.

Kyle breathed out once more. Talia is really stubborn. “I know one place that doesn't have magic safeguards as tight as other places,” he said give up.

Kyle took Talia to sneak into the Alchemy Department building. Talia could actually use the disappearing crystals. However, he has not had the chance to use the Crystal with Kyle. To this day.

While trying to cross the bridge connecting the Enchanter Department building with the Alkima Department, Pim Prixen, the faun guard of the Alchemy Department, appeared from behind the bend of Sontak, Talia and Kyle looking for a place to hide. Unfortunately, the hallway only has one lane. There's nowhere to hide. In just a few seconds, Pim will probably see two schoolgirls wandering around during class hours.

And so, without a second thought, Talia immediately clasped her blue Crystal that was always hanging around her neck, while grabbing Kyle's arm for her to hug. Two things happen at the same time: the bodies of the two men disappear, while Talia is once again thrown into Kyle's future.

The girl stood in a familiar room. It was a son's dorm room, but with a more luxurious interior. The size of the room is also twice as large as the room in general. Talia swept her eyes and saw Kyle standing on his back.

Talia walked over, then found Ludwig who was standing in front of Kyle. They both looked at each other sharply. Kyle's expression looked furious, while Ludwig smirked vilely.

“What do you want?” kyle growled with both hands clenched. A black aura encompassed his entire arm, and whirled to form a huge ball in the fist.

Ludwig chuckled. The young man whistled short while holding up his hand. Shortly after, from behind the corner of the room, a large cage containing a pterotos plunged open. The half-snake animal spread its wings and flew towards Ludwig. As soon as it landed, the winged snake wrapped around Ludwig's arm comfortably.

 It was the animal Ludwig was going to send to Talia.

“I haven't done anything yet, Little Sister. Why did you suddenly come to my room and make a scene,” said Ludwig with a smirk.

Kyle clenched his hand even tighter. The dark magic aura surrounding him grew thicker and thicker. “I won't let you harm anyone anymore,” Kyle muttered in a low voice.

In the next second, Kyle threw the black sphere of dark energy compaction towards Ludwig. Her brother dodged nimbly and held high aided by the pterotos' wings. Kyle's element attack only managed to hit a set of green sofas in the room, following matching colored curtains. All the objects that were exposed to Kyle's dark magic instantly melted away, like they were exposed to acidic liquid.

Kyle threw a second attack. Ludwig replied with a whistle. Just as Kyle was about to unleash his dark element, a salamander appeared from behind his back, while spitting out tongues of burning flames.

Talia was also surprised by the sudden appearance. Kyle managed to shake off the fire attack of the salamander with its dark element. He failed to attack Louis.

“It looks like my Little Brother has more eyes and ears to know my plans. Just think, the past few days, no strange events have happened to me. Except for breakfast three days ago. The household elf suddenly fell on my back. What is possible ..” Ludwig's voice is getting dim. The continuation of the sentence was not heard by Talia because the girl was now back standing on the bridge with Kyle's arm in her arms.

“Are you okay?” kyle asked in a whispering voice. Apparently the two of them managed to hide themselves with the Removing Crystals.

“We have to talk,” Talia muttered in a very slow voice.
