After receiving advice from Susan, Talia's mission changed. It made more sense for him to try to improve the relationship of the two brothers. From the beginning Ludwig had chosen the wrong way to protect Kyle from his own darkness. The pain won't make Kyle better. Instead of suffering in a row, Kyle can make his dark power even greater.

Although it has found a way out to prevent greater chaos, but realizing the idea is really a big challenge. The relationship between the two brothers has been very bad for a long time. Meanwhile Talia is just a stranger who gets dragged into that weird problem. He could choose not to care. But he already considers Kyle as his precious friend. Not to mention he also felt indebted to Ludwig.

In the end, the first step Talia could take was to persuade the two sides separately. The girl stopped avoiding Kyle. He returned to chatting normally with Kyle. When his best friend asked why Talia had avoided him, he just said that he was busy learning new abilities.

“Do you need to avoid me just for that reason?” kyle protests as they finally get to have lunch together in the dining room. Susan and Leo just watched the play while pretending to enjoy their roasted turkey.

Talia and Kyle simply watched the two friends leave laughing. It seems like Susan and Leo's relationship is also getting closer as before. Talia feels back in time. Susan's sensitivity is still as sharp as ever. Now Susan has given him enough time alone with Kyle to begin rolling out his plans.

“Kyle, if for example, Ludwig didn't actually hate you, what would you do?” ask Talia carefully.
