The Sight Of Future

The Sight Of Future
Make up

The day ended without Talia doing anything. His magic energy had already been exhausted due to carelessly touching others. Talia rests in the secret room until the magic lesson is over. Susan's been looking for her since lunchtime. They finally met at dinner.

“Why have you been avoiding me all day, Talia,” lamented Susan sadly.

“I'm not avoiding you, Susan. It's just that today I'm a little tired so have to rest in the health room,” Talia lied.

“You haven't been there since noon either. Talia you lied to me again. You lied twice today. Do you really think I'm a friend?” sergeant Susan looked disappointed.

Talia felt guilty. There was actually no particular reason for her to hide this from Susan. Talia also has no close female friends other than Susan. Talia had already trusted Susan even though the girl had previously tried to use manipulation magic on her. His friend also apologized sincerely.

However, Talia somehow still hesitates to tell about her ability to see the future. Susan would realize that Talia touched her hand not because she wanted to make the girl friends, rather than as a way to avoid manipulating magic. That fact might make Susan even more disappointed.

“I'm sorry, Susan. I'll tell you next time.” In the end, that was all Talia could say.

The three of them were silent for a moment at the end of the dining table. Kyle decided not to interfere. The young man remained silent while pretending to focus on slicing the beef steak before him.

“I think, all this time only I thought we were friends,” Susan said after a few minutes of silence. The girl got up and left the dining room before Talia could stop her.

“I feel guilty to Susan,” sighs Talia moody.

“He does suck. But I think he's quite sincerely friends with you.” Even Kyle was currently supporting Susan, and not Talia. The young man's words made Talia feel even more guilty.

“What should I do, Kyle?” ask Talia for advice.

Kyle just shrugged his shoulders lightly. “I just don't have any friends,” he replied without a solution.

Talia nodded again. At times like this Kyle is not helpful at all. “By the way how did you get to be friends with Leo?”

“Since Ludwig entered the academy, my father decided to give me a playmate. The Leopold family was close by by chance close to my family. That's why my father asked Leo who was my age to stay at our family home. That's how we started to be close friends,” Kyle explained as he was.

So therefore they had been close since the reception ceremony of the new disciple. Kyle and Leo have been friends for more than two years, including since Ludwig entered the Academy.

“I think you better make up with Muela. I think he's trustworthy. He can also help you in the dorm. You also know that boys are not allowed into the girls' dormitory. I can't take care of you as long as you're there.”

Talia took a deep breath. “You two always treated me like a fragile glassware. Just look, from tomorrow I will train hard,” grumbled Talia.

Kyle gave a small laugh and then rubbed Talia's head gently, ruffling her brownish-red hair.

Talia slept well that night. His body was exhausted as his magic energy drained away. The next morning Talia got ready as usual, and waited for Susan who never came. Until almost close to class, Susan did not knock on Talia's room door. I waited, but Susan really didn't come.

Finally, Talia was forced to leave alone and missed breakfast. Kyle greeted in front of the girls dormitory gate, looking to have waited a long time.

“You were so long. Muela has departed from earlier,”, Kyle said.

“Susan left me?” tanya Talia doesn't believe it. “I think he really hates me now,” he continued moodyly.

“Don't think too much. Now you just focus on practicing,” advises Kyle while sighing. Talia only nodded briefly in response. Even so his heart still felt troubled.

They walk quietly and avoid as many crowded intersections as possible. Finally, when he reached the stone wall where the secret room door was, Kyle began to open the transmutation circle. The stone door shifted. Talia was about to enter the room when suddenly a sound of books falling shocked the two of them.

Talia and Kyle looked back in surprise. It could be bad if someone else finds them standing in front of the secret room door. Professors could have obliterated the room, and as a result, Talia had no safe place to practice.

However, after turning her head, Talia found Susan standing behind them with a face no less surprised. The girl dropped a number of books that she had brought herself to spread across the stone floor.

“Sorry, I did not expect that your relationship has come this far ... ” sigh Susan while smiling meaningfully.

Talia and Kyle looked at him confusedly. But then Kyle's face looked flushed.

“Wait, Muela. Looks like you misunderstood something,” Kyle chapped as he covered his face with one hand.

“What does Susan mean ... ?” tanya Talia still did not understand.

“Already. You two better get in first. You too, Muela. Since it's already here, it's a good idea to explain the matter to him. Don't you, Talia?” kyle said as he glanced at Talia with his face still flushed red.

Talia hesitated. Maybe Talia should have spoken well with Susan. He wanted to apologize and be friends like before.

“Come, Susan. I think it's a good time for me to be honest with you,” take Talia later.

Susan's smile faded. The girl now seemed to want to cry. He nodded slowly and followed Talia into the secret room.

After closing the door, Talia and Susan sat next to each other on the maroon sofa in the room. Kyle moved to the corner of the room not wanting to interrupt the conversation. The young man played the old pendulum that was there.

“Susan, I'm sorry for lying to you. I'll be honest with you now. Even so, maybe you will be disappointed in me,” Talia said starting a conversation.

Susan nodded slowly. His eyes were still teary with the feeling of being moved to finally be able to talk to Talia, his only friend. “It's okay, Talia. I should also apologize for maybe my attitude is a little restrained and uncomfortable.”

Talia shook her head slowly. “You care about me a lot. That's why I feel guilty for letting you down. Actually ... I have one secret. I ... can see the future of someone I touch,” Talia said slowly.

Susan did not answer. The girl was silent for a while while looking at Talia who was bowed grimly.

“What, that means, that's when you touched me to see my future? While in the health room?” Finally, the question Talia feared came up. The girl looked up and saw susan's serious expression.

“It .. forgive me. I didn't mean to do it. Merely, I was too afraid of your manipulation ability. At that time we were not close so ..”

Susan sighed and cut out Talia's words. He smiled at his best friend. “I'm glad you're being honest with me. Thank you, Talia. That means you trust me now,” Susan said.

Talia smiled with Susan. “Of course,” says sure.

“Then, from now on we are really good friends, yes,” closed Susan sincerely.

Talia nodded in agreement and the two friends made up.
