Dark Power

The tense moments lasted for a few moments. The giant tiger immediately launched an attack. He pounced towards Kyle ferociously, while Kyle was already preparing with his dark magic. A fierce fight ensued before Talia's eyes.

While strengthening her heart, Talia continued to observe the battle. He was also preparing to help Kyle in the crucial moments. Kyle has the upper hand so far. His dark power managed to lure the tiger until it was difficult to move. The sabertooth looked suffocated. The beast thrashed with rage and tried to break free.

Undoubtedly, Kyle's abilities were indeed far above average. While trying to escape, Talia faintly heard a rattling sound again. The girl immediately turned wary as she turned her head towards the source of the voice behind her.

Honey, Talia's reflexes are apparently late. Another white-haired sabertooth emerged from the bushes and pounced on it. Without proper defense, the girl could only scream in shock to the point of slumping on the ground. Smoke, his fire spirit tried to block, but the power of the white sabertooth was able to penetrate Smoke's fire body.

Talia tried to dodge in the last seconds. He managed to escape from the safest. However, his arm was badly injured by the claw of the giant tiger that pounced on him. Talia tried to get up while limping. But the sabertooth does not let its prey just like that. The beast pounced back, but suddenly a dark aura enveloped the tiger's body.

Talia now realized something was strange. The dark energy felt different. More threatening and intimidating. With her heart pounding, Talia tried to look behind the back of the beast. How surprised he was when he saw Kyle who was now completely controlled by his dark power.

The entire body of the young man was covered in a pitch-black aura. His eyes turned completely black, with no white parts at all. Kyle raised his two hands, directing his dark energy to grip the two giant beasts. The two sabertooths are now completely suffocated. They rolled up in the air without moving a single bit.

The next second, Kyle squeezed his fingers. Instantly both of the sabertooth bodies were instantly shattered by the dark forces. Blood splashed in all directions until it hit Talia's body. The girl could only stand stiffly watching her best friend turn into a figure she was not.

Even after killing those two giant beasts, Kyle still had not gained his consciousness. The young man then found Talia who was standing trembling before him. Kyle's giddy eyes stared at Talia so fiercely. Slowly, the young man walked over, then raised one hand towards Talia.

A black aura crept from under Talia's feet and immediately curled the girl's body up into the air. Talia's body was choked, until her neck was gripped so tightly.

“Kyle! Be aware! It´s me! Talia!” exclaim the girl while coughing.

He thrashed around, trying to break away, but the grip of the dark aura only grew stronger. Smoke tries to help Talia. The firebird swooped down to attack Kyle. But Kyle brushed off the attack with his abundant dark aura. Smoke kept trying to spout fire at Kyle. But the young man always managed to ward off the attack.

At one point, Smoke is drowned in Kyle's unforgiving dark powers.

“Kyle .. . ,” stub Talia barely out of breath. “Please ... release.”

His friend was like he had not heard Talia's words. Still with his cold expression, Kyle kept trying to tighten the clutches of dark power throughout Talia's body. The girl's consciousness was already on the verge of breaking. Kyle might actually kill him subconsciously.

When Talia had almost lost hope, suddenly dozens of wild animals of various kinds appeared to enter the fighting area. The animals, including fire salamanders, direwolves and an assortment of other giant beasts, ambushed Kyle simultaneously.

The sudden attack shattered Kyle's concentration on Talia. The dark aura gripping the girl also loosened and slipped away. Talia slid down from the air. He was already preparing for a violent impact when his body smelled the ground, but instead of hard rocks, Talia's body landed in a safe embrace.

“Lud ... wig .. ,” murmured slowly.

“What mess did you make this time? If only my pterotos had not been here and reported to me, you might be dead by now,” Ludwig said as he sat Talia on safe ground.

In their presence, Kyle is now struggling to deal with a dozen beasts that attack him simultaneously.

“It takes time to restore the child's consciousness. My unfortunate animals will die a lot after this,” Ludwig said as he looked towards the battlefield.

“How ... can you come here?” ask Talia while rubbing her neck that feels pain. His bones might be able to crumble if Kyle continued to use that dark force for longer.

“You think how? I'm also near here to take care of the animals. Did you intentionally make it like that?” Ludwig asked back, referring to Kyle who had lost consciousness.

“I ... just want to make Kyle can learn to control his strength,” groaned Talia replied.

Kyle sighed with annoyance. “Not like this. I told you he was dangerous. When immersed in darkness, he would not be able to distinguish friend or foe. All living beings in front of him will be bulldozed and you–.”

Uncompleted Ludwig spoke, suddenly an extremely strong black aura had already strangled the young man's neck. Ludwig was immediately choked, out of breath.

“Ludwig!” peekik Talia panicked.

The girl then tried to release a black aura that began to envelop Ludwig's body. But his efforts were in vain. The energy cannot be touched by anyone else, other than the owner of the power. Talia was just like flailing through empty air.

“Stop ... blur .. quickly go ... ,” sighs Ludwig in the midst of his pain suffocated by the black aura.

Talia insisted. He could not leave Louis in such a state. Talia immediately turned to look towards Kyle. All the beasts that attacked him had already been successfully subverted. The girl finally realized how ferocious Kyle's strength was.

“Kyle! Just stop! Be aware! It's me, Talia!” talia exclaimed as she ran towards Kyle.

Ludwig tried to prevent the girl from leaving. His hand tried to flail but Talia stubbornly kept trying to face Kyle alone.

“Ber ... hen .. ti,” sigh Ludwig without power.
