The Sight Of Future

The Sight Of Future
Exit Way

Arriving at the library, Ludwig immediately picked up a thick book titled Encyclopedias of Ancient Witchcraft Beings. Without waiting for a long time, the young man then opened a page showing a picture of a giant dragon, following an explanation of the ability of the dragon.

"Did you know that dragons are not as attached to the concept of time as most other creatures, including us witches?" ludwig asked, pointing to the parchment page of the old book.

Talia read a glance and nodded quickly. "Kyle once explained that to me" he said bluntly.

"Although that was the case, he had no ability to turn back time as witches could. Only their consciousness is not bound by time and not their physical form. The concept is the same as when you peek at the future of others. Only your consciousness can move through time, but your body does not.

"Well, I guess, when your consciousness appeared in my future with the dragon, he knew that there were others who had similar powers to him. He is aware of your existence. But the difference is, the power of your oracle seems to be stronger than that of the dragon. The protective magic that shuts down the dragon should also work to lock the dragon's consciousness away from seeing the past or the future.

"While you can easily cross that barrier even with just your awareness. I think your strength is what the dragon realized. And since you were able to barge in, that Tadeus barrier magic also began to distort until it was finally destroyed by the dragon. He then targets you because he wants your abilities" Ludwig explained at length.

Talia simply fell silent as she looked at Ludwig without being able to understand a single word spoken by the young man. Ludwig let out a long sigh while choosing words that were easier to digest.

"The bottom line is, your oracle's ability is actually stronger than you imagined. If you hone it, maybe you can even teleport without the help of Crystals, or jump into the past and future easily. Not only your consciousness, but also physically. With such great potential, the dragon would naturally be interested in seizing the ability.

"He must have attacked you to be able to devour your abilities and your entire body is round and round. If he could have that power, there would be no more witches who could lock him up. He might be the strongest being in the world" Kyle continued, trying to simplify his explanation while still confusing Talia.

"But now I don't have that ability anymore" Talia concluded.

Ludwig seemed to think for a moment. "The teleportation crystal. I don't think the problem is with the crystal, but your abilities. Subconsciously, you have used your oracle abilities to the maximum extent to successfully send your consciousness into the past. You were in such a desperate state that your magic worked to reverse time in order to save your soul" the young man said seriously.

Talia tilted her head which was still trying to digest the information. "So I do have such a great ability?" ask the girl naive.

Ludwig's eyes suddenly sparkled as if he had found a gemstone from a pile of mud. "Talia, you're a truly amazing witch. Your talent is huge. You can even summon two spirits at the moment. I'm sure if you want to try harder, other spirits you can master later. And your ability to see that future I think is just in a dormant state. Once you use it to go back in time, that power may be thinning, but I'm sure it will never disappear at all. That's your innate talent" the young man said enthusiastically.

Talia never felt herself that good. How could he have so many extraordinary abilities that even the greatest magician could not possibly possess.

"You may be the most extraordinary wizard in history, Talia Ortega" Ludwig said proudly.

Ludwig nodded steadily. "I see now why you're so eager to interfere in Kyle's affairs. He may be destined to become the most dangerous dark wizard in the future. While you are the opposite. That great power of yours can compensate for Kyle's ability. Even if I don't expect you to face danger like before" the young man said later.

Talia took a short breath. "I hope Kyle doesn't really become someone as horrible as in my vision. I want him to be able to master his dark power," he groaned grimly.

Ludwig stroked Talia's head gently. "It's not easy to master the dark forces. My father had gone almost crazy and had only been locked up in our family's masonry for the past few years. Just wait until he's real even then I'll help you."

"Did only Kyle inherit his dark powers? You're not affected, are you, Lu?" ask Talia later.

Ludwig shook his head. "My mother's blood is too thick flowing in my body. As far as I know, only Kyle has awakened that dark force," he replied lightly.

Talia thought for a moment. "Lu .. I heard that dark power is a curse. Can't anyone break the curse?" asked the girl to think of another possibility to face Kyle. If it was impossible to master the dark forces, wouldn't it make sense that the curse was broken?

But Ludwig shook his head slowly. "For years I lived with my father and sister who had this dark power. But so far nothing can be done to break that curse," Kyle replied later.

Talia bowed grimly. What good is he to be the strongest witch in history, if one day he has to face his own friend who is consumed by dark forces. Talia really didn't want that to happen. If only there was a way to prevent it.

"This is just my estimation, but supposedly he said, a magician who can unite the four basic element spirits can have the power of light. As you know, as long as this empire is formed, not a single magician has managed to master the light element. I think, if you manage to have that element, it will be complementary to Kyle's dark powers. It might make its dark elements more stable" Ludwig suggested suddenly.

"Light power? Complementary?" tanya Talia made sure. He had indeed learned about it. In contrast to the dark forces emanating from the curse, the power of light came from the blessings of the spirits. Even so, since it was rare for any magician to successfully summon a spirit, then even the owner of the power of light was almost non-existent.

"That's just my thinking. I'm not sure if that would be a way out" Ludwig said.

"No. Your words make sense, Lu. If I can master the light element, maybe Kyle can be saved" Talia said later. The girl looked at Ludwig expectantly. "Can you help me summon the other two elements?" doors later.

Ludwig snorted short while smiling knot. "I've sworn Taleodore to protect you. So how could I possibly refuse your request?" lightly said.
